A first rate and dedicated group of professionals. Mo has done wonders treating an IT Band and knee injury with physio, while Ghassan is helping me stay limber through intense FST treatments. I'm back on my feet and feeling great. Everyone in the clinic is super friendly and helpful, so do yourself a favour and check them out!

This is such a fantastic team of dedicated healthcare professionals. The minute you walk in for your treatment, there is a sense of warmth and genuine caring—great stuff with professionalism. The receptionist, Jelena, is very friendly and welcoming. She makes sure appointments are lined up, even calling me to adjust when openings occur. For my massage therapist, I can’t praise Larysa highly enough and wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend her treatments to anyone in a similar situation. After every session, I feel the tremendous benefit of her magical and soothing massage. Each session is a healing experience. A professional, excellent and friendly service that I highly recommend. Also, Mo is a physiotherapist who is very friendly, kind, and genuinely concerned with my well-being and recovery. He cares about
his patients and want to succeed through their injuries.

I quite accidentally sprained my ankle during week 2 of the lock-down, and contacted Arthur Cuenco immediately after seeing my Dr. He promptly offered virtual sessions allowing for timely treatment, and ensured that I receive a necessary ankle brace allowing for me to safely continue with the only cardiovascular exercise possible at that time - walking. Moreover, these virtual sessions also resulted in continued progressive treatment of a chronic shoulder injury, for which I had only recently received MRI results. As the clinic re-opens I am effectively continuing with virtual sessions, while he is at his home, or at the clinic. Arthur continues to take initiative, pivot, learn and be flexible during these difficult times. With the hotter weather and mandatory use of masks inside the clinic, he has also connected from outside in the fresh air. Not only does this result in clear communication for me, and a break from the mask for him, but it also personifies how seriously he and the Pro Physio team adhere to all health guide-lines. Thanks Arthur for making it look easy, and for always finding a way to provide excellent treatment. Both my physical and mental health have been improved greatly. I am able to enjoy playing both tennis and golf without any pain - the only two sports really permitted - right now.

I am so appreciative that Pro Physio and Sport Medicine Centre has extended its services to include Virtual Physio appointments during these challenging times of Covid-19. Having fractured my arm and being in a sling for six weeks and had no range of motion in my shoulder, elbow and wrist. Arthur Cuenco has provided excellent and amazingly well-planned virtual sessions that after two rounds I feel I am absolutely making headway in getting my arm back in motion. The only physio clinic I can highly recommend to get a better and fast treatment. Mr. Arthur Cuenco is very knowledgeable and well experienced with good assessment on treating patients. What I like most is his" hands on" therapy. Giving a lot of treatments aside from proper exercises (ultrasound, acupuncture, tense unit machine, suction cup etc) His assistants are very pleasant and well trained as well.
VIRTUAL (covid) is very helpful, Arthur deliver and supervise exercises thru video that is almost the same on what he was doing in the clinic. With my experienced on virtual session it helps me a lot to stay fit and continue getting bettter so I can go back to work physically fit. It's not because there is covid you will not get better. Continue thru virtual for the continuation of your physio. I thank you Mr. Cuenco and his staff for doing excellent job.

Arthur is the BEST PHYSIOTHERAPIST in Ottawa hands down. I went to two physiotherapist before and they couldn’t fix the problem. Arthur in three sessions got it solved. All my family and friends go there. Very honest guy to deal with.
