I had a new gas water heater installed and relocated in our home as well as a line run for our BBQ. I'm very happy with the install and the attention to detail such as reusing some of the pipe insulation from the old water lines on the new lines. All the water lines and gas lines are neat and tidy, gas lines labeled and no mess left behind. Pricing was competitive if not marginally better than other similar companies. I would not hesitate to have Priority back for another job or recommend them to a friend.

We had a Gas Water Heater replaced The technicians showed up on time removed and installed a new water heater in good time approx 3 hrs.
Very happy with the work and the professional way they conducted themselves. I will be recommending the services of Priority Mechanical to my neighbours and Condo Board.

I had Priority install a new power vent water heater. The crew was professional, clean, and on time. All the connections and fittings were clean and precise. I highly recommend them.

We were having difficulties with our furnace. We called Aire one for assistance, they provided a list of issues and an approx $1200 quote to fix it. We made 4 calls in an attempt to book the repair but kept being sent to the sales dept who were more interested in selling us anew furnace. At the advice of a family member in the industry we contacted Priority Mechanical, they showed up within 12 hours of our initial call, confirmed the diagnosis from Aire One but fixed the furnace on the spot in a matter of an hour and at 1/10th the cost quoted by the Aire One. I would highly recommend Priority Mechanical!

On Friday, December 2,2022 I contacted Priority Mechanical Ayr requesting repair of our gas fireplace. The service person arrived within 2 hours of my call. To my surprise, when I opened my door I found a lovely young female technician standing before me. I was a little sceptical at first because I have only ever had service”men”. This young lady was diligent, tenacious, thorough and meticulous in her work. She left me with a great impression of Priority Mechanical and I already have a plan for future work with them in the spring. The service provided was excellent. Our 25 year old fireplace is as good as new. Would highly recommend Priority Mechanical Services.

Priority Mechanical installed a new furnace for us after ours went out. Brayden and Ryan showed up on time and installed the furnace quickly. They had fantastic manners and took the time to show us how to set our new thermostat. They left the place cleaner then they found it and were so polite. Thank you Brayden and Ryan!

Thank you Priority Mechanical. My furnace developed a loud rumbling noise along with bangs and horrible sounds. It was obvious to me that a failure was not far away. My service call into Priority was polite and helpful. Soon after your engineer Randy arrived to diagnose the problem, he immediately identified a complete failure of the exhaust fan and motor, the serial numbers were recorded and he ordered the part. Next day Jaime arrived with the new part and quickly and professionally removed and installed the new unit. She too was polite knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you Priority I will with pleasure recommend your service and first class staff.

These guys are legit! They answered our call over the Thanksgiving long weekend. Showed up for the appointment on time and literally had it fixed within a few hours.

We had 3 other HVAC companies come out and try to fix our heat prior to thanksgiving and every single one just tried to upsell us and replace the air exchanger. Turns out it had NOTHING to do with the air exchanger and it was just a valve. So a job that could have cost thousands turned into hundreds.

Priority was honest, efficient, and professional. I don’t know why anyone would go anywhere else. Great job guys!

I don’t normally post feedback. These guys and girls deserve to be recognized for their professional work ethic and attention to detail. Had my Ductless Mini-split heat pump system replaced recently and it was a great experience from start to finish they went above and beyond what I was expecting.
I had them out several years ago to do a repair and they did a great job then also. I will continue to use them for all my heating and AC needs. I highly recommend them.

Contacted when my A/C wasn’t working. Rick, the service technician I spoke to on the phone was very polite and tried to help me rectify the issue over the phone to save me a fee for a service call.

When that didn’t work, he scheduled me for the next available appointment and the tech I had out was able to fix it within the hour.

I use Priority for my heating, air conditioning and humidifying systems. Richard in service is excellent and Sean, AJ and Ryan just replaced my 20 year old furnace today. They did an excellent job. They were very clean and polite and gave me an overview of the operating of the furnace. Scott the salesman was very helpful in getting us up and going with a new unit which took some doing in these Covid times and Lance the Service Manager has always been very helpful. When ordering steam cartridges the admin staff is always prompt and courteous and a pleasure to deal with. An excellent company and I recommend them highly. I spent 50 years in the service industry and I appreciate good service!

We had an issue with our hot water and Priority Mechanical Services Ltd was quick to resolve it. We live in a stacked town house, and our hot water is tied to our heating system. When the heat was running and we would start the shower, we wouldn't have any hot water. We would have to turn off the heat in order to get some warm water to the shower. We called a plumber previously to inspect our mixing value, but they wouldn't touch it, as our setup was not something they were familiar with. Luckily, Priority Mechanical Services Ltd was able to resolve our issue. They answered our called right away, they booked us in for the next day (even arrived to the job early), found and fixed the issue, and didn't leave until we had tested everything tap to see if the new mixing value was properly working. The technicians even wore N95 masks. Super impressed with Priority Mechanical Services Ltd. Would definitely recommend them and use them again!

I was beyond impressed by Priority Air. They are extremely professional, skilled, reliable, and courteous. They were very responsive by email and phone when setting up the initial appointment and the install. Their staff went above and beyond in helping to determine what I would need to address a humidity issue in my home. They found a way to install an air exchanger despite very tight spaces in my furnace room, and they found a way to install the outdoor vent out of sight of the front of my house as I had requested.

When I let them know that I was stuck with a whole home air purifier that a previous contractor was too busy to install, they made time and sent me their best installer the day before Christmas to install it! This level of service completely surprised me and reminded me of the service my parents and grandparents used to receive decades ago. I can not recommend Priority Air enough!

I needed my AC unit moved from one side of the house to the other as I was getting a walkway put in. Scott came in to quote me and he was very professional, prompt and really eager to help. They were able to do this for me 2 days after they came in to quote the job and when Liam and Andrew came to move it they knew exactly what they were doing. They got it done efficiently and most importantly they did it without any damage to the property or the unit itself. I highly recommend these guys.

Priority Mechanical installed a Venmar energy recovery ventilator (ERV) for us on June 7/21. The installers, Jeremy and Ryan, were great. We reviewed the work to be done and talked about some options before they started and the quality of the installation was top notch. Everything was cleaned up before the guys left. This is so COOL.
After decades of hot water radiators throughout the house and a boiler in the basement - Priority Mechanical provided a whole new heating solution during our home reno (a year or more ago). Today, they installed an all new central air conditioning system. 15 minutes is all it took to start to feel the cool of our new Trane throughout the house.

The friendly service department booked us in promptly and the technicians arrived right on time, were efficient, professional, and explained in detail what was causing the issue. The issue causing the noise was repaired immediately and the area was left impeccable and clean and my furnace is once again running again super silently and wonderful. On January 12/21 at 6am our furnace stopped working, at 6.30am I called Lance and he arranged for technician Aman to come to our place to check out our furnace. Aman showed up within a few hours and diagnosed the problem with our furnace within a few minutes and explained the problem to me. We then called Lance back and the 3 of us discussed our options. We were given repair options along with a rough estimate and we also discussed full replacement with rough estimates costs. Given our furnace system is 23 years old, my wife and I decide to go with the replacement option. Lance then calls Steve and Steve arrives at our place within 45 minutes. Steve measured up and provided product information along with a rough estimate. We decided to go with a new system installation and Steve immediately arranged for next day installation due to our situation. On January 13/21 Matt and Tyler show up to perform the tear out and installation. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism right from the onset. They laid carpet down to protect our floors and they removed their shoes every time they came into our house. Their attention to detail for this installation was extremely professional and no corners were cut. The quality of Priority Mechanical staff and their product is second to none.
I was a Facility Manager for the City of Kitchener for 32 years and was responsible for many tradespersons and the hiring of trade contractors. Mark, the sales rep from Priority who came to quote me on a new tankless water heater, was the only sales rep out of many company's I called, to actually take time and try to figure out if a new tank would even solve the issue I was having first. Which I very much appreciated.
The Tech Adam, who then installed the new unit for me was also fantastic in his service, he was very efficient and did a great job especially considering the very limited space my tiny laundry room provided him to work in.
Both of them where punctual, professional, very knowledgeable, with great attitudes and dispositions which made it very easy to talk to them.
