Erik is a really the best physio. You only have to tell him the area that bothers you and he seems to know exactly where it the issue or problematic muscle.

I love my experience at this Pro Physio location. The staff is very kind and always ready to help. Eric has been great with my back rehab and works with me to achieve my goals and is great at communicating his plans and explaining why we're doing every exercise.

Many thanks to Eric Chen and Albert for taking such great care of my physio therapy needs. Since I re-started physio, I am feeling a lot better and have less pain. My general sense of well-being has greatly improved. The front desk staff are absolutely amazing, courteous and always helpful. This location has free parking which works out great for me. Appointment times are well managed and full Covid - 19 protocols are always observed. Staff are very diligent with this. I feel safe and comfortable taking treatment at this location.

To start of, the price of assessment is 150$ which is very expensive compared to other physios. Secondly, my diagnosis on both my knee and hip was completely wrong, therefore the equipment used was ineffective, the physio will only work 1 on 1 for about 20 min of the session, the rest is spent using machines. I felt that there was something not adding up in my injury report so I decided to try a new physio in Orleans that’s was completely aware of my injury and spent the whole session with hands on techniques until he was totally aware of the kind of injury I had, not to talk about the much cheaper price. I totally do not recommend this clinic.

My postpartum trauma recovery sessions with Mariem were really good. She helped me heal quicker with treatment and teaching me exercises I could do at home. As a first time mom, everything was new to me. She helped me understand what my body was going through and shared her personal stories with me as well - giving me tips and advice on taking care of my body & parenting! She's amazing:)
