Fast service, however I would not recommend to print photos. It was printed on like.maybe a poster paper, but not photo paper. The coloring was off and was not as glossy as a print should be. It also was not trimmed straight. For $10, I still have to get them printed at Walmart.
If I were printing documents, then sure, it would be decent. It was super fast service for 9 photos.

I needed an engineering print done quickly. Meet was very helpful. He had the print ready within a few hours and at a great price. Thanks Meet!

Service is not good. We had got our digital photos for PR card from this store; it got rejected for entire family members. I will suggest not to avail this unreliable service in downtown kitchener. The store executive does not listen to the specifications and customer request. He just wants to quickly get the work done and get his money. Worst ever service

WORST BUSINESS IN TOWN! Wish we could give zero star to them as they don't deserve any. Being an entrepreneur ourself, we hardly ever write bad review for other small businesses but our experience with Print2go Kitchener location was WORST and forced us to write this honest review so others can be saved from ripping off by their highly non professional antics. To begin with they showed us a proof on paper which was fine and NEVER explained that on card it will come out dull or pale and with their so called top coat it will be a total disaster from the actual image. Being a wedding photographer its our imagery which gives us business OBVIOUSLY and after explaining them umpteenth times that our image is not even close to the actual image they made useless excuses by saying file format is not correct, First they said you gave PNG which we never gave, then they said o its a Jpg you should have Print Pdf (which was actually provided) then they said o actually the design is not fine it should be in Coral draw as we work in Coraldraw, now which wedding photographer works in Coral draw, literally NOBODY.then said had it been from Canva we could give you better result and guess what we DESIGNED IT ON CANVA. Gave them directly from there and still Worst pale yellow image. After going back n forth where we clearly saw the associate trying to avoid us by tending to other customers for passport photos while talking to manager. Finally we talked to manager that too on phone. He tried explaining me all those lame excuses the associate already made. We said we know you cant give us the image in its true colors so what will be the final compensation, you should give us a refund and he plainly refused. I said my last printer had 30 days return policy if the product is not up to your satisfaction you return it and he said O SO YOU CAME TO US BECAUSE YOUR IAMGES HAD ISSUES WITH YOUR OLD PRINTER AS WELL. Honestly! My last printer not only took the faulty batch back, they also refined the image as per our liking and made us satisfied. The only reason we went to this PATHETIC PRINTER was its location, we moved to kitchener and wanted to go for local business. BEWARE DONT GET ROBBED BY THIS HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL UNETHICAL GOOD FOR NOTHING PRINTER. For those wondering what we ordered, it was 3000 business cards and they charged us $400/- All gone to waste

My go to place for printing my resumes, documents etc. Print2Go helped me with printing the posters for my final semester project for an upcoming exhibition. Highly recommend their services.

Seriously don’t waste your time going here. I was overcharged by $100 for prints compared to some of the other print shops here in Waterloo. When he first said the price I said oh that’s expensive can we go a little cheaper and he got on the phone with someone else and agreed. So I initially thought I was getting a deal but after seeing the product and the final work I was disappointed with the result, service and overall business. I refuse to give these guys anymore of my business.

Went there few days ago to get some pictures printed for my BLS application. The person working there already knew the dimensions and the requirements needed for the documentation. I sat there for few minutes and I got my pictures stamped and perfect as I needed. They service was very good and the associate was very kind and helpful. Got what I needed.

Worst service, stay away from this place to save your time. The owner needs to check people working there as they are the main reason to lose customers and so lose business! It seems they r doing this on purpose to make the owner get out of business. I'm talking about the person working this morning on 24 Feb 2022. Watch out!

I ordered a print that I planned to use as wall art; these jokers gave me a giant sheet with the intended trim marks on it & they wrapped it in plastic so I didn’t notice until I got home. Do you honestly expect all of your customers to own a giant paper cutter and trim their prints themselves?

On Tuesday, July 21,2020. Whoever is working at this date what not professional. He was so rude and talking so badly. First said I will give you discount and will charge you for 12 pages if you do more than 15 pages. So we agreed later on he charged much more and when we told him that we agreed on something else. He starting talking rudely and said he will increase to any amount and I have to pay. Seriously so rude and idiotic he was. From this day I am not going to use Print2Go and never suggesting anyone to use it.

Ordered some custom vinyl stickers for a canoe trip, got them in less than 1 business day. Great quality and fast service.

Had a bunch of t-shirts printed with custom text and logo. The prints were high quality and affordable. The turnaround time was 1 to 3 business days. The staff at this location are very helpful and honest.

I most definitely do NOT recommend Print2Go! I was looking to print a few items a couple days before my wedding and called ahead to get pricing before driving over there.
The girl I spoke to on the phone gave me a 'ballpark figure' of $20-30 after asking multiple details on what I was printing and on what material etc. I agreed to that and drove over to the store.
As a side note the parking was a nightmare! This business has no parking available and due to being located downtown it is atrocious to find anything nearby. After circling multiple downtown blocks for 10 minutes I eventually found a pay station parking spot a 5 minute walk away.
When I finally arrived the store was empty and just one worker was there, the same girl I spoke to over the phone. I sent her my files and asked about another type of paper to print on, besides the regular card stock I had been quoted on. She said she had to call her manager for pricing, which she did, while on the phone the conversation was entirely in another language so I as the customer had no idea what was being said.
When she got off the phone, all of a sudden the original price I had been quoted on regular card stock had changed from $20-30 to now over $70! I was so shocked, I thought she was talking about another fancier type of paper for this dramatic increase, but no this was just regular old card stock for a few small 5x10s? !? All originally discussed over the phone before I had come, with no changes.
Seriously do not waste your time here! What a terrible way to do business. Very unprofessional on so many levels.

Go up the street to Sherwood Printing instead, so friendly, helpful, great quality at even more competitive prices! Highly recommend Sherwood. My total was less than $20 at Sherwood with a few extras in there too.
I would love to spare any other future customers the horrible experience and shock I went through at Print2Go!

Highly recommended for fast service, high quality and very quick service. When I went there at that time store was super busy, although a girl (Mansi) who helped me out for my rush order. Thank you so much ‘print to go’ for taking my order in 1st priority. Worth of money.

Dont bother with this place if you are looking for passport photos for legal documentation. I had my 2 kids passport photos taken (looked good) but the store stamp ink on the back was oversaturated. At 1st the lady blamed me for removing the picture too soon and smearing the the ink. I brought it in, she took a look at them and realized it was an ink bleed. She reluctantly gave me new ones (without having to repay) but the same thing happened. I will have to get them done elsewhere and pay again.

I designed a shirt for my 35th birthday and Print2Go did an amazing job with it. It looked exactly the way I imagined and I was extremely pleased. Mansi gave wonderful service and answered all of my questions with great detail. I had the shirt within the day which was a huge bonus. I would definitely use them again

Mansi is one of the most amazing staff that work in this store. I am an artist and as I grow and expand I require assistance from places such as Print 2 Go to create and share my work.

When I came in and explained what I wanted Mansi was efficient and professional. More to the point though she was creative and determined to overcome a technical issue where part of my photo was not printing properly. She knew how to trouble shoot and give me exactly what I wanted.

As a customer I felt heard and important. A huge thank you to Mansi and the rest of the staff. I look forward to working with this location in the future.

I used Print2go Kitchener's printing services today and it was an amazing experience! The gentleman that helped me with my printing was patient, understanding, and extremely efficient. I got my photos within just a few minutes while paying so little. I will definitely be going back!

Yesterday there was a guy in staff who was very rude and also charged extra. It was very bad experience. The scan was also not done properly. Very unprofessional behavior!
