The first bad review I leave for a business… I ordered a foam sign back in September. I paid for 2-day turnaround printing and express shipping. The printing was done within 2 business days but they only shipped it out on the 3rd day after at 3pm which according to Printcloud Support is their policy… Ok sure, but what’s the point of having a 2-day turnaround for printing if you’re only going to ship it a full day later? Then the express shipping was delayed, which means I only received the sign after a full week (ordered it Monday evening and received the following Monday at noon). Once it arrived, the package and sign were severely damaged making the sign unusable! I contacted Printcloud Support. At first they offered to refund the express shipping fee - they never did. I followed up and stated this is insufficient. The sign arrived super late, damaged and unusable… it should be fully refunded. They never responded despite my follow up. Would not recommend this company.

I’m a graphic designer in BC, with a client in Alberta who had a large run super rush job of a full magazines, 13 different postcards, vinyl floor decals and backdrops and sales packages to be delivered for a show in Mississauga - totally at least 15,000 pieces. The turn around was bonkers and David and Aneka were the most responsive and thorough people I have ever dealt with. Even working on tight deadlines with my regular printer of 15+ years I still have anxiety on super rushed deliveries. This team was like lightening - ensuring me the project would be complete and provided crystal clear communication via email, text and phone. I didn’t worry for a moment. I cannot recommend this service enough. And if any of their team is half as good as David and Aneka, your job will never be fumbled. Huge kudos to the only Toronto printer that was able to even entertain my deadline, let alone crush it like a Sunday stroll. Thank you!

They were able to get my item done ina timely manner before i was set to leave the country. Even arranged to meet me for a drop off due to some miscommunication. Would highly recommend them for there product quality and professionalism

Went in at 3: 45 on a Saturday (15 mins before closing - I know I suck). Typically they say next business day but the woman helping me did it in 15 minutes. Above and beyond! She was very kind and helpful!

I had a page of business cards I wanted to print, and I submitted my job online. They automatically cut the cards for me without me specifying! Thank you, the cards look amazing!

It was really quick and easy to use the site. I used the additional instructions part to tell them not to print several pages of a very large doc and they did exactly as I requested no problem. The print job was high quality and shipping was incredibly fast. I got my order the next day!

I had such a positive and meaningful experience with Printcloud and would especially recommend their services to organizations producing artistic materials. David was incredibly attentive to the needs of our organization and went above and beyond to ensure our exhibition materials (including a large-sized vinyl for a wall) were printed under tight timelines and at high-quality. He even helped us contract an installer to mount the vinyl at the very last minute! David was so patient and took a great deal of care in ensuring our showcase and events were successful. We have used their services for vibrant double-sided posters, postcards and exhibition vinyl. I am so grateful for his kind support and appreciation for our work as a small non-profit organization.

They did an awesome job on our wedding paper! Super responsive via email and really easy to deal with for a custom order. A couple of the prints had super minor issues (e.g, a white line vs printed to the edge on some of the table cards and thank-you cards) but very few and they weren’t noticeable to anyone except me!

Always an easy experience. From returning Bell / Rogers internet/TV equipment to printing an infill housing notice - these guys have for you covered. In the latter case the store manager even brought the sign to my house as a favour (Above and beyond, really). ‘The Office’ playing in the background is a nice tough as well!

Printcloud is excellent and very professional. I turned to Printcloud to print my exam materials twice now. I was in search for a good print shop after a big-box print store made me wait for days and didn't return my calls. I thankfully found Printcloud. David and Mia are very courteous and efficient. Being in the Real Estate Business for over 35 years, our team has used several different printers for flyers. We are so grateful we finally found a great one! David from Print Cloud is always available, they produce great quality flyers much faster than majority of the competition and are always accommodating to our needs. Coming from Mississauga, I often drive an hour just to pick up my flyers from them, because I truly do not believe that I can find a better company closer to home, I think this speaks volumes to how great they are!

As someone who runs a marketing company and relies on printing services often I would say there are plenty of other printing companies in the city that you can rely on before Printcloud. David was very responsive at the beginning and promised me a lot of things when I was printing business cards for a client. The first round of cards that I got printed was delayed but I was fine with that. I then went to pick up the cards and 2 out of the 6 sets of cards weren't done properly. He offered to redo them and I was fine with that. He then promised me that the cards would be shipped out within 5-6 business days. We're now at the 11th business day and no cards in sight. They're very quick to promise things but don't deliver. I would recommend going elsewhere. I know I will be.

Excellent service and quick turn-around times. The staff are very friendly and helpful and I have been very happy with all the documents I've received. Having recently moved to the area and with limited printing options as I work from home, Printcloud has been an absolute god-send!

My review mostly concerns the online printing service.
Most times, the documents are ready in 2 days or less.
However, my star rating isn't higher because, their online submission and notification system is very glitchy. You constantly have to contact customer service to manually check the status of an order as you may not get notified that it's ready. They might mix up or not properly receive documents from multiple orders and they might miss details like requests for hole punches, laminations and others, even though these add an extra charge to your order. So, as a consequence too, their pricing is not consistent or fair.
Maybe use the email service for your orders.

I really like this place. Fast response and high quality with professional service. The staff is really friendly too. The cost is also pretty reasonable. (I ordered regular B&W print) I highly recommend.

I have experienced very friendly, helpful, and timely service at Print Cloud off Avenue Rd. I have gone in only for printing black and white documents that I need to sign and return to my school so far as I don’t have a printer at home. They have a service where you can email them from home the documents you need printing and they will let you know when they are ready to pick up. It’s lovely having them located just down the street from me and to be able to support local. I have found their printing services to be the most affordable I have come across. They prefer card payments even for small purchases which also works well for me since I don’t often carry cash with me. Very positive experience overall!

Really amazing services. I will start from backwards, the package was very cute and nice. I got my delivery on time, they made sure personally that I knew what was the updates regarding my order. THEY GAVE ME 250 EXTRA business cards on my order of 250 cards, so basically I got 500 cards. Drawback is the delivery charges which is around $15-$20. However, I am very satisfied with the services. Thank you!

What an AMAZING company! My team had to put in an enormous order but kept having last-minute changes and David from Printcloud was absolutely calm and wonderful and we got our order on time.
