Mehrdad and his team did a superb job installing a heat pump, relocating a furnace, duct work, humidifier, hot water tank, gas line and rewiring. Everything was done accurately and with attention. They are not like other companies that only want money. They are professional and honest, relaiable and hard working and they cleaned the area during and after the work. Out HVAC system went down on a cold spring morning. Pro Mechanical sent Ayoub that same night and he quickly fixed the system. It was something that was a simple fix (a sensor was dirty? Or clogged?) but regardless it was quick and efficient response, problem was solved quickly and then he answered our questions about possible upgrades and changes to our aging system down the line without the typical pushy salesman shenanigans.

What can I say about Tony that hasn't been said? I have known him for a few years and he never let me down. This guy is phenomenal. Knowledge, attitude, pricing, and everything about him is a rare quality in contractors now days. I met him through a contractor when I was finishing my basement and quickly got acquainted with him. He did a great job for me specially when we hit some complication due to my GC's miscalculated design. This is not the best part, a few months later, on the coldest day of the year, my furnace stopped working and he spent 5 hours (until 1 AM) to find the issue and fix it since this was a 2 year old equipment. I cant thank him enough and as result I have referred him to more than dozen of friends and relatives who have have been more than satisfied with him and his team.

I would definitely recommend Ayub aka Tony to family and friends. Not only was he pleasant to deal with, he took the time to explain everything and gave me all my options pros and cons when deciding on a new ac unit. I never felt pressured. My AC died over the weekend. Got in contact with PMA. Tony and his crew member showed up even after a full day of business because I have 3 little ones under 5. I work with trades all the time due to my line of business. Tony showed up exactly at our scheduled time, got to work right away, and you can tell that he knows his stuff. Very professional and congenial. Work was done quickly and efficiently. All areas cleaned up spotless, and he took care to ensure nothing was left onsite that might be harmful to my kids.

I have been dealing with the owner of this company for several years now. He installed my AC my furnace my mother in laws AC and has done some duct work for me. You can t ask for a nicer guy who does quality work!

Today tony came to look at my mother in laws AC that was giving us trouble. Problem was a dirty filter. Tony did not charge me for a service call. That’s the kind of guy he is. Straight up and honest. I give my two thumbs up for his company.

It was a Sunday morning and was busy prepping for our young son's birthday party. Noticed a very distinct gas smell in the furnace room. Of course Enbridge raced out and immediately determined a faulty valve, shut off the gas and issued a Warning Tag A. After a couple of calls, managed to connect with Pro Mechanical & Air, specifically Ayub (Tony). I described the above situation and we were fortunate he was available to support us with very short notice. He was professional and courteous, verified Enbridge diagnosis and went to work repairing the issue. Within an hour my son's pool and bbq party was on without a hitch. Asked Ayub to put his sticker on my furnace as they will be my HVAC goto people! Thank you

Excellent service! The guy knows his stuff! Our AC broke down during the heat wave of Canada day weekend and one of the other companies said it’s the motherboard problem and will cost us 1000$ then luckily we found Ayub and it was a blessing! The guy came on time, fixed our thermostat and since then our AC is working properly. Turned out, it was just the thermostat. Can not recommend him enough! He’s fantastic!
