To be honest, I would like to give them a minus infinity! They have a horrible custom service. Actually it was abysmal. We got the visa photo taken there and the manager guaranteed it would fulfill all the photo requirements. Turns out it was not. The photo was useless. The manager there said it was our own fault and if we wanted another one we had to pay again. His attitude was very rude and arrogant. If you don't want be ripped off, stay away from this store.

This guy tries to scam us me and my son, he told us 6 copies or 8 for hard copies, then he priced it like 40-45$ and when i opened the mini enveloped he only put 2 copies there and tried to trick us to have a digital copy for 2 for 15$! Don't go here he will try everything to scam you! Very good!

Absolutely terrible. I had two photos printed and they were both messed up. Definitely stay away.

I will not return to this place. Wish I had read the reviews before I came. I brought in a VHS tape to be converted to DVD (3 copies). He talked me into a USB stick with the video on it as well. So I decided to go with it. The man told me that it would take about a week. And asked me to pay ahead of time. I told him I would pay when I returned, then he suggested e-transfer, and I decided ok. Times are changing, so I decided why not. A week later, I got a call that they were ready. So I went for the pick up, and there was only my original VHS and the USB stick. When I inquired about the dvd's, he pretended not to know what I was talking about. So I told him it was written on the envelope and he said ok to come back that afternoon. I said I'd be back the next day. The next day I go back and they aren't done. He tells me he said the following day. I made it clear that that was not what he said. And that i was not happy. So today I went back again and finally they were there. But he put the video into 2 separate dvd's stating that you can't put more than an hour on one DVD. What a crock. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT WASTE your time or money. Shoddy work and horrible service. It seems like he wants people to pay ahead, gets your money, and then pretend you didn't order something, so you get ripped off. And from what I see, he won't refund people. UPDATE. This morning, I put one of the dvd's in my DVD player, and it won't read it. It's not even compatible. This guy has no clue what he's doing. $80 wasted. Don't waste your time or money.

Zahar is very good at what he does. He is also extremely helpful, kind and very affordable. He goes above and beyond to help his clients! I will always use his service when necessary which is 2nd to none and so should you!

A waste of money and time! I went there to get my 2-month old son's picture taken for his Canadian passport and it got rejected. The photo was not printed in the right size according to the government requirements. They also printed a picture where we could see my hands holding him and they didn't tell me it was not acceptable.

Terrible pickup service. They are unwelcoming, unfriendly, neglectful and unprofessional with their side service which is the pickup service. Although I gave a correct tracking number to them, they keep rejecting me 2 times on the same day. In fact, I showed the store assistant a full tracking number and order from Walmart, but she gave me a wrong parcel which was small, had a different address and name. I told her this is not mine, and mine is supposed to be bigger than this. At the time, the store manager came by and said I had a wrong tracking number without checking his parcels. He requested me to call FedEx and refused giving me further assistance. I called FedEx customer service, and they confirmed that my parcel was there. However, the store manager still insisted with the FedEx person that we had a wrong tracking number. I had no choice but leaving the store. Fortunately, soon after walking out the store, a manager from FedEx call centre called me and once again confirmed that the parcel was there. She called the store, and asked them to search it for me. They eventually found my big package. I went back to get it. The store manager did not apologize but even gave me a stinky look at the end. What a store! What a service! What an attitude!

The attitude is very poor, only six photos printed without taking pictures, charged me 30+tax, after I said this price is unreasonable she also want to charge me 25. The quality of the photos is poor, I had to go to staples to spend 0.39 each photo to re-print.

If I could give 0 star I would. Today I went to get a passport size photo taken and emailed to me only (no physical copy) and the ladies charged me $22!
I've been to this place before for passport size photos and I paid way less for 4 photos to be taken and printed.

Bad service. Overpriced. Ordered once. Tried to order again. Owner does not care about staff or customers.

They said it would take two weeks to develop. After 3 weeks I called and they said it would be ready later that day (they obviously hadn’t touched it until I called). The quality of the printed photos were absolutely terrible. Was also very expensive. Do not recommend.

Great place for all edit and print work. Friendly. Just was hoping that at least they would provide more than the 3 clips that they gave after I had printed 600+ pages and bill of 300+, but they politely told. Me I could buy some clips next door.

Unfortunately really pixilated photos, even though they were professionally done, and I added a note to my order informing that I could send a different format via email vs their online order form, if needed. They didn't care, even when I reached out afterwards. Won't be returning.

Highly recommend this location for passport photos, portraits, printing service and the customer service is the best

Been using their services for 8 years. Never had a problem. Quick, efficient, professional and priced right!

Just tried to do photocopy services here. I have three double sided sheets and they said they can't do double sided. What kind of place has copy services and doesn't do double sided? ! I pointed out they had a feed-through not just a glass copier and they said they only use the glass. For the record, it's a hefty looking copier that definitely looks like it can handle double-sided. I ended up just stopping the service and said I will explore other options. They charged me $15.00 for the 30 one-sided copies I made. I'll be sticking to Staples from now on.

I like this place so much the service iis awesome. The people who works here are very friendly and very accomodating. Well and good job done in here.

Not recommending this store to anyone. The quality of the picture is very bad -blurred! Wasted $23 for unprofessional work! I advise you guys to go the the nearest shoppers stores.

Customer service is very poor - I dont know if the guy in front is tired or hate his job! I will never come back to you anymore. If you care about your business, make your work good with quality and top notch service! WE ONLY LIVE ONCE!

Never recommend. I got my passport photo done from this shop and I paid for both physical and digital photo. But he didn’t send my digital photo to my email. When I tried to contact them it showed that they are closed for next three days until victoria’s day. I would never recommend this place because they do not value your time instead charge tons of money.

He have very bad customer service, the printing of the photo is very bad, I put 1 star because I can’t put less, and when I asked him to print the photo again, he told me that I had to pay again.bad experience‍

Went here for passport photos. Didn't come here for the ambiance. Pictures and prints nice and easy. Very satisfied.

Guy at the front is rude and has zero phone manners. Crop photos however they want and then blame you and say you sent them that way.

Had passport pictures taken at Walmart, but they got rejected after a long wait. Had to go home and pickup my son. This guy is a professional photographer.passport office said they never have issues with his pictures. Highly recommend.

Wish I'd read the reviews before going there. Pretty much sums up what happened to me. Clerk was lazy and rude and when he messed it all up I couldn't reach anyone to hear my complaint, and when I finally did they blamed all the problems on me and wouldn't take any responsibility for being both inept and unpleasant.

If you're thinking about going there maybe go get a root canal or colonoscopy done. You'll get more enjoyment out of the experience.

Called here was shock with the price which is amazing compare to photo depot on Barton st which is $30 for 2 picture and this place is 14.99 for 4 photos! The gentle man was very nice and kind with my daughter and I for our pictures. Thank you and God bless your business.

I went to this place for passport photos and the quality is horrible! Worst customer service. The guy acts like he’s forced to work. So much unnecessary attitude.

Attended for passport photo. He refused to accept digital image of coupon, cited it needed to be printed on a sheet of paper to be valid. Attitude. Attitude. Will not be patronizing this store ever again.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The results I got from the print I made were terrible and they blamed it on me despite the fact that i'm a professional and apparently know more about how their software and equipment. When I asked for a refund they blew me off and stopped contacting me at all. I ended up having to go to another company.

The photography skills may be above average, but the attitude is very poor.
He will deliberately misheard your request and make you pay an extra price to get what you want. He will say sorry in an unsentimental voice, and then ask you to pay, instead of accepting his mistakes.

Great place to get passport size photos, pr card photos or citizenship photos. Reasonable prices and awesome and quick service.

I placed an order for pictures and was able to pick them up fairly quickly. The quality of the pictures turned out great! I would definitely return for more prints!

I called them and they didnt even try to understand me. They just literally hanged the call. No ethics. No discipline.

It actually deserves zero stars. Placed my order for black and white prints. Went to pick them up and the prints were in colour. I was told I would get a call as soon as then we're fixed. Never got a phone call. Went in to pick them up, asked for the coloured ones as well but they said they couldn't give them to me 'they had to throw them in the garbage' or I have to pay for them! Lovely. Now I'm at home looking threw my prints and only 3 are the right size. I am missing one and have doubles of another! Fabulous!
