Je fréquente Pro Physio depuis l'été 2023. Cette clinique m'a été fortement recommandée par une collègue qui était tout aussi satisfaite des services reçues dans cet établissement. Les traitements sont à point, l'accueil est chaleureux et l'équipe bilingue se démarque d'un grand professionnalisme. Souriante, enthousiaste et surtout très compétente, Joanne Nolan fait preuve d'empathie pour ses clients. Elle est à l'écoute de ceux-ci et n'hésite jamais à offrir des trucs ou des conseils pour les aider. Je suis entièrement satisfaite des services reçues et je n'hésiterais pas à recommander Joanne et son équipe à qui que ce soit!

I am a recurring user of this health centre. The therapists and other staff are always friendly and professional. My recent visits for an elbow issue were dealt once more with knowledge, professionalism, and courtesy. Thank you Sabrina, you are an excellent therapist!

I have attended this clinic for over a year and love the team! The counter service is professional, courteous, and organized. Sabrina, my physiotherapist, is incredible and cured my plantar fasciitis allowing me to walk my dogs up to 6K a day without pain. Moving on to my tendonitis in my elbow and sciatica (work injuries), she provided the best therapy and a plan on how I can assist in my healing recovery. Sabrina gave me back my life, one without constant pain or restriction. Thank you, Sabrina.

Joanne is amazing, talented, kind and understanding and makes sure each session and set of exercises are specialized to your needs. Sebastien, the osteopath, is so unbelievably gifted at what he does, I am truly grateful to have found this Pro Physio location. I started going to Pro Physio due to a car accident last summer. I was recommended to this location by my insurance adjuster. My physiotherapist Sabrina Fazal is amazing and very knowledgeable. She takes the time to create specific exercise plans for her clients. After a car accident, it was definitely not easy but with my physio treatment, I get to have life back and able to do more things that I couldn’t do before.

Sabrina was amazing! She quickly diagnosed my problem and developed a treatment plan that had me feeling so much better. She and the entire team are very professional and friendly, I will go back in a heartbeat for any future issues that arise

I went to Pro Physio late February with a lower back problem. I was in excruciating pain but after my first visit I found relief. Marc André is an excellent therapist and I followed his recommended stretches. (my homework). My back pain was gone just after 3 visits. Thank you Marc André and the other team members who provided the heat and ultrasound treatments.

Caring atmosphere where the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly! Access to many different modalities and types of care. My treatment was pleasant and effective and I was never kept waiting. Front end staff are kind and always we’re able to book me in at my preferred times.

I had the both the pleasure of working and bring treated as a patient at Crown Pointe Physio. As an employee the entire staff is amazing and friendly. We became friends and as cliché as it sounds, we became like a family. As a patient, my physiotherapist Asef, was very professional and explained the entire procedure to me. He answered any questions that I had about my injury in a way that I can easily understand. If you are looking for a great physiotherapy clinic for treatment or to work at, Crown Pointe is a great place to go.

Best physio experience ever. I received treatment from Asef for a torn hamstring and a partial tear of my MCL. Through Asef s care and knowledge he and his team were able to get me back to my normal activities very quickly. He laid out a treatment and recovery plan that was easy to understand and follow. He also managed expectations by providing an honest assessment of the timelines I could expect for a full recovery. Asef s team (Christina Kira Ryan) were also very professional and a joy to work with. My children who are competitive athletes have also received excellent care from Asef and his team. Asef treated my son for a fractured clavicle last year and laid out a plan that got him back on the ice safely and not before it was 100%. I highly recommend Asef and his team at Crown Pointe

Staff at this clinic are consistently friendly and professional. Joanne is knowledgeable and takes the time to listen carefully to her client's concerns. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone in search of a physiotherapist, especially in the Orleans area. There is plenty of parking, and service is timely, as I have never had to wait for an appointment. Thank you, Joanne, for your continued care.

Hands down the best physiotherapy experience I've ever had. All the staff members were so kind and very efficient. I had Joanne as my physiotherapist and she was wonderful - very knowledgeable and so positive! She brought my knee back to health when I didn't think it could be done. Thank you to all the staff members at Crown Pointe Physio for taking such great care of me. I would highly, highly recommend this clinic.

After reviewing options in Orleans, we chose crownpointe pro physio and we have never looked back. Staff is fantastic, location is very comfortable and has everything needed for the therapy. Can’t say enough about Asef, our physiotherapist. He knows his stuff and has helped us tremendously over the past two years. Also just a great person. Highly recommend this physiotherapist and the clinic as a while.

Pro Physio provided me with great treatment, and exercises I can continue to do to recover from my injury. All staff was very knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. I mainly worked with Asef, he is great, I will be going to him for any future needs. They have also done a great job following all the rules of COVID-19, and I felt very safe going to my appointments.

I did my co-op placement here and I loved it. As a team we collaborated and had lots of fun. It is a very professional environment. They always ensure the best for their patients and I highly recommend this clinic.

I did volunteer there a several times and the atmosphere is amazing. The team is always there for the patients and for each other. The algorithm is great and there's great team chemistry. The staff is always cleaning so the clinic is very tidy. Overall very lovely. I approve and recommend this clinic.
