They fixed my nails so perfect, absolutely friendly staff, listened to my requests and did a copacetic job.

Arrived for my scheduled appointment 5 minutes early. They ask me to wait until someone is available. They took 2 walk-ins (they were there before me) so I waited 20 minutes after I got there. It felt very rushed, the employees were all over the place, felt extremely unorganized. My nails were not filed properly, the ends were very sharp. 24 hrs later, 2 nails were already chipping.

I am new to this nail salon, I followed my nail technician Flower, she's the best. The salon is spacious and extremely clean, love it.

I was at mall for lunch break at the food court. While having lunch l saw the promo sign for 10% senior discount so l thought it’s a treat and convenient to have it done since l am already in the mall. Unfortunately l paid more than they told me before l get it done. I have shellac on to remove and apply with new one. The lady who’s doing my manicure, l have to remind her few times to be careful as it hurts that the electrical nail file drill kept touching my skin. She’s very polite to acknowledge the situation. While doing my nail, they were continue taking in their language about my nail as same time she told me that l have to pay $15 more for removal as they claimed it’s a dip nail though l repeated telling them that is 100% shellac but then they still talking about it in their language. When done told them l pay cash for what they told me then the other lady not sure if she’s the owner said they have to charge me the extra to remove the dip though l told them it’s not a dip and l know what l had it done before with the other place. I thought l will give a try for this place. Unfortunately they will lose me as their client. I don’t like they simply changed their pricing whatever they like after the service It’s my first time and last to go to this nail place.

I chose this nail salon for convenience as I shop in the pharmacy and grocery store there. I made an apt in person for the following week, which unfortunately, they had no record of when I showed. The first time, the technician Doe that did my nails was very personable, friendly and told me that she was the best and that I should make all my apts with her. She even insisted on giving me a hair clip as a gift! I was happy with my manicure and pedicure, and tipped her well accordingly. I made an apt for a follow-up in three weeks. Doe asked me to come before the 10 am opening time so that I wouldn't wait (she had been late for my first apt) but I waited until 9: 50 until she showed up, telling me that she had forgotten her keys. I ended up having to wait until 10 am.for the store to open. Then, while doing my nails, Doe kept getting up to see other clients to perform art work on their nails during my apt. After 5 disruptions, I asked if we could finish soon so that I wouldn't be late for work and she got angry, raised her voice and said to talk to her boss if I wasn't happy. She really made me uncomfortable so I paid for my apt and didn't return here. I am very happy that I left as I learned three days later from my doctor that I had contracted FOOT FUNGUS at this salon because they don't properly sterilize their equipment when they sand off the polish off your feet to save time! Also, they charge you less if you pay cash only because they don't have to charge tax this way (and not declare) but explain to customers that they save 10% by not paying with a card. This is not for the customer to save money but for the business to make cash under the table.

EDITED NOVEMBER 2023 - I just read the owner's response to call them so they could fix it.please note that before posting this review I DID CALL YOUR SALON AND EXPLAINED WHAT HAD HAPPENED AND THE ONLY RESPONSE I GOT WAS: "ok, sorry about that" so telling me to call you is USELESS! People AVOID THIS NAIL SALON before you get nail fungus too!

I'm a little disappointed with this set. I feel like the attention to detail is lacking, and the whole experience was rushed.
Pros: appointment time was kept
No lifting
Quick turn around
Cons: tech did no cuticle prep, never had my nails done without some kind of cuticle prep.
Acrylic did not get close enough to cuticle (which was also not pushed back) so after only 1 week they already look grown out.
Colours on the samples are wrong (they claim the light has changed the colour of their samples.which may be true, but doesn't matter: they need to get new samples) ; I had chosen a mustard yellow and the corresponding container is obviously orange - a nice orange that I like and ended up keeping, but not the colour I had initially chose.
First tech tried several times to do my design, but couldn't; did not wipe everything off properly and so I have green spots in the wrong place.
After drilling, nails were not totally cleaned so there's a bump in the top coat because of dust trapped underneath.
My one thumb nail's shape is a little wonky.
Overall, prices are comparable to other places that have better service. If you book an appointment and the location is convenient for you, it's not a terrible place. I am just not blown away by the service here.

Poor experience, My pointer finger on my main hand is unevenly filed so it looks sideways. She didn't even use polish to get rid of the powdery look the dip acrylic nails have. She was heavy handed with the drill around the cuticle area, i jumped from pain a few times and she never checked if i was okay. After she was done she applied oil to my hands before I washed all the powder from the work she did off, it was very unsanitary as well. The lights I placed my hands in as well felt extremely powdery and dirty, it doesn't seem like people clean their work stations properly. She was a nice lady, but the work she did was not what I paid for 62.15 down the drain.

Good service by kind staff. They try to accommodate their clients and always accept drop-ins. The only thing to watch for is that they sometimes keep a customer after the mall closes. Make sure you have an exit.

Was my 1 time ever in a spa, and it was so good. They took good care of my feet.

I'm grateful that they sensitive me about taking care of my feet.

I will definitely come back.

P.s the massage chair is awesome
