Everything is low quality.

So i find other one.

Not care if they dont care for customer.

I have been a client of Dilak Germen for at least 12 years now due to badminton injuries. She is the best, still I am able to play badminton is just because of her. She's been an excellent care provider and has given me plenty of helpful tools and tips. The entire staff have always been professional, thorough and friendly. Great place for all your physio needs.

I have experienced great results from my physio therapy at Pro Physio and can always rely on expert treatment with Dilek. She is extremely professional and skilled. I have had an assortment of different types of injuries, which have all been dealt with in an efficient, effective, and timely manner.

Dilek has saved me numerous times over the years. She always takes the time with her patients and never rushes. Unlike a lot of other Physiotherapist I’ve been to before her, Dilek is very hands on. She definitely has the healing touch.

He is very unique in that he remembers everything about your pain and symptoms. He takes a very holistic approach and encourage you to do the exercises at home.

I’ve been a client of Dilek since 2015 and have always experienced great service. After recently getting knee surgery, I chose to continue with the service Dilek provided and my recovery period was half the time. In fact my surgeon was very surprised on my first follow up appointment. Once my insurance provided me with a new physiotherapy centre to complete my rehab, my progress immediately deteriorated. After my appointment with my surgician, I once again became Dilek’s client and the change in my knee was felt within two short weeks. Dilek’s care to detail, compassion while listening to and advocating for her clients concerns sets her apart from others. She does this by pushing her clients without inflicting pain or discomfort. I was recommended to Dilek by a friend and I’m now writing this to recommend her to everyone looking for the best.

The staff at Pro Physio are all friendly and welcoming. I have been working with Dilek, and she has done a great job at brining my pain level from a 10 to a 1! Almost at the finish line!

My recovery from an ankle fracture was definitely accelerated because of the great work of Amr. His dedication, knowledge and hard work really made a difference on my healing. Amr is very friendly and attentive. I feel very lucky to have had him as my physiotherapist. I also want to mention that all of the other staff at the Centre are also great and clearly, client focused. This was not the first time that either myself or one of my family members have used the Centre's services and without fail we have always had exceptional service.

I came in to see someone after my MVC, and I was assigned Andrei. He was awesome! He was very professional and understood what I needed!

Rathna was amazing. Fixed my shoulder injury and was very professional and knowledgeable. Also is a great storyteller, would highly recommend him. Also the front desk staff was always nice:)

Dilik, Andrei and team are a Godsend. At 54 years old, I am still powerliftering. Since 2015, they have helped to keep me in the game! From treatment, to motivation to identifying and helping me break through weak points, they are the full package. I have tried numerours other physio therapists and treatment modalities, but get the most for my time and money from this team.

I have received Physiotherapy from Andrei at this clinic and I am impressed by his knowledge and level of care that he provides. The home exercises that he prescribed has also been very helpful. Overall satisfied!

Came here a few times last week to have my golfers elbow looked at due to recent pain and all I received each time was 12 minutes on the Tens machine (without any heat or warm towels applied), maybe 1 minute of the physiotherapist lightly touching the "tight spots" and some unclear "exercises". I have a Tens machine at home, and if this is all I needed, I would have saved myself the money and time. My initial assessment was 30 minutes, and my following "treatments" were over as fast as the Tens machine finished beeping. Ibalance Physio or Vitality Wellness are 10x better and much cheaper.

Friendly Staff. As for physiotherapists I had Dr. Rathna Durai who was kind and very helpful. He helped me fix knee which I had been having problems with for a couple years due to an old injury. Overall great place to go

I’m very satisfied with the the result after I received treatments for a hand injury. Physiotherapist Amr is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I highly recommend this clinic.

The facility is top notch, the staff are even better. The quality and care you will recieve from the intake to the treatment is spectacular. The front desk team as busy as they are, always make time for you, and make you feel welcomed.

As for the physio team, they really listen to your needs and explore all options for your treatment. They see what works for and doesn't. I'm glad I came here.

I was looking for a physiotherapist who would spend time on me and not just hook me up to a machine and come back 45 min later.

Dilek is excellent! She has helped out me and my two daughters get through all of our aches and pains over the years, from soccer and swimming injuries to chronic muscle pain. She really listens to us and her treatments have always been very effective. Her great sense of humour is a bonus!

I’ve been a patient here to deal with chronic back issue for many months. Andrei has been great, wrote up a letter that documented my issues which allowed me to request the correct work desk set-up. This was especially useful since I needed something different than a basic sit/stand set-up that employer commonly sees. I have it at home, what life saver during all this work from home.

I have been going to this clinic for several years now and I am really happy with the services they provide. The location is clean and the booking is very organized. My therapist Dilek is very knowledgeable, professional and goes the extra mile to help you. If you are looking for results she is definitely the person to see. She helped me recover from a number of injuries.

After a full year of pretty severe neck pain and limited range of motion, I started seeing Dilek based on my husband’s recommendation of her. And I am so glad I did! It was clear from day one that she genuinely wants you to get better. She even recruited other members of her team for a more aggressive and thorough rehab. In only two weeks of treatment, I saw massive improvements and am so very thankful to Dilek for her expertise. I am confident that she will help me to gain all movement back in my neck and I look forward to seeing what other magic her hands can work.

As a competitive soccer player, I was known as the revolving door patient. My clinic of choice was always pro physio. I had the pleasure of working with André and Dilek when I had my ACL surgeries. They designed a treatment plan specific to my needs and optimal for my recovery. I would recommend seeing one of these two physiotherapist for any type of injury.

My recovery process was made a lot smoother through her treatments. I have been going for physiotherapy for some time to treat my injured shoulder. More than 3 years ago, a family friend recommended me see to Dilek G.at Strandherd /Longfields location and have never looked back ever since. Dilek is extremely skilled, knowledgeable, meticulous, pleasant, and honest physiotherapist. She helped me make a full recovery, which my doctors said was impossible. Even, I was skeptical if it will recover, but here I am, back full time at my previous job!

She is very attentive, and she would change the treatment if one does not respond to as expected. When, I would do rehab/work hardening exercises, she would keep an eye if I was doing them right.

Now, she has become our “family therapist”. She has treated my mom, my wife for back and neck pain and my son for ACL surgery recovery and we are more than satisfied with her help. She has done miracles for us. She also has a well-qualified professional team like Andrei and Cecilia, Bianca, and the support staff, who can make things happen.

I came under the care of Dilek Germen after a slip and fall accident. The care and professionalism she provided was top notch. Due to the nature of the injuries to both right knee and shoulder, Dilek provided physio, acupuncture, massage, electrical stimulation and exercises that allowed me to be able to carry on with my daily life. Dilek constantly provided my family physician with updates on my progress. I would not hesitate to use and/or recommend Dilek and Pro Physio Plus.

I’ve gone to Pro Physio for a couple of surgeries. My latest was for a hip surgery I had in December 2020. My physiotherapist was Dilek and she was excellent.
Her hands on approach was exactly what I needed. She would also provide at home exercises, encouraging and motivating me to keep working at my recovery form at home as well.
She really knew her stuff.
Her colleagues at Pro Physio are also top-notch.

I fell off my horse a couple weeks ago and went to see Dilek for help with my back/shoulder. Within a few sessions, she was able to drastically reduce the pain. She is super kind and talented as a therapist.
She even sent me a list of exercises to do from home which have helped as well.

I highly recommend booking with Dilek if you have pain, she'll get you sorted out ASAP.

I have been going to Pro Physio Plus for 2 weeks due a knee injury (MCL sprain).
I live near St Laurent mall and I drive all the way to Barrhaven because I truly believe I could not get better treatment. The staff is awesome and that makes the difference.
Natasha is the one treating me. She is amazing. She explains everything I want to know and is very knowledgeable. My treatment is going very well and I already can feel the improvement (I am doing my homework, also). Another great point is she was going to take a course on the weekend, meaning that the staff is always improving their skills. Everyone at the clinic is very kind and with a big smile. At the reception, Ana Clara was great and attentive, she listened to my situation and was solved everything quickly. Karen was the one in charge of the electric shocks machine (I keep forgetting the proper name) and changed it to a stronger one because the previous one was not strong enough for me. They always make me feel very comfortable, not to mention the great facilities.
