The technicians are great but office staff take long delays in replying, and it took many weeks for me to get an appointment booked to make the repair. Also, they charged my elderly mother for a fix, which was not fixed, and then refused to give money back. Only offered her a CREDIT but clearly she won't use them again so she was essentially billed $500 for a part that she didn't need.

Amazing fast professional service. Nathan was exceptional. I had a carbon monoxide leak in my boiler and this company stepped in and took over and did the job in less than half the time I was waiting for the other company to do their job. I highly recommend pritchard's to anyone.

My partner and I shopped around and received the best quote for
a new furnace from Pritchards. We got a Trane furnace for a great price. Eric took the time to discuss our options with us and answer all our questions. The existing furnace and ductwork had a unique set up and Pritchards did some problem-solving to ensure that everything would be safe and up to code with the new installation. Installation was scheduled in a timely manner so we would have a warm home just in time for the cold weather. Derrick and Brian did thorough clean work installing the new furnace and went the extra mile when they came back to fix a quirk in the thermostat wiring.

Nathan did my maintenance again this year. He's very thorough. Very personable, answers all of my questions in a way that I understand. Very pleased with the service I have received.

Pritchard’s Climatecare is a 5 star company. I have dealt with them for many years and have never been disappointed. Today their tradesmen came and installed a gas line and made connections to our stand by generator. Same fast site visit, prompt quote and excellent installation as always. I am so happy that I was referred to this company. People come into your homes and say they are professional but it’s a lie most of the time. When Nathan came to my Home, not only was he professional but very considerate on being flexible with my hours. A particular part had to be ordered and within three business days he was back as he said he would and installed it and my home was running on full efficiency thanks to him.

I switched to Pritchard after a disappointing experience with a previous company. I have not been disappointed- Jon takes the time to explain exactly what he is doing and is extremely professional. I would highly recommend them.

As well as fixing our furnace until a new one is finally installed next week.
Their pricing is extremely reasonable and they are willing to work with you for payment options etc.
