Everything about working Printing Shark was fantastic. They were quick to reply to my quote request and their prices were the best off all the places that quoted me. Once the file was submitted I received a reply immediately and continued communication. Even when I submitted the file with an error Printing Shark fixed it without an additional charge. The final product was produced within the timeline expected and the printed product is exactly as expected. Will definitely use them again whenever possible.

Really disappointed. Read great reviews about their service. First contact was exciting, prices seemed reasonable, and what they offered is exactly what I would have wanted for the project. Consistently sent updates and questions regarding printing (since the project needed to be printed right to left). Very rude and unresponsive, only to tell me when it was finally ready that it couldn't be done in the time frame. (Which I would have liked to know one of the other weeks I was in contact.). Can't comment on their products, as I never got to that stage sadly.

Just had some bookmarks printed at Printing Shark. This was my first time printing to a "real" printing house.two-sided, full colour, full bleed, CMYK; lots of new things to deal with. Took delivery today: we're very pleased with how they came out - the colours reproduced very well, and the quality of the printing and finishing is excellent. Shawn did an excellent job walking us through the whole process. We'll definitely be in touch should we have more printing projects in the future - they make it very easy.

Just received our new labels for our product bottles in our shop and the stickers are incredible! We were happy to have found someone local to shop with especially during the pandemic because we want to support local and we heard great things about Printing Shark.

Shawn was super helpful, fast to reply and the pricing was within our budget. We were told it would be around 4-6 business days with the current orders but the stickers arrived in 3 business days! We even got free delivery to our shop which was awesome!

Terrible customer service and print quality! They never answer the phone, and they clearly messed up my order and did not listen to me, they also don't admit to mistakes and Always put the blame on the customer! I would have been a loyal retuning customer however after so many issues with the first order I will not go there again!
