Pro Passport Photo

Terrible. He took a bad photo and it was rejected because of the glare. He also didn’t let the stamp dry and the ink rubbed and got blurry.

Worst ever experience. -10 professionally. Save yourself if you want passport photos or anything from this shop we needed photos urgently for our appointment and the guy just said no because he was not in a mood to find my pictures.

Worst customer service. Guy over there didn't responded And refused to take photos. I went there around 5pm and store is open for 10am to 6pm still he refused just because he dont wanted to do it.

Customer service was absolutely horrible. Rude tone and hung up on me while I just called to inquire if they require appointments. Am taking my service elsewhere

Really detailed review of what type of passport photo to be taken, really friendly customer service and the process was quick. The price is around 20 bucks. Was a little expensive but the quality was the best and it came out really well. So it’s a trade off. Overall it was 8/10

Went to get some photos from this place on recommendation from a friend, it all started out just fine until I saw the photos. I asked kindly if I can get it redone but the guy taking the photos got all angry and said to go somewhere else. I honestly was shocked at his behaviour. While I was still there, another customer came in who forgot their glasses and was also awaiting for their photos, wanted to see which photos were good and the guy said some rude stuff like "Don't worry, I will choose the best photos. Your eyes are not better than mine"

In my opinion, the guy needs to learn how to communicate properly and work on his customer service.

Good service, and photo even a little bit dark, but accept by passport office.no trouble at all.
