Two kind gentlemen were able to come over the same day I called. They told me everything that could possibly be wrong with a pipe in my basement and suggested the easiest/most affordable fix as they thought it was the right one. And, they were right! I felt taken care of and that they didn’t upsell me on something I didn’t need just because I wouldn’t have known better. Not to mention they were very kind and friendly. I would absolutely call them again for any future plumbing issues!:)

Ouweis Sassi was terrific. Professional. Knew what was wrong and fixed it. I have recommended him to my neighbour and will do the same with our Property Manager. We now use a terrible plumbing company.

Upselling highway robbery. Asked them to come in to replace kitchen faucet head. Plumber said part was impossible to find, offered to install entirely new faucet he had in his van (available for a few 100 bucks at Home Depot) For $1700! Also looked at main water valve for home and said it was leaking because there was one drop of water on it, $700 repair. All absolute nonsense. After some searching we found a replacement faucet head for $70 and ordered it ourselves, it screws on in two seconds. The main water valve isn’t leaking, the drop of water was condensation, a real leak would’ve shown up on the bone dry furnace room floor. Incredible. Tried to take us to the cleaners for more than $2500.

Edit: the owner called us in response to this review, was very cordial and professional, concerned about our experience and took down lots of details to look into it. He offered a refund of the small fee we paid to get the quotes, but I refused, isn’t about that small amount of money. I’m happy about the follow up, but probably still wouldn’t go back here.

I had an absolutely brilliant experience today, with Andrew from Priority plumbing. I had a backed up kitchen sink in my condo. I was recommended this firm, from a colleague/friend at work and on top of resolving all of my issues, Andrew took the time to give me advice, was upfront with costs, gave me multiple options and was flexible with my requests. Last year, Adam Tatarka did a general inspection, which led to us replacing a leaking aged toilet, adjusting a shower valve, and adding a stack access. This year, Aaron Johnston did another inspection, which led to us replacing corroded shut-off valves for the laundry sink. Great quality, professional, timely, good service.

David was persistent and professional unclogging a drain that was very difficult. He explained the process carefully at each step.

I am a repeat customer and have always has good experiences with their service and successful completion of the jobs.

We called Priority Plumbing because we had a leak from the outside valve that needed to be taken care of before winter. Unfortunately, they were short handed on the day we had scheduled an appointment and they had to reschedule us. They communicated the entire time and waved their initial fee as compensation which my husband and I really appreciated. Andrew H and Aaron attended our house and they were so professional, polite and friendly. They were also very informative and took care of the problem with ease. They removed and installed a new hose spigot outside and a new isolation valve on the inside. I also had a problematic kitchen sink issue where my handle kept falling off. Andrew fixed it with incredible ease until we can get the necessary part that needs replacement (getting it from the manufacturer) and he didn’t charge us for that. Wonderful experience, definitely our new go to whenever we have a plumbing issue! Thanks guys!

They came to clear 2 drains which was fine but proceeded to 'fix' a shower diverter. 1 week later same problem appeared and upon revisiting claimed it was unfixable and major repair was needed. No mention of the money paid to fix it in the first place. Will not call again.

OVERPRICED and INCONSISTENT on pricing

I’ve used these guys about 4 times in total, a few times when in a bind and in a rush and desperate. But most recently I wanted to use them for not an emergency.

On the same job, about an hours worth of work they charged $240 the first time and +$500 the second time for the exact same job. When I asked them about it proving the invoices, they said I was not charged properly the first time.

Another time I called them to unhook my dishwasher and washer dryer as I was selling them, I was quoted $400 for the task… according to what’s in their iPad for drawing quotes. Instead I paid him the house call price go watch me unhook the devices while he offered the guidance…

Since they don’t bill by the hour and they don’t have all jobs in their iPad of work, they misquote and Mis charge based on whatever the plumber categorizes their perception of the job to be…

Great company to deal with. I called Priority in the morning and they arrived the same day. They are very professional to deal with. Before I discovered Priority I called other plumbers and they didn't even call me back. This is the second time I have used them and both times I was very satisfied. Thank you.

My basement flooded about a week ago and I called Priority Plumbing for the first time. They sent Kyle over the same day to investigate the problem. He was polite, professional, and very good at communicating what the problem was. He clearly explained the reasons why I had a drain problem and set out the steps to rectify it. He patiently answered all my questions and helped me understand how the plumbing in my house works. The team that did the repairs and install new clean outs worked quickly and were also a polite and professional group. Kyle returned for a follow up and camera scope, and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was in order. He was just an all around awesome and very knowledgeable guy!

Today, I had a problem with the basement toilet not working in my rental property. After my positive first experience with Priority Plumbing, I decided to call them again even though the plumbing there was previously serviced by another company. They were able to promptly get a technician out to the house shortly after my call. Joel was polite, professional, and took the time to assess what needed to be fixed. Since I had him there for the call, he patiently went through other parts of the house with me to explain how to repair or improve various plumbing concerns I had. He was friendly and easy to talk to and gave me a lot of helpful tips - what a wonderful guy!

I've had nothing but positive experiences with everyone from dispatch to the service technicians. It's clear everyone takes pride in their job to make customers feel taken care of. Priority Plumbing & Drains will be my go-to for any future needs.

They are the best most responsive greatest plumbing company ever. From very large jobs to minor fixes I can’t say enough.

Quoted me 550$ to install a faucet, in addition the the 50$ quote fee. Found that ridiculous. Installed the faucet in one hour after they left.

My elderly aunt and uncle (80) had problems with two toilets in their (five-year-old) condo, one won't stop flushing and the other was making a grinding noise. They called theses guys. 2 guys showed up, after a lot of running back and forth to the van and talking among themselves they tried upsell them- They suggested installing new toilets at $4,000 (Yes $4000!) and they said no they just need it fixed.they went ahead and fixed it and charged over $800! Aunt and uncle knew they were getting ripped off but they didn't get a quote ahead of time so they paid the bill. Once other family members found out about it, they investigated and found out they only replace $40 worth of parts. They phoned the company to complain and the company offered to return $200 as long as they
promised not to leave a bad review.

The elderly man they tried to scam is a prominent blind man.
(SO They know exactly who I'm talking about)

Would be a 5/5 if the price was just a tad friendlier.that said, the quality of work and more importantly the quality of the employees was great. I have an extremely strict and peculiar management within my condo, My assigned plumber, Joel, was well spoken, polite and able to jump through the over zealous hoops my building had set including All metal piping, WSIB, Plumbing Licenses, Insurance paperwork and the strange idiosyncrasies probably unique to my building's staff. Very satisfied with the work done, they were very respectful and quiet entering and exiting. The call service was also extremely prompt from the office and everything is additionally confirmed with an email which I prefer. All in all a great experience. It is pricey though! But you get what you pay for.

Brian was very professional and extremely helpful. He took the time to explain the issue clearly, and did a really nice job fixing it in a short amount of time.

I reached out to Priority Plumbing through their website and booked my appointment. They were prompt and reached out to me immediately. On the day of my appointment they called me again to inform me about the exact time when they will be reaching my condo and the name of the person (Joel) who’ll attending to my issues.

Joel arrived on time, knew my issues, was wearing a mask and was extremely professional. He asked me to show the issues that I was facing (there were quite a few) and explained what were the next steps and the timeline and cost for each. He also offered multiple options and the cost for each of them. Then, after I signed off on the price, he fixed the issues very promptly and quickly. He then showed us what exactly had he modified and told us the best way maintain the new installation.

The overall experience was extremely smooth and we didn’t any issues. Joel was extremely professional, is an expert in what he did and very kind and went out of his way to help me out. I will recommend him for any plumbing issues/ installation.

We had Joel do a service inspection today and replaced 2 taps behind the washing machine.
Worked very well, I had the call this morning and the same day they were able to send someone.
Really appreciate their help, their diagnostic and quick fix.
I have to say they are not cheap, but professional, friendly, responsive and tell you the costs upfront.
Definitely recommend their services - it comes with a price, but I will use them again.

Used Priority Plumbing to repipe my house. They were efficient, timely and kept to their initial quote. I would definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.

Today was my "lucky" day-both toilets in my 2-bathroom condo stopped flushing properly on the same day! After waiting in vain for a call back from my regular plumber all day, in the afternoon I called Priority Plumbing because of their reviews. They told me they'd have someone at my place between 5 and 8 p.m, and Greg arrived around 5: 30. He diagnosed both problems immediately, had all the parts on hand, and by 6: 20 he had fixed everything. Priority Plumbing will be my regular plumber from now on.

This company charged me $1203.18 for hydro jet wash of drain back up water issue and could not resolve the issue. Their plumber Mr David could not find the main line and instead cleaned wrong line. The drain water was still backing up. When I complain them, next day 2 more plumbers Mr Greg & Mr. Brian came and checked but did the same thing again on same lines. It was Saturday and the problem was still haunting me even after spending $1203.18. On top of this they said the lines are wrong and gave me $7186.80 quotation to dig up and correct the lines. When I asked for any low cost option, they told me there is no other way. Fortunately I did not listen to them and called another plumber who did work for 3 hours and found the main line which wasn't that difficult, and cleaned the main line for just $150. I lost $1203.18 without getting the problem solved by priority plumbing. When I told them whole story they stop responding and when I asked about the fees they charged they stopped responding. But I am sure that $1203.18 is too much for cleaning!
I do not recommend these plumbers as they don't think much about your problem but think more how they can charge you heavily! I don't even feel to give them 1 star. I lost my hard earned money but you people beware of these plumbers! I will never call them again for any of my plumbing issues.

We had James and Stefan come in to inspect what seemed to be a leak from the main bathroom. They were fast and showed up in time, took their time to explain and also fixed a few minor things in the tub and toilet. Excelent service!

Had a week-end emergency.after a failure with my "regular" plumber I found Priority.called and got a call back almost immediately with info that they'd have a plumber here between 5 and 8PM. Saturday.shortly before 5 got a call that he was on his way. Greg arrived within minutes.checked out the problem and brought his equipment in and set to work. All done within 30 minutes. Cleaned up after himself.packed up and.after I paid him. (week-end price! Worth every penny) was off to another job. I couldn't have asked for a more professional, pleasant and quick experience with Greg.ask for him if you have a choice.

There was a clogged sink drain. They came and charged 800 dollars and the clog was still there. They said they had to break up to concrete to fix it. It sounded fishy. I decided to rent an auger from Home Depot, and I was easily able to fix it myself. Do not let them trick you. I do not believe all their good reviews. I am someone that really used them. This is an honest review.

I was booked for an appointment between 8am and 1pm, took time off work and rejigged my schedule for this very basic replacement of a kitchen faucet which I had purchased ahead of time. The plumber showed up after 7pm! There was no help through the day to offer an approximation of arrival time, just that "they were on their way", "you're the next on the list", "would you like to reschedule"? I didn't have an emergency plumbing issue, but I had taken time off work for the 5 hour window I was reserved for. When the plumber arrived he was very pleasant, and then gave me an estimate of over $425 for a basic removal of a faucet and replacement of my new one. This was twice as much as other quotes I had found during the afternoon when I thought Priority (!) Plumbing was not going to ever show up. Yes, maybe I should have taken one of those offers, but I had no idea Priority Plumbing was going to be SO much more expensive and SO off on their scheduling. As Seinfeld once said, they "can make a reservation, they just can't keep the reservation! ". It was a frustrating day to say the least. But my new faucet is now installed.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. UNPROFESSIONAL RESULTING IN AN OVERSPILL ALL OVER BATHROOM AND HALLWAY FLOORING. Kyle came in to fix a toilet which was not flushing properly and had previously caused an overspill. The first thing he did was press the lever of the toilet causing an overflow with water covering the ENTIRE bathroom and further spillage into the hallway on newly installed flooring. He didn't in any way try to stop the water instead told me "oh you're going to have a leak down into the neighbor's".

He wasn't equipped to handle it any way, and left me to search the building for a mop to clean the water. The tenants of the unit threw in their personal towels to help the situation. Even then, he proceeded to tell me he was not liable for any of the damage that caused.

I am livid as he has left without rectifying the situation leaving me to talk to his manager. After speaking to the manager, I was told that Kyle was not aware this was a clogged toilet (even though he knew the ENTIRE history of this toilet) which he was specifically called in to fix.

I am now waiting to see how this company wants to proceed with the damage that has been caused to my condo floors, not to mention the inconvenience caused to me and my tenants.

I had a few other plumbers come out to try and fix a problem with a foul-smelling sink. Priority Plumbing came out and they were great. Truth be told, the sink didn't smell when they came out, so it was difficult for them to diagnose/fix the problem, but they were kind enough not to charge me any sort of service fee. On top of that, both guys (Greg and Kyle) were friendly, professional and courteous and they offered a couple of recommendations that I can try to curb the bad smell. Will definitely call these guys again in the future!

I have used Priority Plumbing twice now. The first time, was when I clogged the kitchen sink. They were professional and they wore coverings over their feet as to not track in dirt, etc. They solved my problem and in addition they were much less expensive than the other companies out there.

The second time I used them I had an emergency blockage in the bathroom. The toilet in addition needed to be reseated. Water had already leaked out onto the flooring and I had gone through 3 loads of towels in the laundry. They were booked, but still managed to fit me in. Thanks guys! I REALLY, REALLY appreciate it!

Excellent service and reasonably priced. We had a plumbing emergency tonight, shower fixture shot off the wall with a stream of water spraying all over the place, Greg and David were sent out and completed the job quickly. Both guys were very courteous, they fixed the issue while keeping me informed of their progress. I was impressed and will use this company again.

Even after a mix up with contact info and we missed the first technicians dispatched to the property, we called priority plumbing again within our appointment slot and they got another specialist sent over right away- within an hour of when we called.
While the specialist, Adam, was working, we stayed on the premises and he had a great attitude that helped the time go by faster even while hard at work for a considerably long time (it was a big job that saved our property from further water damage and the neighbors below). He brought all the tools and parts necessary with him, very well prepared, and got the whole mess sorted out that day.
Within 24 hours of our initial call to priority plumbing, we went from problem to a scheduled appointment to missed contact with the first technicians to another technician on the way to problem solved.
Excellent service like this is the reason why we will definitely call them again for our next plumbing issue and definitely requesting Adam again.

What a fantastic experience! I was able to get a technician quickly, the technician arrived well within the time agreed upon, and he was incredibly knowledgeable. We went over a variety of price options, and I never felt pressured to spend more money. David went above and beyond to help fix my toilet woes. I would definitely use this company again!
