Hiyas is very professional and well educated in her background of physiotherapy. I sit for 12 hours a day at work and get stress/pain in my back, neck, and shoulder areas. Hiyas takes her time and treats the area AND sends me home with exercises. She is the best physiotherapist Ive ever had

Receptionist that I was dealing with was very rude and pushing, didn’t have patience. I didn't feel respected at all, if I don't do what she was asking she would raise voice. It was very clear that she wasn’t happy me being there, so I am not going there anymore. They use just one room for all treatments because the other room is "cold". So, in that one hour is included removing clothes, getting treatment and dressing again. Acupuncture was painful, therapist used 4-5 needles in total. Massage was relaxing but too soft for my taste, didn’t go to the deep tissue.
