Print2Go Scarborough

I clicked the picture for my PR card renewal that got rejected as it was not clicked as per the requirements. Really disappointing

Greeted me nicely and spoke to me nicely however I was there to print some personal documents for some unfortunate event. I sent print from the computer and looked back at the help desk and caught them laughing at me not sure what was the reason for laughter, could be laughing at me or my unfortunate situation written, which I was printing. Was a bit taken back by the incident.

Staff need to go through customer service training. Tons of content available online.

They seems like good individuals otherwise definitely got potential and Everyone makes mistake as long as we learn from them it’s all good.

They charge 2.50 dollars for printing out 1 paper document from email. Wont recommend this place for taking paper printouts.

Very good service. The staff gave me a good support and coordination until to the end of my work. Highly recommend for anyone who wish to get designed their dreamy business cards.

I have have used Print2Go many times and the customer service depends on the person at the counter and there was no standardization. But my last interaction, about a week ago was with Abby and he is absolutely amazing at customer service and solution recommendation. He went above and beyond in meeting the needs of my job, was extremely polite, proactive and helpful. I hope that Print2go realizes what an amazing employee they have. Going forward, I will always ask for Abby if I need to use the services of Print2Go.

Poor customer service; ordered double-sided printing and only received single-sided print. The person at the front desk tried to give a different rational of what double sided means. In the end, I just left. I will go to The Printing House instead cause at least there they know what double-sided means.

This the most useless place ever who charges $2 for the email. Prefer staples across the street.

Have been using them for a couple months now, quick reliable service. You cannot go wrong chosing them for printing services!

Initially my Passport photos were rejected from Walmart twice. I was fed up but after going to print2go they walked me through the whole process and I was surprised to know that their quality was way better. You can literally see and feel the difference! I will only be going Print2go going forward and I advise everyone to do the same!

Awesome spot to get your prints done. Been going here for a few years now and have always had a great experience. They are fairly priced compared to other print shops.

I came last minute to Print my Mounted Canvas and a whole bunch of invitations cards and posters for my wedding and they got it done for me in under a day. Saved me from a whole lot of wedding stress. I recommend to anyone looking for quality work and reasonable prices!

Somebody need to teach them customer service. Unprofessional staff. And never give your personal email I’d because they will email back swearing at you if give poor review, using unknown email address. I got email right after I given review and they already got my email.

Great Customer Service, I have been going to Print2go different locations for years, was in area and dropped by for few prints, They have all the instructions on the door, followed them and got everything completed in 5 mins.fast, precise and efficient, Guy was very helpful and talked to the point will surely recommend their services, Also have done passport photos and they are very professional with what they do havent got any problems with their work

Very Bad and Pathetic. Please don’t go there for any printouts or any pictures.

For printouts it’s too costly and for pictures, the guy doesn’t know how to click properly according to the specifications given. The guy told I will be charged again even if the fault was his.

For printouts, please goto staples instead as it is cheaper and better service.

For pictures, choose any other studio but not this.

Called last minute today to get a father's day custom mug with my photos on it as a gift. The guy working was extremely helpful gave me advice to come in as I did and when I did he advised me on layout uploaded my photos and in within 1.5 hours I had a perfect gift that my father loved! Great quick professional service and it was very good quality.impressed! Will recommend as a trusted quality service.

EXTREMELY Poor customer service skills, AND they lost my original document. I had gone in to get a large document scanned, accidentally left it behind, so I immediately called back. They said they had it, and Malay, said that he would set it aside for me to pick up when I could return. I returned 4 days later, and another staff member couldn't find it. Two weeks later I am STILL following up on what they did with it, and they still "Can't find it. " Now, Malay just blames me for losing it, even though he said he had set it aside. The 1 star actually represents a Negative 5 stars.
HIGHLY disappointed. Lesson learned.

I went there for OCI Photos and signature (and fingerprint) for my daughter, my wife and myself. I had to go there twice for my daughter's picture (she is an infant, so it is okay) but at the end they were perfect and accepted at BLS Office with no questiions asked. I strongly recommned this place!

Great for last minute orders. Needed my logos printed on sticker sheets. Owner was very helpful & nice. Reasonable prices. Will come again

She charged me $2.43 just for 1 page b/w print. On phone she told me charging only 15 cents for 1 print. She should have told me re "system charge" and I çould have done 1 print in 10 cent at library. She charged me $2.30 for 1 minute computer usage.so disgustingNever come again here. Do not even deserve 1 star. Sajid.

Extremely overpriced. You can find other places close by for a cheaper price and better service.
