Lucas And Joseph came by to clean our ventilation and air system. They were very efficient, super helpful and kind. Very clean and reliable work. Would recommend to anyone who needs vent cleaning.

1.5 hours finished the whole house, leaving water dripping in the basement and covers installed upside down.
Two months later, someone told me you should clean your vent when examined the vent, I told him I did it 2 months ago, he didn't believe.

This morning we had our air ducts and dryer vent clean. The young men who did the work (Lucas and Joseph) are professional, clean and dedicated to the customer. Both men explained the process and were very thorough.
They represent the company well and are a positive influence for PRO DUCT Solutions.
The company is locally owned and pricing is affordable.

I was very happy and impressed with the level of service that was provided. They showed up on time, did a very thorough job. Very professional and respectful. I will be calling them in the future with any jobs and I highly recommend them as it is rare today to get such great service.

I had booked an appointment with a technician 2 weeks ahead. I called to verify one week before the appointment. The day of the appointment I waited and waiter but noone came. I called twice and nobody answered the phone. I emailed them but to no avail. I called again a couple of time the next week and still no answer and no call-back. Very unprofessional; I will never try to use their services again.

Had Complete Care package for duct cleaning earlier today. Technicians were friendly and efficient. I paid the bill and tipped 15% before going into basement. They left a lot of debris on floor, around furnace. Back of box spring (located near furnace) was covered in debris, as well. With their access to vacuum equipment, I feel they should have cleaned up after themselves.

Great business and would definitely call them again! Our dryer vent was clogged with so much lint and other stuff and I called multiple companies to try to get them in and all said their earliest appointment was 3 weeks out. The process of booking our service through Pro Duct was so easy and simple. Literally booked online at 4 pm the day before and they showed up at 8 am the following day. Their service was top notch and very happy with the results. Definitely 5 stars!

I am so pleased to have Lucas/ Joe came by to provide duct cleaning service. They are young professional. Very knowledgeable and efficient. I will highly recommend this company. Don't judge by by their look because they are young. Sometimes they do better job then others.

The booking process was easy and efficient using the company website. It was helpful to have the cost available without having to request a quote. The prices/packages could not be beat based on any advertised costs I found while looking for a company to perform this work.

The team scheduled to come was a bit late to arrive but let me know in advance via a text message and followed up with a new ETA over the phone. I appreciate the communication efforts and sincerely wish more companies were like this!

They did a great job navigating our family and pets as we were in the house and they went to work. They were not able to complete part of the service that was included in the package but were upfront and advised me that they could not do it (our dryer vent is only accessible from the roof and neither had training to be working at heights - safety first!). As a result of this, they immediately told me that they would be altering the cost for the service performed.

I am 10 out of 10 pleased with this Lucas and his colleague (I unfortunately did not catch his name). They were both polite and diligent. Thank you both!

Non stop calls to me everyday. Person on phone is calling from north York but told me pro duct solutions is the Ottawa company that they call for. I have asked over 200 times to stop calling but they still call. I have called Ottawa phone number a few times but Rogers mail box is always full most likely from other people asking to stop calling. My next call will be lawyer maybe he can stop them.

I requested to clean the dryer vent. After some time working on the vent specialist said that he was not able to clean it. The company charged $111 for his visit in spite of the fact that work has not been done. Another company has cleaned the vent an after ProDuct specialist left.

So pleased with the quality and thorough job done replacing our old AC unit with a new one. The job was well done and professional. We will be using Pro Duct Solutions for some other HVAC work in our house this Fall.

We had Jesse and Devon come to clean our ducts and furnace. Some of the highlights have been; pouring a full can of scenting cleaning fluid on the floor and not cleaning it up, denting the furnace plate and tearing off multiple branches from our cherry tree and leaving them in our driveway. After multiple attempts to get this addressed, I was told by the owner Zack that I was "coming in to hot" and the most they could do is take a look unless I was willing to pay more. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I've used Zach and his team at Pro Duct for a number of renovation projects and have been extremely impressed with the quality of their work and their absolute level of professionalism. These guys are problem solvers, highly knowledgable in the HVAC space, and offer a high level of customer service. Without question, a strong recommendation.

My AC broke down just before the heat wave and and I couldn’t find anyone to fix it quickly. Zac had the parts ordered within minutes of our phone call and had my AC running the next business day! I had my AC relocated to the other side of the house. It was not a big job, but the time was taken to provide quality results. Minor repair work was also done on the AC for a pre-existing issue. Zach and his staff were friendly and professional throughout.

We hired Pro Duct Solutions to install a new 636 venting intake and exhaust and to install a new dryer line and termination in our basement utility room.
We would highly recommend this company because: 1) They respond quickly and are very well organized - able and willing to accommodate your schedule needs.
2) They know their stuff and do quality work! They also clean up after themselves once the job is done! 3) They respect your time/ are able to complete the work as planned within the allotted timeframe.
4) They are affordable! HVAC companies are notorious for ripping you off but not these guys!

Been trying to contact the owner for over 3 weeks now, called several times also sent an email with 0 response. They accidentally missed a duct to clean, so I been trying to get a hold of Pro duct solution with so response back. Do not recommend.

I hired them to replace my HRV system and it was really quick! I called on Thursday and by Tuesday of the following week they were here, doing the work. The system works well (no more condensation in the bathroom!) and they even sent me a video after explaining how to use it (as well as explaining to me in person). Highly recommend. They also gave me a free estimate.
