Hossein and his team was great! I was in a collision and it was pretty traumatic and I had to have my front bumper completely replaced along with a portion of the grill. He finished painting and repairing in no time. He did such a great job. It looks exactly how it looked when it was brand new. The situation was bad but my car looks brand new now and nobody can tell it was in an accident, the job was flawless!

I was recommended this shop by a family friend after I hit a snow bank, completely ruining my front bumper and underside of my car. Thankfully this shop was able to help me out super quick and for a great price. Not only did they paint, repair, and install my new bumper and engine covers, but also helped me install new bulbs for no cost and kept me updated the entire time. Car looked like new after picking it up as they also polished it for me. Great customer service, would definitely recommend to others.

I couldn't be happier. Brought in my Honda Civic with dents and scratches on the side and back worth about $2000. Mr. Hossein and his team took care of everything for me from dealing with the insurance company, to the car rental (which he drove me personally for picking up and dropping off the rental) and supplied me with regular updates on the status of the repairs. When I received the car back, I noticed that not only was everything fixed to look like new, but the car had received a complementary wax job and all the little scratches were removed as well. The inside of the car was also completely cleaned with the new car smell. As if all this wasn't enough I even got a complimentary oil change to top it off. My car looks even better than it did when I bought it from the Honda dealership. I highly recommend Pro Auto Body and Mr. Hossein to anyone who has high standards for world class service combined with competitive rates.

Great experience, lovely staffs over there. I scratched my M5 and I went to several auto bodyshops and the reason why I chose this one is because of the reviews. It’s a fantastic Body Shop I am very happy with the service, they repaired my car as good as before I scratched it.

We took our car to Pro Auto Body Inc.for an insurance claim. They did a fantastic job repairing our car and dealt with the claim head on. There were major dents on the driver side doors. The insurance initially refused to replace one of the doors, but the shop talked to the insurance and convince them to replace both doors. They also arranged a rental car for us quickly, overall drop off took less than 5 minutes and the car was ready 3 weeks later. A few days after the repair we found a minor issue and the owner rented a car for us and fixed the issue in less than a day with no hassel. The owner, Hossein, made sure everything on our car was perfect and up to our standard. The car looks brand new once again. Highly recommended!

My experience with Pro Auto Body has been with two vehicles, first car was our Acura MDX that needed the front end painted over 2 years ago now. Till this day, the work has been holding up exceptionally well and you couldn't tell it apart from new factory paint.

Our second experience with this shop was 6 months ago when my wife's Acura RDX was rear ended. We were fortunate enough to have a great experience with Hossein the first time, otherwise we would have gotten ripped off by the recommended shop that our insurance provided. Instead, I took the RDX to Hossein for proper assessment and he ended up replacing all the damaged parts, including the rear hatch and bumper! Other body shops would have simply repaired it with Bondo and sheet metal. Again, the workmanship is next to none.

So if you want your car and yourself treated to the best work, best customer service from someone who actually cares, go to Hossein. He will always go out of his way to make you happy and proud you've trusted him with your car!

By far the best body shop you can go to in the GTA. The workers will go above and beyond to make sure you leave happy which is why I'm leaving this review. I have very high standards when it comes to body shops or anything related to cars, but this shop exceeded my expectation for quality of service.
