Words cannot describe how fantastic this Print Three is. Eustine is my go-to because he takes last minute requests and prints them PERFECTLY Every. Single. Time. He is accommodating, extremely nice, and we truly couldn't do our work without him. The rest of the team is incredible as well - they go above and beyond, even going so far as making homemade handles (made out of tape - so creative!) for me to carry my printed workbooks home. VERY RUDE!
I got one document printed on legal sized paper. The moment I walked in, the male staff (bald head male staff) goes very rude. He literally shows his attitude showing 'why are you being in my way'. All that sigh when reqesting my information make it so uncomfortable. When he asked what E. X. A. C. T date and time I uploaded the document, I was struggling to answer as I couldn't remember the exact time. And he keeps going "You don't know HUH? You don't know huh!? " He could've just asked for my name or inform me to check the email.
His attitude got worse and worse so I kept a straight face. I couldn't smile anymore to him. Then he realizes and goes "I'm not trying to be rude. I'm working here alone and it too busy" (a second later, another male staff comes out lol) Well, when you say that, you know you were being very rude. That's why you try to excuse for yourself. He just wouldn't stop complaining that he is working there alone and too busy. That is not my fault that he is working here alone! I called before coming by. So if he was that busy to accept new customer, he could've just said they are not able to have a new customer. So freakin rude.

Should’ve asked the gentleman’s name but I went to get some resume print outs and his customer service was exceptional.he was very kind and considerate. 10/10 would come again. Thank you sir!

I WOULD NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. Went there couple of times. Most of them r super rude no respect for custmers. Last time i was there 2 days ago i asked this tall guy named Brian to enlarged the menu i had. I brought my own scissor with me and cut a piece of the menu in 1 sec, give it to him to make a simple copy of that with smile on my face very freindly. He yelled at me " this s not your office.go do it in your place"! I said this s the small piece that i cut in one sec what s wrong with it? He was like ppl can make us sick by covid by coming in to our shop.and the horrible thing was he had no mask on his face while he was talking to me with no respect and yelling and i had my mask on my face.
He even couldnt make a simple copy of the paper i handed to him. I think he s not mentaly stable. A simple job! OMG he is super aggressive.
Thank God he went to answer the phone and this nice guy called Eustim did help me with no mistake or complain. I hope the company s managment read my comment and do something about this guy Brian. I WOULD NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. I AM SCARED AS A LADY. Also there s blond about 40 yrs old guy working there too when u ask him to make a copy of a paper he gets mad no smile doent want to get up from the chair to do anything! Shocking

I went there to print few pieces of my digital arts. Service was extremely fast! Got my 4 large size prints (12x16) in about 15 minutes time. Staff was very kind, especially Bryon who helped me to get exactly what I wanted. It was awesome! Beautiful colours, sharp contrast printed on top quality paper (just ask for cougar). I used different printing services in past few years but the price range and quality I got at Print Three Toronto is incomparable.

The clerk was rude and unhelpful, I was in a hurry and needed a quick answer but he kept refusing and ignoring me

I was ripped off yesterday at this store. I was charged $3 + tax = $3.40 for a printout of three pages (black and white copies no other luxury involved there).
“It wasn’t a colour copy, the paper quality was basic, I did not use their computer to access my document nor did I give them my usb ” to get the printout. I simply emailed it to them, (which I’m not even sure if they have deleted) no additional services were used. Such a RIP OFF.
I wasn’t informed that their MINIMUM printing charge is $3 + tax, if they would have mentioned it to me before I would have gone ELSEWHERE. So if you have only a few pages to print and if its not an urgency DO NOT GO HERE. There are other places you can get it done for as cheap as 25 cents. I was given an envelop (to soften the blow) which I did not need and did not use.

Eustine and the crew at Print 3 are absolutely phenomenal! Everything I've ever sent has always printed with a high level of professionalism and detail -which is pretty rare for print shops. Eustine is especially helpful and understanding. I can't stress enough how wonderful and accommodating this shop is. They've earned a customer for life.

This place is ridiculous! I needed to print something from my flash drive. The printing is 50 cents. BUT, to use their computer (which you definitely need to use for the purpose of printing a digital document) you have to pay an extra fee! That is insane! I went there once to never go back again!

I had a very good experience at Print Three. I heard about them from an artist friend who has been printing her artwork on cards with them for a while. She referred me to Eustine who, once I met with, was very friendly, helpful and professional and gave me the confidence to do more work with Three Print. When I returned to do another project, it was Bryon who made for me that job. Bryon was proven to be an expert. He was careful and patient and helped me to create the art-postcards that suited best my needs. I will definitely come back back to do more work with that team.

We've been using Print Three in Toronto for over a year as our sole printing service for our company, and we couldn't be more thrilled. Went to this place couple of times, I had to do only few cents worth printing, may be because it’s less price or something the person works there (May be the owner) is very disrespectful, rude and unkind. May be he never learned to respect others in his life.

Great place, Bryan specifically helped me with my project and was great to work with. Incredibly helpful with making me understand how to best modify and format my order. Fair price too! Best of all they are extremely honest here Bryan worked to keep my project within my budget. Will return here for every future project no doubt.

I cant believe i didn’t get to know about this shop despite living near for years. Went there for documents print out in letter/a4 sheets. Took close to 50 pages in black/white and some in colour. Cost me only 8$. Can take docs in pen drive or u can mail them to their id aswell. Guys who work there are super fast too. Regret wasting money on other shops. I think most people miss this shop because of the location. Anyway good work guys. Thank you.

I had a great experience. I was able to use a printer as a self-serve device and scan and print all my documents with a very fair price. While TPH gave me an astronomic quote for a simple job, I was able to find Print Three. Will go back again for any print or copy or scan jobs. Location is also convenient.
Another notable factor was the paper quality as well as print resolution.

Bryon helped with printing a special run of posters, was impeccable to deal with. Service, quality and speed of delivery were exceptional. Highly recommend!

I have been dealing with print three for several years and they always go out of their way to help me accomplish my project. They usually go above and beyond.

Brian was very helpful at Yonge/Eg location. He was very responsive to helping me get the job done well, and with the best price. It was completed early and I was very happy with the quality. The gentleman that answers the phone is also super friendly. Def go there if you need mid-town printing.

Incredibly expensive for simple printing services. $14 for 20 pages is theft.

Don’t waste your money here - go to the Library up the street and actually contribute to the economy rather than these thieves.
