My wife and I went to purchase some patio stones on April 1st at the Kennedy & Steele’s location in Brampton.
Not realizing the garden centre was not open; however, a very kind and helpful employee named Michelle despite that fact began to organize things for us, found two other employees to pick our order, and load the order. This is an example of excellent customer service, I will definitely consider switching my contracting business purchases to Lowe’s on the next job.
