Pro Passport Photo

Pro Passport Photo service is not offered here, very unreliable. The store lady stated can not take a photo as her dad went home. The advertisement is false as their charge is more than the one in advertisement.

That did their best, but it wasn’t available on the site hours and the price was higher than one mentioned on the site ($14 instead $10)

The photographer is there only upon his convenience and not the store hours.

Phoned PPP to get information before I left. Asked about the price and they asked "what location? " which means prices vary. He looked it up and told me the price was $9.99 plus tax. Got ready, walked in the rain to the location. When I got there, the Pro Passport Photo sign was stationed outside the door. The woman behind the counter was poring over her tablet. When she finally looked up, I told her that I'd like to have my passport photo taken. She said, "they're not here until noon. " It was 10: 30. Why have the sign out if no one is there to take the photo? I wasn't going to wait an hour and a half. Walked back home in the rain then went to Shoppers on Keele. They were nice but the photo cost twice the price at $20.00 with tax and the photo looks blurry. They said if the photo is rejected they will take it again free of charge. *sigh* Overall, a craptastic experience from beginning to end. Booooo.
