I was very impressed with the level of care and the attention to my concerns. I felt like she was listening to me and explaining the rational for the decisions made.

My mother had an exceptional experience with Dr. Mills, the eye specialist. His expertise and caring demeanor made her visit comfortable. He patiently addressed her concerns, explained procedures clearly, and displayed genuine interest in her eyes health. We highly recommend Dr. Mills for his professionalism and excellent patient care.

Dr Khan is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. She takes the time to explain every aspect of her consultation and very patient in her approach. I would highly recommend her.

Everyone was very professional and friendly. The operation went smoothly and i was never in pain during the operation. The doctor followed up with my operation to make shure there was no glitch. It's only been 24 hours and already my vision is clearer and i have no pain or headaches. All the staff at Credit Valley Hospital were very friendly and professional too. I had an appointment with Dr. Kherani today, as usual he is very thorough and is a brilliant Doctor. He analyses everything before prescribing meds or surgeries.
I am pleased and relieved that my eyes are in his care.

People are professional. Doctor Mills was very well mannered and seems to be very knowledgeable and confident. However the total waiting time of 2 hr+ was a bit long.

Dr, Verma and his assistant were very professional in their approach. His information was very detailed and clear. Thanks for the service that your Institute has provided.

Not impressed with results. Doctor said if I choose first two options for catarac surgery, will still have to wear glasses. If I opt for option 3, will have perfect vision and it will cost $4,000 per eye. $8,000. Are you kidding me? I do not know anyone who has paid that amount. Everyone who has the regular surgery, say they see better and not wearing glasses. Not impressed.

First visit. Better than on time, professional, excellent exam room manner, personable, communicated effectively, felt well taken care of.

My one, and only, "complaint" is waiting 2 hours to see a Doctor WITHOUT any updates from any staff member explaining that, and why, the Doctor was running late. As a former hospital based Paramedic I well understand that this can happen at times, but the lack of communication made it seem as though no one cared about the patient, in this case me.

As I relayed to Dr. Mills, my time is just as valuable as his, albeit perhaps not in the same way. Frankly, in my case, as a disabled person, that amount of time sitting in the waiting area chairs is very painful and very unnecessary, which was compounded by the lack of communication.

The registration staff has been fantastic, clear instructions, friendly, and answers any questions put to them.

Still and all, my experience so far has been much more positive than the "other eye place. "

Recently had the MIGS surgery. Dr. Schlenker is extremely knowledgeable and approachable and always available to answer questions. He and his wonderful staff are all very pleasant.

I was seen this morning (02 18) by Dr. Shoan. He is fantastic, the best. Very kind and knowledgeable, great with the patients. Extremely happy to have him as my doctor.

Professional environment, committed Staff and Doctors with “High Service orientation. ” Efficient management of services for patients right from reception to examination and advice from the Doctor.

Other then the wait, my experience was very good. Everything was explained… Staff and Doctors were polite and informative. I would defiantly recommend them.

The reception person was excellent and trying to get patients moving faster.i would give 5 starts to the Receptionist. I would give 5 stars.
However, the technicians' services for urgency, timeliness and particular consideration for senior citizens were absent. Either they are new, inexperienced or some other factors.

Technicians I would rate as two stars.

On my last visit to the Prism Eye Institute Mississauga-Oakville (September 22,2021), I was impressed with the number of patients waiting in line for Laser Doctor’s care, Dr. Amandeep Rai.
In addition to his undeniable professional competence, Dr Rai is calm, available, attentive, and particularly conscientious during each clinical examination. One has the feeling that the well-being of the patient is his main concern. His humility and patience make me confident when he is dealing with my eyes.

In his communication with the patient, there is kindness, respect, and empathy. Dr Rai always calls to make sure you don't miss the next follow-up appointment.

I have already recommended this good doctor to those around me.

We saw dr Teichman and dr Zein el Din today on an emergency referral for my Dad. Was impressed that we were admitted on time without any delays, we were allocated the necessary time to have a proper diagnostic. Details were discussed and proper report was sent to the following specialist for following up.

Dr. Shoan is an excellent Optometrist. I have been going to him for years. He is very personable, professional and always answers all my questions!

Dr. Teichman is an amazing ophthalmologist and a great person as well.
He will explain in simple language what your eye issues may be and discuss the treatments required.
He performed my DSEK cornea transplant for my only sighted eye giving me my normal life back again.
Good vision is a gift that should never be taken for granted.
He’s professional, personable and and a very skilled doctor.
You couldn’t ask for more or a have a better doctor.

Dr Roy is very professional and also very humble person, my chronic eye condition always makes me nervous to visit doctors but with prism eye appointment I am always leave feeling reassured and fully informed and understood.

This is the first time I visit Prisem eyes Instutit I see Dr Faran vafaie he explaine to me and answer all my questions he is very friendly.

An hour and half of tests ($500) that did not appear to show anymore information than had been done by my optometrist previously.

Been under Dr Mills care for over a decade. Not only an excellent physician but speaks in plain language and spends the time required to answer questions. It is a busy clinic, well organized and staffed appropriately. The appointments take time, plan on a couple hours, but to get such excellent care is worth every minute.

I've been going to Prism Eye Institute for 5 years for glaucoma.
Dr. Klein is fantastic. Professional, courteous, easy to talk to and
puts you at ease. The staff I am in contact with are polite and
helpful. I have been to the Erin Mills location (now moved), the
Brampton location and recently the new location in Oakville.
I am very happy with the care and attention I am receiving.

Arrived with a PSW to assist my mother with personal care. Initially they would not allow the PSW to join us in the waiting room (I had to get the manager to intervene). Some of the equipment they had to use for my mother's tests were not wheelchair accessible (that is unacceptable for a medical center). Fortunately my mother had some mobility so they were able to accommodate her but if she had been more restricted it would not have been possible. For a well respected medical clinic, they certainly haven't worked out some very basic details. Not a great experience.

Very popular place so be prepared to wait. The doctor was patient, informed and answered my questions. I would recommend Prism.

The lady at the reception/front desk at the Oakville site was professional, pleasant, efficient and friendly - we really appreciate her and her kindness.

Lloydel was very friendly and helpful. I needed to get some information changed and she did it with ease. A very pleasant experience. Love this place!

I have had great experience with Dr. Mills and Prism team since my first interaction with Prism.
Dr. Mills explained the ailment with clarity on my Diabetes related eye issues. It is called Diabetic Macular Edema.
After monitoring for several months, he began treatment with Eylea eye injection. It will be repeated 3 times with 4-5 weeks interval initially.
Eye injection may be scary for some but he made it so comfortable for me.
His clinical assistant is also outstanding, polite, and prompt.
My experience with front office and testing team has also been very satisfactory.

Excellent experience with Dr Rai when he called from Emerg when my 89 year old mother was admitted with a punctured eye globe and fractured eye bones from a fall. However, the two follow up appts at Prism resulted in a different experience. Due to Covid, we could not accompany her. A PSW from her long term care accompanied her both times. She is very hard of hearing and has advanced dementia. We asked to have a follow up call from the Dr on both occasions. We called Prism 3x. That in itself was a ridiculously frustrating experience. After almost 3 weeks and numerous requests we have had NO RETURN CALLS FROM DR RAI OR PRISM.incredibly disappointed and frustrated.

Dr. Schlenker and his team are fantastic. Being a retired MD myself, I was very pleased with the level of professionalism, cleanliness, and hospitality. The entire team has good bedside manners, which made me feel very comfortable and at home during my eye surgery. I highly suggest anyone who is in need of an eye care specialist to see Dr. Schlenker.

Dr Khan is a very good eye doctor, she did a thorough examination and discussed my issues. She's very friendly, smart and is interested in patient's issues.

Beautiful building in Oakville where I am from, and everything looks great inside. I went for my first consultation after waiting for lockdown to open up. Staff were very pleasant. That would be 5 stars. The 3 stars is because NO ONE told me that I would have to get the actual cataract surgery done at Kensington eye institute in downtown Toronto. 3-6 month wait. Longer wait for credit valley or credit view, not sure which one it was. I would have searched other options had I known it was in Toronto. So it's a no from me. I find it odd that no other review mentions that they send you downtown for the procedure. Is it just me?

Facility is good clean and good location. Staff is friendly. Nothing to do with staff but I gave only 4 stars because they are expensive and after surgery some complications came they changed more for testings which I think should be covered under same lens installation price. Because the did all the tests before surgery if something goes wrong should be covered specifically for seniors.

My appointment well I was early and still was taken right away. The technicians were all courteous and helpful. The COVID protocols were all followed and no time was I nervous

Prism is efficient as any large clinic can be. It is well organized from check-in until being seen by the doctor.

Prism is taking all precautions relative to Covid protection. Again, well organized.

Although this clinic can be very busy, and some patience is necessary, the patient flow is managed well.

The new office location is a 100% improvement over the old location. New, bright, modern and efficient.

Very good eye institute, staffs are friendly and efficiently! Doctors are very friendly as well. Only problem is took long time to get my appointment for the last whole year, may be due to pandemic reason.

Dr. Sharma was very understanding and provided a wealth of knowledge when I went to my appointment. He also understood my circumstances and offered some sound advice. The center is very clean and safe. They are socially distancing patients and have a very good clean hands policy. It felt much better than waiting in a hospital.

Clean and organized! Sanitize hands at entrance and take your temperature! After checking in with the front reception, you then go to a designated seating area where chairs were spaced out with tape on the floor! Dr. Klien is friendly and professional! He has been controlling my glaucoma for a number of years now with drops and high tech equipment for testing! Wouldn't hesitate to go here!

All personnel who I came in contact with were very helpful & friendly. Covid protocol was in place so I felt safe. My experience would have been even better if the testing could have taken less time. Took over an hour to complete 3 tests. I've been in & out previous times after 30 min.

Excellent, except some delay to see the doctor. Wait time to see the doctor was about 55 minutes. The tests were done fast. I would rather expect less time as my mom is 93 years old and gets restless if it gets too delayed!

Dr. Teichman is one of the most professional and optimistic doctors I have ever met. He has patience with his patients and his is always willing to answer any questions you may have. He speaks to his patients in a loving manner and he truly shows that he cares for all his patients. We had a great experience with this doctor!

I have been seeing doctor teitman for 3 years. He performed both of my corneal transplants. Thanks to him I can now see and will be able to drive soon. The staff at the oakville location are pleasant, and kind.

Everything is fine but I was waiting one hour to see the doctor. The booking should be more sufficient. Testing was well managed but doctor appointment unfortunately no.

I recommend Dr. Nima Noordeh as he took great care of me and did an amazing job. He’s very friendly and great at what he does.
