I had extreme sciatica pain and hardly could bend, sleep, sit or walk. Emergency doctor advised to start physiotherapy immediately. I visited the Jeanne d'arc Pro Physio at St. Joseph Blvd in Orleans. After few visits with them I felt improvement. In few weeks of physiotherapy I got complete recovery. I have been continuing the exercises at home which they provided to strengthen my back. My physiotherapist was Vishwa Lakhlani. I recommend their services.

Great treatments, with thorough analysis of the root of the problem to make sure they treat the correct condition.

Had Stephanie as my physio and they were excellent and attentive. Stark improvements in my range of mobility and in the discomfort I was feeling every time I had a chance to work with them. The exercises that were recommended for home worked wonders. Happy to be back to my regular activities and my range of mobility even seemed to be better than it was pre-injury.

The Steph, Jen and the team provided me with outstanding information and treatment.

I have been visiting this clinic since past few weeks for an injury. I got amazing treatment from my therapist Vishwa Lakhlani. She is very knowledgeable and explained what was causing the pain, what needed to be done and what needed to be avoided. The entire team is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

I came here after being in a motor vehicle accident with an OC Transpo bus. I was very fortunate to have Vishwa and Jessica as my physiotherapists. Vishwa was able to explain my whiplash injuries to me in a way I could understand them. She was able to get me back to a relatively normal range of motion within a few weeks after sustaining my injuries. When Vishwa took some time off, Jessica took over and was able to pick up where Vishwa left off. The assistants were also very helpful, I primarily dealt with Aniss. They would ask me about what brought me there, the line of work I am in and how I felt about being in physiotherapy after being in a car accident. Everyone who works here are all very professional, have excellent bedside manners and know that a lot of the patients who are referred there are car accident cases, so they see people at their best and at their worst. I was also impressed by the fact they can give service in not only English and French, but as well as in Hindi. I cannot thank the wonderful staff enough, they all helped me heal from my physical injuries from a car accident. You are all wonderful human beings ️

I’ve seen amazing results since seeing Jennifer and she has more recently helped me with my concussion trauma and neck pain. Great team, atmosphere and the take home exercises have helped me long term. Overall I am very happy with my experience.

Vishwa Lakhlani is very professional the exercises she gave me worked extremely well. She and the rest of the staff are all professional and very pleasant, with great attitudes toward their work.

I have been following treatment for a month now. I had a motorcycle accident in May with serious injuries to pelvis, chest and neck. Service at Pro-Physio has been nothing

I am currently experiencing muscular pain in my shoulder and leg as well as back and neck pain. My physiotherapist is Vishwa Lakhlani who is relatively new to the clinic. Vishwa is very professional and has a very pleasant personality. She has been treating me for a few weeks now and I feel so much better. I am now able to walk, and use stairs without pain. I'm a figure bodybuilding athlete and I was experiencing some knee pains which affected my training so I was referred to Stephanie who saw me. And after a few months of treatment I'm feeling a 100%, no pain, discomfort, or tightness. I haven't felt like that in a long time. This was my first time doing physio and if I needed again, I will definitely come back to the clinic.

I have had some pain in my back a few years ago, and recently a problem with my knee. For both of these problems, I was cared for by Stephanie Simpson. Stephanie is an amazing physiotherapist and helped me so much. She gave me an exercise programme and advice that has helped my knee so much. My back is back to normal. I have been in pain for so long that I can’t remember how life could be without it. Going from Physio to Physio made me loose hope in getting better until I was referred to Jennifer Treleaven and she is indeed a life saver. I would choose her and recommend her over and over again. She is professional, caring, knowledgeable, efficient and truly invested in making her patients feel better. The team working with her, all Physio assistants are awesome and the front desk staff remember all patients and always have a nice welcoming smile. My daughter had a minor reoccurring knee problem. Ms. Stephanie helped zero in on the problem (including poor footwear) and developed an easy and fun program for my pre-teen to follow. Friendly staff at the front desk, great COVID protocols and patience when dealing with both my child and I.

For the last 10 years I have a been a patient of this clinic, mostly with Jen as my physiotherapist. She (and her staff) has been able to solve all my aches and pains, from sports injuries to the ups and down of "life vs my body". The service/level of care they provide is superior. Their evidence based approach does work. When I had a problem they could solve, I did the treatments, I followed the exercise program and the issue was resolved.

Our physiotherapist is Steff Simpson and both Sue & Al have had great and successful support from her. She is very professional and thorough at all times. We highly recommend her as a physiotherapist. All of the other staff are very accommodating.

I am being treated by Jennifer for sciatica issues which had been causing me severe pain. Jennifer is by far the best physiotherapist I've been to over the years. She has relieved me of the worst pain I've experienced in my right leg and foot area which I had been having for months. She explains every step of her treatments on me.
