Came across this place by chance and so glad I did! Amazing service and my nails look so good. Got a mani pedi shellac in the cutest yellow. Will definitely come back

I have been going to this salon for 3 years and now suddenly last time I went in a week before - Nancy & Holly were rude when I asked if they had time to do brows and upper lips. When I asked if I can come back, they said they have no time. Second time, I went back they asked me to come 6 pm and they made me wait until 6: 40 as they took another client.
Today I again called in and holly said they have no time for eyebrows and upper lips at all from 3 pm until they close. When asked when is next appointment available- she responded we are closed. This is a highly unprofessional behavior with someone visiting loyally from years! We don’t need businesses like these in the neighborhood where you don’t see inclusiveness in the society.
Very clearly both Nancy and Holly has shown very ignorant and unprofessional behavior in the last 3 times when reached out in person and on phone.
Highly disappointed!
Never going back again at this salon on lakeshore!

My past and current experiences have always been excellent. The ladies that work there are always welcoming and extremely sensitive to my needs and wants. I highly recommend Pro Nails & Spa.

We bought a gift card worth $50 back before COVID started in MARCH 2020 now the salon was closed for several months and the policy says it is valid for ONE YEAR. After subtracting the months which it is closed IN FRONT OF THE LADY UPON HER INSTRUCTIONS we still have ONE ENTIRE MONTH to use this gift card according to the policy. This Salon REFUSED to use our gift card despite it NOT being expired and charged us FULL cash for the service and THREW OUR GIFT CARD OUT! WASTED OUR $50!

Very clean, very friendly staff, but very slow I have never say in a nail salon for more than an hour getting my nails done.

Everyone here are amazing! Welcoming and they do make you feel so comfortable to the point that it's an escape from the everyday hustle and bustle of life. Totally recommend you to everyone I know. Amazing. Simply amazing?

Completely ruined my eyebrows did not even ask me what shape I wanted to do and completely ignored the shape of my eyebrows and still charge me

I showed up at 8: 50 for my 9: 00 appointment and after waiting for 45 minutes and the doors still weren’t open. I finally got ahold of them at 10am, and they didn’t even aoologize. She had the audacity to say that because I WAS LATE she was no longer honouring my appointment that I’d make days prior. Terrible service and awful customer service!

My first time coming here, and I was greeted with respect and a lot of smiles. I got a manicure and pedicure. This will be my new spot to get my nails and feet done. I have also recommended some of my friends and family here.

Thank you to Nancy at this salon! I went there at 5 and the sign said they closed at 6! I got a pedi and a Uv gel refill and Nancy did not rush me. She was also very patience when i chose my colours. I’m not from this area so it was nice to be treated so well at a salon that isn’t my normal salon! Thank you nancy for my beautiful nails and your nice & patient personality. Holly was also working that evening and she seemed nice and patient to her clients as well! Good work ladies! I will be back when i visit the area again.

First Time here and Nancy did a great job! She stayed open late for me, even though I was a walk in and she made sure I was taken care of the whole time (offered me water, asked if I needed a break, etc.) it was 150$ for a brand new set of Uv gel nail extensions plus shellac as well as a shellac pedicure. Will definitely be returning as soon as I need a fill

Worst experience of my life. Please do not waste your money here. Ive never hated my nails so much. Horrible job. Incomplete.

Awful experience. The nail technicians took 2 1/2 hours to complete a shellac manicure that shouldn’t have taken more than an hour. The paint job was sloppy and the shellac has already come off and it hasn’t even been a week. Would not recommend coming here

My acrylic manicure took 2 hours when there was no one else there. They put a matte nail polish on with a shiny top coat and the paint has already chipped after 4 days. Wouldn’t recommend

I got a full set of acrylics with shellac polish. The services are very reasonably priced.

I am very picky with my nails, and Ngan was incredibly attentive to my needs. She was also patient with me when it came to choosing a polish colour. I was very happy with the customer service!

I ended up returning to the store because my polish was discoloured from some sort of residue. Ngan happily assisted me and wiped the discolouration off.
