Employees driving a company vehicle, especially one with a sign or logo, tend to drive more conscientiously as they are obviously representing their organization on public roads. This does not seem to be the case with Pristine. I was trying to merge into the right lane on hwy 401. There was plenty of space for me to merge so when I turned on my turn signal to indicate I was going to merge, the driver of this truck sped up quickly not allowing me to merge. Seriously? ! I have dash cam footage and would never ever want you near my property if this is how you share the road.

PPM worked on my backyard to establish two garden beds (1 on the side and 1 at the back perimeter) with perennials, a fresh load of mulch and a pruning of my Japanese Maple at the front. The team was easy to work with and was done the same day.

So rude employees. Train them on professionalism. It's reflect on your business. When you work on near the side walk mindful about the people walk by. Normal people with common sense won't blow the grass and sand to the people pass by. I watched many days, when Kids and womans pass by also they do this. I will never recommend this company especially after how one of their employees talked to me.

Jon Durbano gets the job done not only quickly and efficiently, with doing a pristine job but he looks absolutely perfect doing it, hottest guys on the team.

Erine is one of the best employees on staff. Knowledgeable, friendly and kind. Does an awesome job and cleans up like he was never there.

Great addition to the team.

I'm a resident of a townhouse condo complex near Downsview Park that uses this company to maintain our grounds. Sure they cut the grass every couple weeks but they don't do much else. I see the people mowing just kick trash out of the way. I was excited when I saw a couple of them weeding around the parking lot the other day but they were gone after doing a couple metres and just mixed all the weeds into the existing mulch. Also, one employee seems to just stand ther holding their puppy the entire time. They're supposed to be redoing all our landscaping in a couple weeks - hopefully they pay a little more attention to detail with that task.

In the summer these guys are great. Grass is well kept and they clean up really well. When winter rolls around unfortunately you’re SOL because they think salt will remove 3” of snow. I’m writing this as I watch their truck drive down the street blade up but still salting. They never cleaned up after the first bad storm of the year and we’ve lost visitor parking spots because that’s where snow has been left since.

Staff is very friendly, responsive and the work they did was great. I would highly recommend their service.

My experience with PPM (Jon and crew) has been great, did landscaping, regrading and new sod in entire backyard. Looks great and we enjoyed using our new space all summer. Crews are polite and efficient and even came by in the weeks after to check on the new sods progress ; they even replaced a few small areas that didn't catch well without being asked! Very Impressed and appreciative. Will be reaching out to them to arrange snow removal service this coming winter.

I've been working with PPM for years. Great, honest service. I've met the owner before and he's awesome. They have a ton of experience. They're my first call for any landscaping work.

Use to work at this company quite a few years ago, loved every minute of it, I learned from the best formans, and met a lot of amazing people along the way, I have nothing but respect for this company and I recommend them to my current clients, I see alot of post about being unprofessional or messy and I can honestly say that once it brought to the Forman and/or owner Jon's attention, it gets dealt with. Also, Not to mention one of the drivers found a missing child who was accidentally abducted in a car jacking 2-3 years ago. Hope you and the company are doing well Jon,

The guys and girls at PPM are great!
They had their arborist in to evaluate our 40 ft trees in the backyard and the team came in to trim, shape and remove all the limbs like no one was there! They also planted a new tree! Thanks PPM! JRW

We had our fence recently done by Pristine, and they did a fantastic job. Our fence is solid and looks incredible; the style and finish exceeded what we envisioned. They also had to remove huge hedges that surrounded the entire perimeter of our backyard. The crew was very clean and extremely pleasant. During the process, if we had any questions, they were more than willing to clarify and provide a detailed answer. We would highly recommend Pristine for your fence or outdoor project! This company is so incredibly unprofessional and mismanaged. Having worked for them for two summers I can honestly say that they cut corners and do not provide very good service either.

Richard Eaton was the first person to provide a reasonable and acceptable solution to our overgrown backyard. All others simply wanted to cut down most of the trees and hedges and start again. Richard made great suggestions and we are soooooo happy with the result. Jeff, Adam, Conner and Jeanette were here for 3 days and Richard dropped by each day to check the progress. All of the workers were fantastic! They worked hard and very respectful. Can't wait for the re seeded lawn to grow to enjoy the final result - a green, private and cozy oasis. Thank you Pristine Properties for a job very well done from beginning to end.

We had Pristine Property re-sod our backyard as well as a neighbours backyard.
We cannot thank them enough for the professionalism and the jobs that they completed. The entire crew worked diligently to get the jobs done.
When the jobs were finished they cleaned the area as well as the street and left everything perfectly clean.
We have also referred them to other neighbours on our street that oversaw the jobs being completed.
