Great and quick customer service. Went there last minute and got my passport photo done in five minutes. Also, decently priced compared to other places.

High prices and subpar customer service. I only came here because it was the only place open at the time.

I just had the pleasure of going to Print2Go that is quite unique. It was an amazing experience, so much so that I had to write about this little-known treasure. It was clear as soon as I went through the doors that providing excellent customer service was a high priority. In addition to being very professional, the personnel at this print shop was also quite helpful and nice. I felt perfectly at home with their friendly and inviting demeanour, and I knew I was in good hands right away. I would heartily suggest this print shop to anyone looking for excellent prints and a genuinely remarkable experience. I got taken my PR photos here in Jan and printed some documents as well for renewal of my PR.
I was very satisfied with the attentive professional staff here. Quick assistance for printing my ID cards.
Now I got my new PR card and I was so glad to be able to get passed the photos with no issues!

Got two pages of black and white prints and charged $3.36
How much rip off? They charged fix $2/- to use computer to print. Their self serve machine didn’t work so had to use computer less than a minute to print 2 pages. How unreasonable pricing? Never again this place. Lesson learned, Go to staples and you will get better quality print at a good price.
Reply to your below comment- it wasn’t my choice to use the computer. I was trying with the self service machine which doesn’t have a fix fee and since it didn’t work, they directed me to the computer. They should have explained before I use the computer that even when the using computer is not my choice, I have to pay. Anyway, thanks for the response

The guy there was so so helpful, and he did such a neat job helping me print and bind the bulk of documents I had to print.

I often visit this location for printing and scanning services and have always received good service from Harsh and Shivam. Both the boys are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.

A HUGE DISSAPOINTMENT
My experiences have been varied at this shop. At first, I have ordered to print out some flyers and business cards, and they turned out good and the lead time was fast.

I have then ordered some stickers with the same shop. They told me that they could achieve the specs that I asked for, but the stickers turned out to be EXTREMELY BLOTCHY. I have talked to Abhi (one of the staff) about it. At first they say they would talk to the factory. But when I followed up, they refused to reprint the stickers. Abhi said the file format I sent was causing the blotchiness, which in the print preview that I received, this was NOT AN ISSUE. I was not given warnings at all. I am very disappointed and hope everyone can read my review to think twice before using their services.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had in the city of Toronto for printing. They are not transparent about their pricing, very dishonest, and a very big rip off.

Good, quick service. They offer many services but I came to receive passport acceptable photos. Their price was the cheapest I could find at $12+tax for 2 copies. They also asked what it was for to ensure it matched requirements. Only problem was that I asked for a specific size range for the photo with a paper which gave a visual representation of that. They printed two photos too large for the size requirement and it took multiple cuts until I was finally satisfied that it fit the range. I would have preferred a reprint of the correct size but this was fine as well. Be sure to be clear in your instructions with them and double check after they print your photo!

Once I explained that I'm getting pictures of my family's dog (passed away), one of the employees gave me a good suggestion.

They're good people.

Don't fall for it when they say if photo is not accepted you can come back again! Staff is so rude and they do not honor what they say. Also their prices advertised is a tax scam. When you make a payment they say that is the price displayed is with cash only.

The Staff Are Helpful And Knowlegable. They Provide Good Customer Service. I Would Recommend Them To Any Person That Would Need Their Service Or Services.

Amazing experience. The staff there is very polite and helped me to get my scanning done. I got to know more about the type of papers. Really loved the service and would definitely recommend this place rather than going to library for printing and getting stuck with the process. Also this place is cost effective when compared to UPS.

Printed 16 pages, both sides. $6. And then they charge $1 PER PAGE TO SCAN! I just paid $25 to print and scan 16 pages. I could've gone to the public library and scanned the pages for free.

Edit: The service associate only informed me about the printing and service charge. He didn't tell me how much it is to scan. I should have asked, that's on me. Still one star for the scanning page price. Go here for printing, go to the public library for scanning.

North York location: They refused to fulfil my order properly, except for extra money: the card and folder I ordered were not cut to the size, the folder was not folded. When I demanded to finish the work, the person, who reluctantly introduce himself as Abhi Dohi, became rude and refused to fulfil the order. I wouldn't recommend to use this service.

I went to store for some of my documents to be printed and for scanning as well. I was not aware on how to select legal size paper. Hence, I printed on letter size paper. Employees there didn't charge me for my mistake and as well as guide me through. Very kind and helpful staff I must say. I would definitely recommend this store for printing services.

Went for getting my photos done. The staff was friendly. Very reasonable price. Would recommend to visit this place.

This place is good for printing. Scanning is $1/ page! And the scan quality is not the best. I checked in my phone but could not confirm the actual quality until I got back home and saw that the very expensive scan I did really looks choppy. A total waste. Do not scan in there!

Edit: Thank you for the response. I was not made aware of the scan price and I would have refused or chose to scan only a few pages instead of a whole deck. I wasn't even made aware if self-service or an associate helping me would be different price. I am very capable of operating a scanner but as soon as I asked how does one go about scanning in the shop, the associate went ahead and scanned them for me. No communication on price or anything. It didn't make any sense to me that there is such a huge discrepancy between printing and scanning prices.
But I will contact the store as I'm not satisfied with the pages and ended up taking photos to send it to wherever I had to.

Went to this place for printing and scanning my documents couple of days ago. I got very good service and staff was very helpful throughout the process.

The staff are very helpful, especially Shivam, he helped me on important matter on work, which I was struggling for a while. All and all I recommend this place very much very friendly, professional and helpful

Used to be my place to go for printing needs for years and years. Throughout the past couple months they have created new theft methods to take from customers. They now charge you $1 PER black and white page to SCAN. To simply SCAN, they charge you $1/page. They also charge you for computer usage, although you don’t use the computer because it’s an “additional minimum charge”.
Advise, go back to being a respectable “print shop”, not a “theft shop” with unnecessary outrageous charges.

EDIT: to reply to the owners reply. I do have my facts straight, you charge for computer usage when your client doesn’t use computer, like the receipt shows, you just add the item arbitrarily. ALSO you did NOT used charge $1 PER PAGE to simply SCAN for the last “7 years” when customer printed at your shop. That is OUTRAGEOUS.

Went there in morning, a boy there greeted me on the door, I was looking to take a photo I told him the requirement, he followed all the instructions and guided me with further process, also I wanted to print, he requested me to use the computer and then guided me with all the process, Staff is very professional and helpful, they know what they are doing, will suerly come back for all my business here, great customer service very happy

No one bothers to respond to messages left via phone calls or email. Why would someone want to do business with you? Really unprofessional.

Print2Go closes today at 5pm. My wife and my son walks in before 5pm. The staff is serving another customer. The staff finishes serving the other customer. He asks my wife what does she want to do. My wife says take photos. He says he's closed for the day. I walk in at 5: 01 (after paying for parking). I tell him my wife was there before 5pm patiently waiting. I'm fine with me not being served but she should. He says he's closed. I ask to file a complaint and speak to the manager. After a heated discussion with the manager. They agree to take our photo. At this point my wife (and our 11 year old son) no longer wants to take a photo. I decided to take my photo so that I can get a receipt to file a formal complaint.

The staff was professional and observed all health requirements. Didn't have to wait for service.

Went their for passport photo and it was quick and reliable, staff is very polite and professional

Had an excellent experience here. I needed my course material to be printed and bound on the same day. I called ahead and Savan was very helpful, and walked me through the process. He told me to email him what I needed printed out, and he'll reply with a quote - if it's more than $25, he'll need my credit card information as a deposit. He finished the job within 15 minutes from when I called him back to confirm my order. He mentioned that there would be a fee if I don't pick it up on the same day, which was appreciated so there's no hidden fees. Pick up went effortlessly and the shop seemed clean and they've taken good measures for COVID (hand sanitizer at the front and socially distanced stickers to tell you where to stand)

Today I took passport photos for my 3 month old baby. The guys working there are very professional, Especially with babies. I have terrible experience with other places like walmart but here it was so easy. It just took 5 minutes to take the photo for my baby. Also the quality of the photo is way better than others and the price is cheapest I found in GTA. What else you could ask for?

The shop is gloomy and dark. Everything around looks filthy including the front door, the furniture, the copiers, the PCs, the floor and even the guy working there. This is downtown North York for God sake! A printing shop should look colorful.

It took me 40 dollar to print 6 copy of my passport photo. I provided the digital photo, the shop just print it out (no stamp required). And they asked me for 40CAD！

(Reply to the owner response) What you said bellow is not true. You didn’t give me the price until you printed out the photo and asked me to pay. And I double checked with you if the price was correct, cos it costs much more than what I expected, then you told me this was your prices: 2 photo for 12 cad plus tax. I think it would be more appropriate if you tell me the price beforehand or when I mentioned I what 6 pieces. It was also my fault for not asking the price before you got the photo printed, but I had printed regularly photos at you store before so I assumed the price would be the similar. Again 40 dollar for 6 regular passport photo print-out? It is too much for me.

I stopped by to print 4pages from a USB last week at just after 9am on a weekday. Wasted my cheery good morning on the only guy there who could barely open his mouth to respond. He may be the owner based on the photo online. Im the only customer in the store. No 'how can I help you, no info on cost, directions on printing, after i printed asks me which printer I sent it to.like duh how do I know how many printers and which one. 4 B&W pages cost $4.35! Seriously! You have to use a computer to print so $2 for that and the remainder for the job. If you dont badly need to print something then look for somewhere else. They dont even make up for the high prices with good customer service. Some people do not understand the art of business at all! Definitely wont be back.

Went to print a picture, literally just one picture and there was one girl there who kept jumping between customers and not actually doing anything for anyone. Ended up waiting 15 min for her to finish with the people that got there after me for her to say quote “I don’t have a clue about these printers” and didn’t know how to print a picture. Had to wait 10 min while she helped others and had to ask to pay so I could leave. The worst experience ever!

I visited this store today for poster printing and fedex shipping, they also provide passport photos, representative over there was very helpful and also the poster printing was done in 30 mins with best quality finish, also they gave me discount on fedex shipment which I confirmed the price on fedex website and with great customer service, surely recommend this place, some prices might be expensive but believe me if you know what you need and ask representatives to the point you will get best products with great customer service with the time nobody can beat. Will surely visit again.

I've been frequent this place for around 5 years. Service has never been the best but was alright until today's encounter. I'm so mad at how my mother was treated. She visited last week to get her picture taken. She provided the measurements that she needed, but the staff glancing at it said he knew what to do. Well turned out the measurement wasn't right. So my mother returned to get the picture retaken. The staff today claimed that the measurements were right. Luckily my mother brought a ruler with her and showed to the staff that it was not. The staff then ignored her and went to grab cash and slammed it on the counter and continued to ignore her. I don't expect 5 star service but please be more respectful!

One specific staff had great services last time i visited such as setting accurate prints, using proper papers and finding correct files. Even though the closing time was getting closer the helper helped me till completely finished. Usually the print2go store workers are not like this. I visited there today again. I did 7 color prints, it costed around 5 dolors. I will definitely visit there again.

The price was so cheap. Maybe it was same as library's (I'm assuming. It's not exact).
Staffs were so kind and very helpful.

If you want passport photos done, THIS IS THE PLACE. No nonsense, they get the job done. We been coming here for years, always great. We even brought in our kids this time, and the Staff was very accommodating.

Excellent quality for large photo prints. The employee was very professional and helpful in making sure my pictures came out as intended.

Worst place for PR photos. My pics got rejected by the embassy. When I called them, they told they'll get them done at. But on arrival to the store, they said we have to pay again. I said I travelled all the way from downtown just coz he said he ll give it for free. He said it doesn't matter to him and spoke in a very rude manner.

Quick and efficient. Only 1 employee was in today and he did a great job attending to several customers at a time. Good prices especially if you're printing large quantities.

Got the pictures here and pictures was rejected but the guy is so rude and there is no customer service. I got to fight with him just simply to retouch the photo which took him 30 seconds. Not recommended the place at all and never will use this store. The same price is everywhere even Costco which has perfect customer service. The issue is they want to finish your work and get the money and send you out of the store in one minutes and that is why they are doing their work very poorly. I really got surprised seen him responding me in a very rude manner and he was talking to loud as if he is shouting. Very rare to see this type of poor customer service in Canada! He was talking in a very rude and loud voice even with lady!

Don't go to this place if you are taking photo for PR card or Passport. They are not matching the quality and dimensions properly. I got rejected twice. CIC have clearly stated the photos doesn't meet the required specification.

Coming here for now 3 years did all my photos and printings. Guys are amazing and great service all the time. Place guarantee the photos they take for any consulate and compare to any store around very less price.

A friend of mine referred me this location for passport photo. We went with family and it was a great service on best price. They charged $6.99 for adults and for my kid they charged $12 which was a great price and within 5 min they got our photos ready. Fast, Efficient, Reliable and Recommendable.

Can't find a better place for taking passport photos and printing stuff.

Would also give zero stars if I could. The manager there was just horrible. So rude. But the other staff was nice. Floors and computers are more filthy than in third-world countries. Their desk behind the counter was just a big mess. Overall, just disorganized. Manager is avaricious, and zero customer service skills. We're not in India here! Can barely understand his English. Manager accused a customer of not paying right after I saw the customer paying for his print job. How they are still in business is just beyond me.

EDIT: Exactly my point. Manager can't take any criticism and refuses to acknowledge when he's wrong! ZERO customer service skills. Go see for yourself. You'll never want to go back!

ONE of the best store in the area. Staff is friendly and helpful. Service is also fast and don't forget about passport photos which is in a pretty decent price and they also have a FedEX so all in one print shop.

I have been here few times saw reviews about people complaining. Fact is their prices are competitive. Staff is always helpful if store is busy its obvious we have to wait for others in queue but that does not mean it's a slow services. They have always provided quality jobs on time. I recommend to visit this store

Don’t go here, ever! I wish I could give a zero star. Very rude customer service. I went here for just a couple of times last month as I had some college paperwork and I needed few prints, but both my experiences were not good. I went to this place seeing their attractive prices but everything including good pricing comes after a good customer service experience. They are always busy on phone. You’d stay there but you’ll be invisible to them. Once you are visible, you won’t be treated very well. They’ll talk to you while being on another call. Very very rude. Go to any other place, but here. Thanks:)
