Vishwa was fabulous for pelvic floor physio. My pelvic floor was VERY weak, but after only a couple of months, I was discharged with promises to continue doing the exercises assigned. She worked within my budget and solved the problem while having a great bedside manner. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Holland Cross ProPhysio off-and-on for many years, dealing with various sports injuries. The Holland Cross staff have always guided me through to full recovery so I could get back to pounding the pavement. My latest injury is a pre pandemic shoulder injury which I was nursing throughout the lockdown. I delayed getting treatment, and now after about 4 weeks of diligent treatment and exercises, I’m feeling major improvement. Many thanks to Vishwa and Ivan. I made an appointment to see Vishwa at Holland Cross Pro Physio because of sudden knee pain. She quickly identified the problem and set out a treatment plan and Ivan provided helpful exercises to do at home. I noticed significant improvement after a few sessions.

I visited Mary Bishai and the Pro Physio team at Holland Cross for elbow pain which limited my range of motion. She was able to diagnose that it stemmed from stiffness in the triceps and adjacent muscles and devised a suitable treatment plan. They offered a combination of techniques, including dry needling and shockwave therapy. The assistants (Ivan, Adrian, etc) helped out with the strengthening exercises and ultrasound. A list of exercises were made available via e-mail/online to be done at home.

The premises were clean and safe, following strict protocols for COVID. They were friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating of unforeseen schedule changes. They were able to answer any questions I had about the process or my condition. Mary made sure that I would be able to finish the treatment successfully and I was able to make a full recovery in under 2 months. Thank you to you and your team!

I wanted to take some time to recount my experience with the Ottawa branch of ProPhysio.

I was asked to take physiotherapy by my physician due a workplace injury that I had suffered. My initial sessions were in-person and that was fine, but soon it was switched to a virtual appointment due to the Coronavirus. At first I was skeptical about the approach, but Mary's persistence and hard work to ensure that I was being supported properly made it evident that it was possible to receive good care even during quarantine.

Mary's expert knowledge of my problem areas as well as her care and concern for my well-being have given me confidence that I am the right place for my physiotherapy. My thanks to Mary, Eric, Ivan, Brandon, Natasha as well as Lyca for all that they have done for me. Their treatment was a wonderful experience and made me feel at home. I will be recommending this place to my friends and family.

The reception clerk is outstanding. He is kind, friendly, efficient, and flexible. He always has a smile and welcoming demeanor whenever I go into the office for treatment due to a bad car accident.
My physiotherapist, Eric, is well educated, great with his clients, knowledgeable about all types of injuries and recovery.
The trainers are gentle but firm, provide clear instructions, and give excellent exercise guidance.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this clinic.
