Papi is the best in the business when it comes to getting your phone fixed or accessories, no need to go anywhere else but prism

I bought a Chamberlain wall mount garage door opener from them. The item was sealed and the price was really good.

Very disappointed and pissed that i got almost scammed.

I seen on their facebook that they advertised a 65" Samsung S90C T. V for $2100 cash deal. When I spoke with Muhammad he assured me its brand new sealed inbox and that it comes with 1 year manufacturer warranty. (the t.v retails for 2999.99$ + tax and I am driving from an hour and half away).

When I come in there are just people screaming at their staff because they messed up their phones. Which is fine I looked past that, than I see that the box that he said was brand new and never used is actually open and apparently "they have to test every expensive item" which makes it no longer brand new sealed (this isnt the worst part)

I have a cell phone business and do refurbishings aswell as electronics sales daily. With brand new Samsung T. V's their serial number comes with a number at the end and they are positioned in a way where the sticky tag (where it shows all the serial numbers) is perfectly aligned on the corner of the box.

Not only was this serial number fake but it looks like somebody removed the serial number sticker but didn't even bother to reposition it as how Samsung would (where you can call samsung and check if its real item or not or if its stolen).

At this point I am sketched to the maximum and they give me the phone to talk to their owner who isnt even there and he kept trying to push me towards the sale (which I knew something was wrong because I am in this business and decided to walk away and call Samsung)

After calling Samsung everything that I mentioned up above they had agreed with.

The serial number isnt even real, the TV is stolen and I should call your city that gave you that buy and sell license and complain but im not going to.

I only wrote this review because i drove so far for something that was absolutely not what you said and was fake/stolen. I would recommend you remove that serial number tag as it is missing a Letter at the end lol.

VERY VERY SKETCHY PLACE, becareful - im sure if I didn't know what I was doing and didn't have a business in this same industry I would have fallen for this little silly trick of the business.

ALWAYS CHECK SERIAL NUMBERS AND CALL SAMSUNG

P. S to the guy that told me warranty is activated once you set it up and that it still has manufacturer warranty on it.

Let me educate you, this is true for cellphones ONLY. You would have already activated the warranty just by you turning it on and testing it as you said you did. Warranty starts from the day of purchase for T. V'S.

Also, please do not say once you put in your gmail account etc into your tv than it will be activated that is the most uneducated rookie thing you can possibly say in this industry. I would recommend reading up on how warranty actually works

Get more educated please and stop lieing and stealing from people and wasting their time.

They thought I was just a random but little did they know I have a full business in this same industry and knew of what they were saying the whole time (I just played dumb) and was only there because it was a really good deal which obviously turned out to be not true

Im sure nothing will change but please learn from your mistakes and dont scam or you will get exposed by people like me

I put pictures below of how the serial number tag should look and how it shouldnt have a missing letter at the end (huge red flag)

I came in last week to repair my sons iPhone 11, I appreciate how knowledgeable and kind all the associates were. They were able to help me with the issue right away and repaired my phone in a timely manner. The price for this service was also very decent. Overall, great customer service and I will definitely be visiting again!

Very very bad service! I paid them to fix my phone which was a note 9 n I got it back in worst shape i showed 1 of the guys a few days before n he gave me a specific day to take it back n wen I did they said I waited too long. I have a few friends with similar experiences. Honestly I wouldn’t recommend any to do business at this establishment.

Bought Oled 65 inch and it was a very smooth transaction. Delivered the Tv with care and no issues at all. Highly recommend it

Bought a milwaukee tool in here and they have the best deal out there. Nice workers and easy to talk to. No hesitations after paying they let me test the tool and was worth it! Looking to buy more tools and some dyson stuffs even tvs in the near future!

Earlier today i went into the store looking for a case for my phone and wires that I had lost but needed for my speakers. The staff was and always is amazing whenever I go in. Abdul and Mo answered all of my questions and provided the products I needed at an excellent price. I would strongly recommend prism wireless to all my friends and family. Magnificent service!

Very disappointed. Rates are too high as compare to market. Bought a single charging cable for 15 dollars while its availabe in market 5 to 10 dollars depend on cable. The cable i bought was even worst than i bought before for just dollar 5. For sure they are looting while having third class stuff. Definitely was very upset. I bought bcoz i was stuck on the road. Guy dont know customer service having glasses

Did not have the part but could have let the customer know that earlier on instead of dragging it on without an explanation. 4 days went to waste and it would have been better if customer was told about what the situation was.

MR. HASSAN WAS A PROFESSIONAL GENTLEMAN AND PROVIDED ME WITH AN EXCLLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. FURTHERMORE HE HELPED ME WITH EVERY SINGLE ISSUE I HAD IN REGARDS TO MY NEW CELL PHONE.

AS THE RESULT I AS A CUSTOMER WAS VERY SATISFIED AND HAPPY.

Prism wireless is a very busy place for a reason! The team will get the job done with decent prices depending on what needs to be repaired. I always go to prism for cases, temper glass and whenever I have a phone issue.

My experience was excellent with then and specially Dhaval and I would recommend everyone to go there and buy phones since I have been dealing with them for 15 years.

Repair work is quick. You get what you pay for. They are all professional and provide great customer service. I recommend Prism for your wireless issues.

Good morning, on Saturday June 2020 I went into this business I was treated amazing. I asked the gentleman for a product, no problem he had it and helped me. Very polite and extremely helpful. Wish more businesses were like this.

I've had the same issue with these guys 2 times with me and then one more with a relative. They say they will fix your screen and fine, they charge you for it AND they do give you a functioning unbroken screen BUT the sensor that makes your screen go black when you talk ends up not working so your face is always touching buttons when you talk. When I confronted them about it, they want to charge you again. When I pushed further they said that they need to break the sensor to put the new screen on. They said it happens sometimes. Well shouldn't they tell you that before? You think you're spending so much then have to come back for more. Include it all one fee and give the phone back with a functioning screen (touch or call).

The staff members are very professional and they provide the best deals and services. Fast and reliable, highly recommended

RIP off on phones you buy from them, they break down shortly after purchased inspite of being quite expensive. Previous clients private information still stored on phones

Very bad service.they hold your phone with promises that it will be ready.guess since tomorrow near ends so does their excuse of when your phone will be ready. Needed my phone on the day I was to receive it for an assignment but could not get and had to get a zero on it. Even with that, its excuse upon excuse. If I could give half a star or no star at all, it would be better rating.

Collected my phone but problem came back the very next day. After returning it to them I was told to pay an extra 145 buck to get it fixed after been with them for two weeks.
So a total of three weeks, without anything been done. They are fraud

When my dad's phone was stuck in a bootloop, the store wanted $55 to re flash the phone. I then later found that other places around here can do that for $40 and the guy at Pacific mall told me he could've done that for $20. This store will try to RIP YOU OFF!

They've taken care of my cellular needs for a few years now.no complaints gentlemen! If you can't wait when they're busy, which is often, save your happy vibes and just go elsewhere.
