What an wonderful experience my wife and I just experienced from the service of Vidhi Mewada, such an professional and approachable with an bright smile made our experience wonderful prices are lovely and I would recommend anyone too visit here for all there photo and printing needs!

Do not take photo services if Vidhi is not there. Very bad customer services with no experienced staff. Waited one hour long to come out with no photo.

Excellent customer service wow! Fast turnaround, the only challenge is the parking lot was pretty busy when we got there but it’s worth it and definitely gonna come back!

Print2Go is an excellent store. You can get all your work done without any hassles. They are fast and reliable and also the prices for your tasks are super nominal and absolutely low cost.

I would suggest it's the best place to get your computer work done like printing, scanning or whatsoever even getting passport size photographs to submit in any government offices.

Be worry-free and choose Print2Go always. Thanks to the polite staff. They are so helpful. I am not promoting them.

VIDHI MEWADA is very knowledgeable and very quick. When I went there, I didn't even know much about my Photo requirements but she explained it well. I am customer since 2015. Never had any problems with the photos for passport and oci. I would really suggest this for everyone

Print 2 go brampton is easy quick and has great service I have used Fabulous printing on a number of occasions for both personal and work projects. The staff are very friendly and the finish product of my prints have always been fantastic. Any future projects i have, without hesitation i will use their services again.

I highly recommend this place for any printing, business and photo needs. Vidhi (i think thats how it's spelled) is a really nice worker there. She always gives all her help and time to the costumer. She gets everything done super efficiently.

I came to this place for OCI package for me my wife and our 3 year daughter. The person is really helpful and efficient with pics. I highly recommend this place for all your visa and printing related services.

Lady (i think she is owner) work here is very good, polite and helpful. I went 2 different places for my PR photo but it not work in PR portal. But photo which i click here it work in first time. I did my TRV application photo, PNP photo, US visa photo and Schengen visa photo over here. All are good. So i will definitely come here for my citizenship photo. I highly recommend this place for everyone for everything and specially for photo.

I've been meaning to write this review since the team at Print2Go at the Brampton Hurontario location saved the day for me. I had a business conference to which I had 3 weeks to plan and at the very last minute, day before event, on a Saturday realized that I had no company signage at all. This was a very important meeting and launch event for our company and I was desperate to find a place that would not only take my order but do same day printing as I was getting on a plane that evening. I called several places which for the most part either closed early or wasn't even open on the weekend. Just as I was going to give up, I found Vidhi (Manager of this Print2Go location). She was pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and very patient with me. She really saved me by having suggestions and also letting me know that she can take my order and also be able to do a same day print. I was shocked as I was able to pick up my banners & signage that afternoon. I would recommend this location any day as they will help you find solutions and assist you to ensure that you get what you need even when the time was limited. Thank you Vidhi and to your team! You guys are wonderful and a pleasure to deal with!

Worst photo studio. The lady working there don’t know how to deal with the customers. She needs customer dealing lessons for sure as she lacks the much required warmth for dealing with clients in her behaviour. Instead of going there you can visit Pro image studio in shoppers world plaza. She has wasted my one hour today and I get my work done from Pro image in 5 minutes. Please don’t waste your time by vistino this worst studio.

Terrible place! I went there to get a passport picture for my 10 month old, the application was rejected because the picture it was altered, so I came back and they said that they didn't and they will not reimburse my money or take a new picture for free, ah? So I'm definitely not recommend this place for a passport picture! Don't waste your money and time!

The lady was very rude at print2 go. She was super cranky when I was simply asking about the photographs requirements and wasn't explaining properly.
I dont understand how can you be so rude when working in customer services. I should have read the reviews first before visiting l. Every negative comments make so much sense

They did a fantastic job with the printing and finishing for my document and did so in the same day! Really happy with the results and the customer service.

I can’t express how disappointed and dissatisfied I am visiting the location. I needed to get my photographs done for citizenship, the photo was taken in taken in rush as the lady pretended to be the most busiest personality on the earth (thumb rule is, if you are busy you hire people to take the workload off yourself). When the photos came out, they reflected the half heartedly completed job. We were not satisfied and we asked the staff lady to correct the issue. She showed a terrible attitude and refused to correct the issue and asked us to pay the amount without correcting the issue.
Terrible experience, strongly encourage all to refrain going to the place for any printing/photo needs!

Got my picture clicked twice and both times blurred picture. And is not ready to accept it nor to change it. Don't know why I did the same mistake again. Not recommended at all.

I went to print few days ago. The price mentioned online does not say that the in store price is different. Worst customer service. At the end, now I found out that there are few pages not printed in between. So, please be careful before going to this place.

Won't reply to quote request sent 5 days ago. They responded and now won't respond to email or voicemail. If you don't want the job - you can just say so and stop wasting time.

Been coming here since I started my business, they have always been so pleasant and hard working! I strongly recommend this company for all your printing needs!

Went here today to get my passport photo’s done, took about 5 minutes and was about $7 for 2 pictures. Friendly staff. Highly recommended.

We came here for the first time on 18th nov 19 to take our baby’s passport size photo, baby is just 1 month old, really impressed by the Excellent customer service and professional approach from the staff Ms. Vidhi. We strongly recommend to all.

RUDE DO NOT PRINT HERE. The customer service lady at the desk did not come show me how to print color on their computers and there were no instructions posted. She sat in the back stopped my printing and then came out and said I made an error? She also said “the minute I came in she knew there would be a problem? ” CRAZY. Not trained in customer service waste of my time to go print here. Will never return and tell everyone to avoid this print shop at all costs.

Extremely not recommended. Lady sitting there is extremely rude and arrogant. I simply asked her do you have this thing installed in your computer, she yelled at me. Moreover she started arguing with me.

I have been their customer since the started business in highway 10 Dundas location. Well needless to say that even I moved in northwest Mississauga, my priority for printing needs is still Print 2 Go. Reasonable rates and also One-stop shop. Best of luck

Stay away from this store! Poor customer service only because of lady at the store. She never respond and very rude.

They are charging too much price for digital picture, she charged $6.99+HST for two hard paper pictures but $12+HST for the digital picture (to do just copy and paste on the email.)

Walked in on a very busy Saturday morning where a girl called Phorum was working on her own. She was smiling away through several rude and impatient customers. Really hard working, great customer service and these guys always go above and beyond. I visit often but mostly Saturdays. Quick, efficient and value for money. Good job guys!

Poor customer service! I walked into the store and wanted to print out some 100 pages. When I used their machine to print out my job, the print machine was stuck twice (it’s cool no big deal, these things happen). This lady named Vidhi who works there, has to clear out those papers that got stuck. She was kind of making me feel that it was my mistake that I printed on that machine. She was yelling that this machine is only for small jobs like 5 or 10 pages, you should use the other machine if you have to print those many pages. As a customer how would I know this? I donot work in that shop! She should have told me before I started printing or at least when the paper jammed for the first time or just kept quite because I did not complain about it. There were 10 people in that store and she shamed me in front of all of them for no reason! Vidhi was her name as she told me and it happened on October 1st 2018 at 5 pm. Never experienced such a poor customer service! Management need to take some action.

Vidhi M, the brown lady who works there, was very rude. She told me that my passport picture with a gray shirt would get rejected. When I pointed out that in the sample passport picture a guy is wearing a white shirt. She snubbed and said we know all about their guidelines. What she didn't mention is that they do not have proper passport picture setup. They use dirty wall and camera flash. After taking pictures, Vidhi M altered the pictures.

On the passport application, it clearly states that the pictures cannot be altered. Vidhi M should be fired and this place's license to make Passport pictures should be revoked.

Worst client service ever. Do not go there for the passport pictures.
