The customer service is great. I was referred by a friend and I'm so glad, the guys here are so friendly and when I needed their help last minute they worked with me to solve my issue. I will definitely be using them for all of the printing needs for my business.

Absolutely awful quality and poor workmanship. Opted for the 1 hr turn around business cards because I need it today, would have been better to go empty handed than to offer this.

Cards weren’t cut well, print quality was poor, cards were cut off center. Do not order from here!

If I could give a 0 star I would.

Needed a few things printed on a short turnaround which is why I ended up using printfast. Picked up my items to discover not only was the quality of the materials used VERY CHEAP. None of the colours on the materials are my brand colours nor do the colours of my LOGO match on any of the items. They proceeded to gaslight me and tell me that the CMYK codes are different between the cards and the banner. They also blamed the print materials on the STARK difference between the two. Last I checked an orange logo is not red. This was confirmed across multiple screens and with my designer that the colours were all the same.

I e-mailed my order and they don't acknowledge that they received it. This seems to be a chronic issue for them as this isn't the first time I've had this problem. Too many steps involved just to get them going to work on anything.

I had to order from PrintFast after a Nationwide system failure on Canva and Staples. Adjustments made to my design was done accordingly and in a timely manner. They adjusted colour, size, and checked QR code to make sure it led to the appropriate site. Canva ended up printing our cards after we cancelled the order and the comparison was shocking. I'm glad we printed at PrintFast because the cards came out way better than the Staples/Canva prints and only for only $20 more on a 25 hour service. The colour and graphics turned out amazing and they had it ready within 24 hours of my approved proof. Super happy with the service and quality.

Do not get posters printed here. Unprofessional. I notice most Black customers who go here receive damaged and poorly delivered print work!

I have used Print Fast on multiple occasions for different collaterals, business cards and bookmarks. Their customer service reps are very helpful and understanding and have helped me with my most ridiculous requests. Also appreciate their design team who are very prompt and helpful as well. Good job, keep it up!

I ordered 2 sublimation sheets from here because of their fast turnaround. I knew that the quality would probably not be the best considering the price and the turnaround time, but I wanted to try it. I chose the 1 hour pick-up time and placed my order WHILE ON THE PHONE with the employee, ensuring that I would be able to pick it up within the next hour. I called them to double check before ordering because I knew that I was placing the order later in the day, however they told me it was okay. I even went so far as to ask another employee working there questions about the sublimation process and how I should format things in order for them to come out as desired. He ensured me that if anything looked like it would come out wrong, they would call me and double check.

After all of this, I placed the order feeling assured that everything would be good to go. I reached the place for pickup TWO hours after my order was placed (keep in mind, that's an hour more than the time they said they would need). Upon arriving, they said they needed to 'check' my order, and came back to tell me that they would need 15 minutes. I waited a total of 45 minutes just standing there for my order to be ready. It was clear that they were printing it as I was waiting and did not have it ready like they had earlier guaranteed. I asked how they could remedy this because it was not okay. They offered a measly 10% off my next order (as if I would order here again).

AFTER ALL THIS: The print quality is horrible! So so faded, and even after sublimating properly with a press the colours were not at all what I had ordered (everything looked almost grey?). On top of that, I had ordered a BUNCH of white designs onto a gang sheet and they never called to inform me (like they said they would over the phone) that the white wouldn't show up because its printed on white paper. Overall, I lost a solid chunk of my designs that I paid for because they didn't show up on the paper, I lost almost an hour of time waiting around, and on top of it all the quality of the products that did come out weren't even good at all. However, my biggest issue is that they could've just been honest and transparent about the order! If they had mentioned that it was not possible to pickup within an hour, or that once I arrived, the order was not printed yet and it would take more than just 15 minutes of waiting, everything would have been okay. Not to mention the customer service provided by one of the ladies was horrible, she sounded like she hated her job and wanted to get through with speaking with me asap. Moral of the story: don't purchase here. It's a waste of money.

Quality work with fast turn around times. Any issues are resolved with a smile. They offer great digital advertising design too!

I've ordered a couple of times from Print Fast and their prices are always good compared to other printing places. The quality is top notch for the price. We ordered a 1Hr One-Sided Banner from Print Fast and they definitely delivered within the time, and at a fair price as well. While there was one issue with regards to the banner size they provided, the Print Fast team was able to act very quickly to resolve the issue in time for our event. I would definitely continue to work with them!

Great experience with PrintFast so far, very detailed and helpful. One of the few places with 1 hr and 24 hr options!

My experience with Printfast has been great so far, the prices are very reasonable and they have a lot of flexibility in turnaround time, Sam was able to answer all of my questions to give me peace of mind with my order. Would recommend again!

I ordered 2 sets of 250pcs business cards. Both business cards are great, got a great deal of $15.60+tax each. Ready for pickup earlier than I expected. Muthu and the other lady staff are very accomodating, prior to ordering, I visited their store, they gave me a set of all samples to show to my manager. Great service.

I wanted something printed for my project on a special paper. They had options and graphic designer to adjust sizing so you don’t have to go back and forth for the edits. It was fast quick and great staff great job.

Had the best experience with this company they were so reasonable and cost a lot less than expected. Muthu was very friendly and got the job done in a timely manner. Would certainly recommend this company, keep up the good work!

Great staff, helpful. I got my business cards printed from here. They did a pretty good job. Print fast means FAST.

I made an order 22 march and asked whether it would be ready on March 23, said that I am in Toronto. They called me back and said yes.and shipping is also free. I called specifically several times to clarify, since free shipping on the site not available. They said to me again that yes, we have it, just choose somewhere on on site. I have paid for my order. After manufacturing, they said that they don’t have any free delivery, go pick it up yourself.

Very happy with my order! Quality is good, and price was the cheapest I could find. The turnaround time was 1-2 days behind what was estimated but I wasn't in a rush so it was fine, but just writing to let anyone know in advance.
