Such a horrible quality, I just washed my company t-shirt one time. I paid them $325 for 20 t-shirts. Wastage of money. I would recommend others don’t go there, they take money only don’t care about work. They messed up with the sizes also. Owner was doing arguments no apology at all. When I went there to pick up my order, I have to wait for around 30 minutes, they promised me for 5 minutes. Very very very bad customer service from owner. I could not find the option to attach the photo of t-shirt after wash. Be aware before anyone go there

Really, really bad service. Last time I will be using them. The order took over a month to produce (in their defence, elections are happening so I understand). When I went to pick up on the day they said they would be ready, they weren't ready. I would appreciate a heads up so I didn't have to waste two hours of my time driving to and from. No discount given, but they said they'd ship them to my house, and to expect them two days from then. 10 days later, I just got them in a beat up box. Find someone who cares about their customers!

One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. They took on a job they couldn't complete and then made up excuses when confronted about their mistakes. Owner was extremely rude and condescending. They do not know how to handle criticism and only care about the money. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The owner and employees of this business were highly unprofessional and rude. I gave in an order for a print that they couldn't complete after stringing me along for 6 hours. The owner then became very condescending and stated that he should've charged us more money for the print he failed to complete not once, but twice. They don't know how to speak to customers and they don't handle criticism well. I will never return to this establishment and I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Came here to get a order of 400 bag signs, the order was expected to be done in 4-5 days but was finished in 3! I have been placing orders here for years and always had great customer service!

One sad thing about reviews is seeing false bad ones, multiply of these “horrible” reviews seem fake and are likely sent from customers who lack communicational skills. They blame the small business for there own mistakes. I would 110% percent recommend ordering from here!

Absolute horrible service. Bag signs were supposed to be sent out on August 16. Not only did they get delayed being shipped out until August 20, we actually got LIED to about them having been shipped. They told us on the 18th it had been shipped but there was no tracking number. Once we had the tracking no.we found out it was not shipped out until the 19th. Worst service in the world Find someone else that is trustworthy to give your business.

This shop PRINT1 is a total fraud. Owner is cheap mentality person as they are not even paying their employees in full for the work they are doing.
When an employee is leaving the job due to whatever ever reason at the final pay they are deducting around $1000 from the pay and providing a reason for it that you made mistakes while doing work.
They do not know basic facts employees are working on hourly basis not on contract.
Students and new comers please stay away from this place.

I got my flyers and polybags printed. They did very good job. Prices are very affordable. Staff is very helpful and cooperative.

Punjabi farmers are protesting against government. Its very critical issue. For the support to farmers print one is giving free stickers of no farmer no food but others like student by nature seeing this like a great deal to earn money and charging 20 for one sticker. I really recommend print 1 shop. I also get sticker from print 1 free of cost. (Respect) (no farmer no food)

I live in Florida and they made my nieces Sweet 16 BDAY signs so special for my niece in Vaughan! Times have been so difficult overall and to be able to put a smile on my nieces face was rewarding! I sent in my order and they created such a great set of Sweet 16 signs! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
