Great selection and the general staff is helpful, but the owner is perpetually unpleasant to deal with. Can't bother to answer questions or set aside products for customers - these are simple requests. When you're in the store, no hello or general friendliness. What a joke.

Went for the paint correction class. I had previously done a hands on class. This was a sit down class and they showed everyone different techniques. I would have done this course before doing a hands-on on course. But it was also good to do the hands on then this course since I had questions after the hands on. I was able to ask questions about different things I had thought of after the hands on class. Great prices on products. PIcked up some Optimum no rinse and Griots wheel cleaner.

Great little place, ultimate store for everything detailing. Honest and knowledgeable staff, glad I was able to find them. Prices are not over the top like one would expect from a low key store, and they even beat big box stores like CT.

There was an error with my order. I informed them of it and they immediately offered to rectify it. Great customer service.

Fantastic selection of quality products IN STOCK, on the shelf, ready to purchase. Something that doesn’t happen a lot in Canada. Much rather support local than order from somewhere else. Absolutely fair prices. If you need some help, they are right there to explain anything to you, provide suggestions, or just confirm what you were already thinking.

Placed an online order for some products (2022). One item arrived damaged, however the shop remedied the situation to my satisfaction. Would make purchase here again. Recommended.

Just had a great experience with this well stocked, well organized and super clean and tidy retailer. Excellent store for Toy care products. In my case my Toy is a boat and though out of season (February) Pro Detailing did not disappoint.

The best part was the FANTASTIC service provided by Henry and in part his colleague (sorry don't remember his name). Knowledge and experience! Henry has a lot of history detailing cars and knew lots to help me with my boat. Simply a great retail experience that I will be repeating.

This is an excellent place to pick up all your car detailing needs in the Mississauga area.

There is a very wide selection of different products and the staff is very helpful wth providing advice for a novice like me.

Reasonable pricing keeps me coming back and I've spent over $1k here on my new hobby. My cars look great though!

You will be hard pressed to find a better place than this.

This is my go to auto detailing store. I feel like it's more than that. The staff is knowledgeable and will guide you to the best products and will work with your budget and will even give you tips.

In regards to the products, you will have a wide variety to choose from. My only nitpick is that they don't have a wide variety of DA Polishers to chose from. It would be nice if they offered ShineMate but this is a huge nitpick.

Great products at a fair price, not hugely inflated, fast shipping at a great flat rate. A pleasure to deal with. I look forward to buying lots of stuff from them in the future. Wish they had a store in Calgary. Thanks for the great service.

Really fantastic shop, I was like a kid in a candy store. The prices were good and the selection was wonderful. I’m really happy I shopped locally instead of getting my supplies online. If you are a car motorcycle guy/girl and care about your ride, stay away from the sub par junk u get at the nationwide retailers. The products you find here will blow them out of the water and are well worth the price.

Very nice shop, it has expanded and the selection is products is just great. The owner is super friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are pretty fair, very competitive with other canadian distributors. I do not believe there is another store in the GTA with that kind of selection, so it you are from toronto this is the place to go.
I m a big fan of CAR Pro products, and although they do carry quite a selection of these products, they are still missing a good amount of products offer by carpro, unfortunately I had to get my order from a competitor because of this reason (over 300 $ worth of products). I wish my money stay locally but I m hoping pro detailing supplies takes note and start bringing some new products. I know this is being picky but I believe they can take it to the next level, they have done it before!

They have ALL the stuff pros use! It's jammed with great products. Best part is they treat non-professional customers like every other pro, unlike most trade suppliers who don't show you any respect unless you're in the trade. They'll answer your questions, give you advice and product recommendations. If you want to detail your own car. GO HERE!

I had a few scratches on my car that I wasn't sure how to remove. The staff here was able to tell me exactly what I needed and advised the best methods for getting out the different kind of scratches I had. I will be returning for all my future car care needs!

Came in to get some ceramic coating, claybar and other misc.detailing products. Very impressed by how polite the gentleman was (should've got his name but he was a friendly bald gentleman haha). Provided me a lot of help and product recommendation that would help me save $ instead of saying to buy all the expensive products. That is something I really appreciate.

Store is CLEAN and very WELL organized with a great amount of products to choose from. All the products in here are competitively priced, even better than Amazon too, and all detailer recommended products used throughout the industry.

Drove from Markham and was not disappointed one bit. Will be returning to now support what I consider a fantastic and friendly local store.

Super stoked to find a place that carries Car Pro's Iron X spray. Was about to get the smaller bottle on Amazon but came across this site and got the big bottle for a steal. Great updated website great prices fast curb side pick up.will definitely be back. Thank you.

Been coming here for over a year. They have by far the best car detailing products in the GTA, all the USA products you are not going to find in Canada are found here. All the stuff pros are using on detailing videos. Price wise, I actually find them cheaper than amazon canada which is where I was buying my products from. I coud've saved a lot of money just going straight to the source. They also run sales all the time so you can take advantage of the discounted prices on good products. The owner is very nice to talk to and very patient, he knows his stuff and he ll help you find the right products for your budget. They also have curb pick up and the hours are very convenient as they work saturday and sunday. Location is perfect, lots of parking available and its very close to the 401.
The website was a little confusing at first, but after navigating for a bit, I found that it actually makes sense and its pretty easy to find what you are looking for. Could be improved thats for sure

Nice range of products and brands available, a little pricey but they come from top notch brands. Website is a little tedious to navigate around. Cannot comment on online shipping as I have yet to use this method with them. Hard location to find if you are not familiar with the area. They are knowledgeable and know what's good. I come here for rupes and sonax products, they deliver. Would recommend other detailers visit this place

Just visited the store for the first time yesterday and was very impressed by the selection of products as well as pricing. The prices here are very competitive and from what I found cheaper then buying from Amazon. I ended up returning all my items from Amazon and buying them here instead. Staff (unfortunately did not get his name) was extremely friendly and helpful with all the questions I had about DA Polisher.

This is definitely my go-to store now for all detailing supplies and I will be back for sure, highly recommend to anyone looking for detailing supplies.

Wow I was thoroughly impressed with the product selection. Pro Detailing is THE place where professionals and car enthusiasts can get all of their cleaning products. If you have questions about what to buy, ask Michael he is a wealth of knowledge.

Pros - Amazing selection of products, and a wide range of brands available.
I learned about a new synthetic clay $35 (photo uploaded) which replaces the old school clay bars that were hard to work with.
I also picked up my first ceramic coating Gyeon Q2 can coat $65, and applied it myself. My car is shining like brand new! I am definitely coming back again, and would encourage you to come and see for yourself.

Cons - The building is a bit industrial looking, you won't be able to see the store from Brittania. Drive in further to reach the 2nd building.

Protip - Pro Detailing is the only place that I've heard of that offers free classes to teach you how to wash and detail your car. Learn about new products and tips from a true professional detailer.

I was impressed by their competitive prices and very wide selection. Canada Post ended up losing my package but Pro Detailing Supplies were really helpful in resolving the matter. Really happy with the customer service, will be doing business with you guys in the future

Michael helped me take my business to the next level with his one-on-one technical support and vast business knowledge and expertise of the detailing industry products, customer service etc. He helped me in every aspect, always there to support me and gove me valuable advice so I could deliver value to my customers. They have a huge array of all the high quality detailing supplies including System X ceramic coatings. Michael and his team have bonded a freindship with me and so many detailers.

I visited Michael’s shop today (Feb 16th) looking for „good staff” to mantaine my ceramic coated MB.
Michael się amaizing, profesional person. He had offer me a lot of information and proposed products I was looking for.
It wasn’t busy time and Micheal offered me his time to explain all aspect of detailing, particularly maintaining cermanic coating finish.

Went to Pro Detailing Supplies today for the first time and was very impressed with the owner who took his time to explain some of the products to me. I just got a new Black truck and he even came outside in the cold to look at the paint before recommending a product for me.

As we are leaving he tells us about the free classes on how to use the polishing machines and chemicals the right way. I will be signing up for the next class fpr sure.

It is not often to find a business owner that takes pride in his work and knows all about the products. I feel this owner is doing it the right way and hope he never changes.

Just bought supplies to clean my tires. This place is amazing. The walls are packed with products. I was so pleased to see that they stock a lot of options as well. So if you want top of the line you can get that, if you affordable you'll find that, and if you want middle you can find that too. These guys are service-oriented and I'll be going back for more supplies. Michael personally explained every product I inquired about. He wasn't in a rush to be anywhere else. You wouldn't this personalized service in a big box store. I highly recommend you give this place a shot.

Helpful and knowledgeable. Can see that detailing is their passion and helps that they actually have experience in it. First time doing a 2 step paint correction with DIY ceramic coating on a Subaru WRX world rally blue paint which is known to have soft paint, was a bit scared to be honest but they pointed me in the right direction as to what pads, compound, polish and ceramic coating to use.
