Went to get lamination done by this company And the out one was very trembling, I brought an ultrasound printouts to preserved the image, I choose this company cause they are professional And seem to know what they are doing, they messed Up completely my Baby images from the First ultrasound up till the end, I trusted this guys but they ruined my only copy of the images, so heart breaking And the only thing they can say is Im sorry, now the memories in the image are forever gone be cause of this incompetent staff who is not well knowlegeable about theur Job, so so heartbreaking, And full of frustration please if you have a very importante document That you needed done or Help with, dont bring it with this guys, I dont want other people Like me experience what ive experienced today And the Guy have the Audacity when showing me And asking if this is okay? Like are you out of your mind, I gave you White piece of paper And you gave it back as Black color, so frustrating…

I wanted 2x2 photos and was told I would get 4 for 12$. I almost mailed to the embassy these photos only to find out he gave me only 2. I had to pay another 12$. I found this business a bit dishonest. Please check what you buy here else you would need to drive back again. What a hassle!

Horrible passport photo place.the address on the back of the photo was smudged and we had traveled here especially to get passport renewal photos done. When I told them to do it again, they said it would be fine, but it got rejected instead

I sent 16 files to their email to print. The staff kept talking to the other staff and stopped printing. At the end, they missed 2 files, print 1 file twice. Hope they can be more respectful to the customer.

Got pictures taken for visa. The physical copies were fine but the digital copy was of very low quality and pixelated. The website wasn't accepting the digital picture at all.

This place is run by unprofessional employee. 7 Days back i took a PIC for my mom's PR application. The pic is to be uploaded on the IRCC website.when I tried to upload it then the photo is not as per specification. Also when i called the staff they said that they dont know what to do. Its really unprofessional place

Good service but they really need to keep the store clean so much things on the floor and dust!

One black and white page costs $2.54. Don’t come here, just print in any library for 0.15 cents, these guys are ridiculous

Gave me highly pixelated digital photo (only 16kb in size) of my 2 months old baby. They won't give me the original image.

I explained that I need the original for future use as it's difficult to take the baby for photo. But they were indifferent and told me I need to bring baby and pay for another digital photo if I want it later. My experience with Walmart was much better.

Great printing shop with excellent customer service and great prices for passport photos for everyone 12.

This is by far the worst service I recieved.
I asked for 100 business cards with design. When I came to pick them up, the quality was the lowest that I've seen so far. But cut, cheap paper used.
I wouldn't recommend this place ever. I spent time that cost me money too. Owner was there too, he show the product, but he got rude.
Definitely not a good way to do business here.

Good quality photos for PR Renewal.
However, the stamp they used in the back of the photo is poor quality. Letters smeared everywhere. Need improvement.
This happened many time at this location.

Amazing service. Took in our 1 year old and 2 month old children for passport photos - it’s hard enough getting them to do anything let alone sit/lay still to get a photo. The staff stayed calm and got the shots required.

The after service was outstanding also!

When I was uploading the photos digitally the government website gave me multiple issues. I contacted print2go and without question they changed the sizing and increased the pixels instantly, making it seamless for me to upload and get my passports ordered quickly

Quick, affordable and dependable service! Have been there so many times for regular prints but was super happy when we ordered customized birthday cards and birthday labels for my 3 year old's birthday! Received them as expected and got some extra pieces at the same price too!

Not wearing masks. Order not ready when they said it was. Same day service not true. Zero communication. Had to keep calling myself.

Use this place for 3 years. But we took passport pictures and they didn’t check the quality is so bad so when we upload isn’t acceptable. We went back 1.5 hours later they asked we pay one more time and without apologize!

I went there to get photographs. I asked for the digital ones. The quality is not satisfying at all as all the edits are clearly visible and obviously not done with a professional person! So, I asked them to fix those details but they totally ignored my request which doesn’t cost them anything but some more time and respect for their costumers!
Not recommend for anything needs professionalism and accuracy.

This has been my go-to-place for a while now. The staff is very professional and quick at what they do. The lady who manages the place is a rockstar and understands the essence of time. I would recommend this place to everyone I know who is in need of such services.

Poor customer service at this location. The person in charge of passport photos is rude and grumpy. Even the old man over there is kind of unprofessional. Not going there again.

Great place to go if you trying to get ripped off. They charged me $2 per photograph to print. Called staples and they charge 14 cents per photo.

We went for photo today there my daughter who is 2 we came from school. So when my spouse went to pay she asking to leave my 2 year old out alone. We asked what if it was her photo to be clicked u would have allowed and already limit is 3 years then yet she said if she has to take photo she is allowed not otherwise.never going. To go to this centre on Hurontario behind superstore. Rudest customer service.

Staff was too rude. Very unpleasant experience and would never come back here I humbly requested the staff if I could log into my mail account and then take print outs and for which the reply was No which was acceptable as this is pandemic time. The additional statement made me really uncomfortable and it was not required at all- " If you need print outs from your mail account then come back after the lockdown"and a piece of advice to me that "you need to learn to trust people who takes print out". This is not about waiting outside or adhering to the lockdown protocol in place which everyone is obliged to follow.
If this is not being rude then what is it? Staff needs better training handling customers and we are not there as a medium to vent out their frustrations if they have any.

Didnt even bother going here as when we called to inquire about printing services, Sunny who picked up the phone was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Giving us answers like “obviously. ” Thats not how you speak to potential customers. He didnt give us any valuable information and told us to come in and look at the products instead. Ridiculous customer service. People should really learn some manners if they want to pick up the phone and maybe find another job if you really hate this one. He also shut the phone on us after the conversation. Doesnt even deserve one star but that is the minimum you can select.

The service was amazing, efficient and fast. I would recommend this place to anyone that has plans to create anything regarding advertisement. Great help with the designs and pricing is reasonable.

Amazing guys! They were printing my business cards. I made a mistake and did not order to print both sides. They printed both sides for me and didn’t charge extra. Very grateful. Also very nice and kind owner. Will buy t-shirts from them!

Today I went to take a digital citizenship photo. The service was quick but it was a rip off! First they increased their prices from 8$ to 13.5$ but thats okay after she took the picture I told her the name of the place with the address and the date must be included because its a requirement mentioned in the government website. She CHARGED me additional 13.5$ just to add the address and date! SCAM. The only reason I accepted because I was in a hurry but for other people I ADVICE you to search for another place.

The staff is very attentive, polite, and prompt with their printing. They gave me a great price for the high-quality paper to print my invoices. Would definitely go back here for my next print job. From large to small jobs, they're always fast, efficient, and affordable.

It has been few years since I am the regular customer of Print2go Mississauga. All the services are awesome and the quality of the job is extraordinary. The managers of the store are wonderful; they always gives options to make the job served best. Recently the girl working is also very cheerful she helped me with the passport picture and other stuff. The young guy is also good and helpful for the orders of posters and canvas. Overall good customer service and quality. Will always recommend them. Keep up the good work!

The worst costumer service I have ever experienced from everywhere in Canada. The young guy working there is discusting. Angry, not pleasant, grumpy smurfed face, you feel like intruder over there bcs of him. They used to be professional, there was lady working there, very pleasent. They were fast and expeditive, for whatever you need, photos for passports, photos for pr cards, copies for my sons college. I was there for everything. Unfortunately now there is one young guy, very slow and unpleasent. I just came back from there, he was so soo slow and very unpolite to me.he was correcing some photos for passports, he made me wait for only one sheet of paper copy.it was so hard on him just to press the print button since I already emailed him what was supposed to be done. He was not happy to assisst me at first bcs I didnt know what to send, acting like he is angry that peoples and costumers are even waiting for service to be done. Print2go, why are you putting people who dont want to work with costumers there.there vere people outside your store as well complainig on that guy. That is not Print2go people are used to.you were the best. I am very dissapointed. He was mad and angry bcs I asked him is it gonna take long wait.he was yelling YES, very angry. I didnt do anything to him to be so mad at me.also with the other costumer too.

This was the 7th photo centre we approached for passport size photograph of our newborn. Many of them are not doing for babies and others are not skilled enough for babies. We are glad that we walked into this Print2Go and met Jigisha. She was super patient and friendly. I would strongly suggest this place.

I strongly suggest people not to get their prints here, unless they want to get robbed by extra charges and fees. Their locations is very convenient that is the only reason why I sometimes get my prints here, but they are known to charge crazy fees for usual print services. They charged me 12 dollars for something that costs 2 dollars. Cutting should also be free but they charge you even for that. Plus there is no other way to print something without getting charged for their computer service. They have no integrity in dealing with customers who only have a few prints, they change prices just as they please and usual customers who have no idea about the true value of these services unknowingly pay overpriced rates. Walk a few steps away from here and go to the print shop west of Dundas they charge better fees and wont rob you, they even help with other stuff.

Great quality passport photos at an excellent price. Also, very fast service. With the lighting they have, the pictures are brighter and more vibrant than most other passport photo places in Mississauga.

This was our second time using Print2Go for passport pictures, and they were fast, efficient, cheap, and most importantly no issues with Passport Canada. We called ahead to inquire about infant passport photos, and we were advised to come earlier to beat the rush, and the price was cheaper than most of the other places in Mississauga. We were concerned that our infant (less than 3 months) wouldn't cooperate, but Bobby was experienced and professional. He had us in and out within 15 mins. Thank you Bobby (Print2Go)!

Refused to provide service although they had 15 minutes left till closing time. The employee was purposely working slower than normal. Wouldn't come back here
