Pro Nails

My nails turned out nice. The colour didn't turn out like the sample.

I found it difficult since I couldn't communicate with the individual who did my nails. Very frustrating

Best pedicure I've ever had! (I have tried a lot of places too) I was taken right away on a walk-in.
They took their time. I got the house special pedicure, I was massaged for over 30 min, they dipped my feet I'm warm wax, they used a sugar scrub on me, I got shellac polish. It was 65$ cash.it's very sanitary and clean inside too!
They wear gloves, and masks, they expect customers to wash their hands upon arrival (despite getting a mani or a pedi) and tjey have sterile packaging for the nail triming tools.
This will be my go to spot from now on!
I highley recommend it!

Good nail salon. We booked with Sarah and she had great attention to detail. She copied the photo we brought into a T.

You just want to be careful when picking nail designs. You get charged per stencil, per gem, per color.it can add up.

Made an appointment on a whim after having a couple friends highly recommend them. I brought my sons girlfriend with me and we were not disappointed. We arrived at 7pm to have a fill done and ended up staying for a deluxe pedicure. The facility is bright, spacious and clean. The staff were so friendly and continuously checked on us during our treatment to ensure we were comfortable! We are very loyal to our current nail artist however, the decline of care put into our services caused us to look elsewhere. As for now, we are sold on Pro Nails! Prices are a little more than our previous salon but the amount of time and effort they put in to “fix” our previous nails, was well worth it! We will be back!

All staff are very friendly and greet with warm smiles. It was my daughter's first time with acrylics, the took their time to explain the process. My daughter brought in a specific design idea and the technician did a fantastic job.
Unfortunately my daughter had a fall at school less than 18 hours into having them done. Pro nails was amazing helping us fix up the nail so it would be safer. (Something they didn't have to because the issue was in no way from how it was put on)
They were kind and compassionate. We will be back for special occasion nails always.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I get my nails done regularly and have at many different places. I went 2 weeks ago for a pedicure and they were incredible so I went back for my nails. Amazing! The lady that did my nails was so nice and so great at what she does, They are truthfully the best ive ever had from all the places ive gone. DEFINITELY my new go to all the time.

Pro nails do a great job however they often run out of colours and can't do a picture off the internet. However they are professional, clean and the nails stay on for 6 weeks. My 5 year old loved the painted nails they did for xmas

Tina did an amazing gel fill! My nails are perfect - the shape, colour application and length is perfect. I highly recommend!

Really enjoyed my deluxe pedicure today. Relaxing atmosphere, clean, spacious, good ventilation, and comfortable massage chairs.

Treated my girlfriend to a pedicure here. She was happy with the quality, the space, and the work done. It was pricier but worth it. The other nail places e.g, in the new Sudbury mall looked packed like a sardine can and smelled like turpentine.

Came in for waxing and nails and the service was great! The girls were so nice and and I’m very happy with the outcome!

I visited there couple of time the staff is good but today I got terrible service from one the staff he was so rude to me

Helen is a skilled nail tech. I couldnt be more pleased. Also my mother said shes had the best pedicure ever.

They do fantastic work for a fair price.

My only frustration is I’ve gone in a couple times on time for my appointment and I still end up waiting 15-20 mins before I get seen.

I made an appointment for 3: 45pm and when I arrived they said someone called and cancelled my 3: 45pm appointment for me. This made zero sense. I did not call to cancel and did not have any one call on my behalf to cancel.

Unorganized.

They are double booking and a lot of people are waiting almost an hour after their booked time. A staff of 2-3 and are accepting too many clients. They also do not book enough time for two services so only receive one.

I love this salon! I’m a regular here, and I always find the staff is very kind, and always super understanding. And they always do an amazing job. Definitely worth it.

A very clean, organized, and comfortable establishment. Staff were really nice. I would definitely recommend going here
