I am receiving outstandingoo care from all staff.
I am extremely happy with how well the primary therapist and two other therapists are working to heal my health issue. Many thanks to them for their great work in helping me recover.

Just a short note to show my appreciation to Jamil who worked miracles with my torn wrist ligament. His dedication to his work is remarkable as his great personality is a a joy. I would certainly recommend him to anyone who needs an A- 1physiotherapist.

Raymond and Staff are very friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. He takes the time to listen to you. He make personnel treatment plan that works and adjust treatment to any changes I needed along the way. Their assistants, intern and receptions are very easy-going. Cynthia in Rehab, will make you feel welcomed even while providing the treatment that is not always very comfortable or easy!
I would very much so recommend Raymond and his team.you guys are the Best thank for everything!

Was just discharged and I’m extremely happy with Pro Physio Ray Friel and in particular Vikram my therapist and Cynthia in Rehab. Both are very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and quick to recognize and adjust treatment to my changing needs. I definitely felt that they were fully on top of my progress and were genuinely interested in helping me to recover as quickly as possible. Their assistants were also great along with the friendly staff at reception. I have no hesitation in highly recommending them. They have a caring team that not only fixed me up but also provided me with a lot of good information and an exercise program to help me maintain a healthy and injury free lifestyle.

Very bad customer service, they refused to see my son coz he is an OHIP patient, my son needs a treatment plan and the receptionist simply said we are fully booked for OHIP patients! Now which is more important? Making money or the health of our kids?

I’ve been receiving treatment for the past two weeks on my shoulder. Raymon is a personable and very knowledgeable physiotherapist. All the assistants are kind and cheerful making the experience a positive one. I would not hesitate to recommend Raymon and his team should you need physiotherapy.

So this is my personal opinion on what it was like going to this place.

I went here last year. Its an average physio place, nothing special. What I did not like was that I felt that the physiotherapist that saw me was not looking out for me. Their name was Ray I think. From the start, he asks what you do for a living. If you have a business or a good insurance, DO NOT say it. This is a similar technique car sales people use to gauge how much you can afford.

Its ok to ask what people do for a living, but ask after the prognosis and recommended solution. Not minutes before declaring ' btw that minor issue requires you to come in 3-2 times a week'. Gimme a break. The issue was minor and was already healing when I went to see them.

For me, I felt that he purposely asked me to come in more than necessary and gave me services I didn't ask for. I did not ask for acupuncture and even mentioned how I did not want it and that it did not feel comfortable. Didn't matter. Acupuncture was done.

I've been to several physio therapists in Ottawa. This is the only place that I have not felt comfortable.

I went 1/3 of the time he recommended and stopped going after a couple of times.

I should mention, the rest of the staff seemed nice. The students helping me were tremendously helpful and friendly. I'll go see them over the physiotherapist that works here any day.

I walked out of this place today, Jan. 21 2022. I was not quite sure about the treatment since I went there only two times. However, the administrative person at the front desk was incompetent at best if not rude. Over a lengthy telephone discussion and followed up by an in person confirmation, I was led to believe that OHIP would pay for my treatment effective January 21,2022 after paying the previous sessions privately. When I went for the appointment today, I was told I still had to pay it out of pocket since publically funded treatment would not be available until end of January or February.
I have transferred my treatment to the Jeanne d"Arc clinic where I received fantastic service and treatment since 2018.

I have been seeing Raymond as my Physio therapist, he’s awesome, knowledgeable, most of all has been able to help me progress quite well in a short period.
I highly will recommend him, he’s also very easy to get along.

Got me up and running again after a bad knee injury on both knees came here for 7-8 weeks and got me good

I have been visiting Pro Physio Ray Friel for a few months now. Service is top-notch and staff is awesome. Physiotherapists Raymond and Vikram will not disappoint you and Cynthia will make you feel at ease even while providing a treatment that is not that comfortable! Highly recommend this place and its staff.

The physio sessions were excellent, staff knew what they were doing. Care was exceptional, recommend it to anyone.

My therapist was Roshni. I cannot say enough good about her skills and her interpersonal manner. The assessment was done in a kind and efficient manner. The exercises she prescribed were obviously on point as I started to improve in the first week. Other staff were friendly and efficient. Therapy assistants, in particular, did a great job.

Just a fantastic experience. Great treatment by a friendly and courteous team at the Ray Friel location. For rehab exercises, there was a fine balance of pushing you and understanding other physical limitations. They really helped with the healing process for my right knee. Kudos to Raymon, Cynthia, Jen, Diego, Jonathan, Alyssa and Sam. Highly recommend!

After fracturing my knee cap while skating, my doctor sent me for physio therapy. At Ray Friel's Pro Physio & Sports Medicine Centre I was always greeted with a smile (that was of course covered by a mask). The exercises and advice I received were excellent and really helped my healing. The Covid-19 protocol and cleaning were exceptional. If I ever need physio again, I will definitely go back. Thank you Raymon, Cynthia, and everyone else who helped me.

I HIGHLY recommend pro physio in orleans with Raymon. I have NEVER seen such professional customer service from staff and owner. The physio he did on my at the time 3 month old was AMAZING AND PHENOMENAL! My lil one had a really really bad left side torticollis and it unfortunately caused major flat head on my son's head. He made me do exercises with anthony and made me do them with him to make sure i felt comfortable, understood them and did them properly. He also let me record it so my husband could see it and also do these exercises. He took his time and never once did i feel like the appoitment was timed or rushed out like you feel at most doctors office now a days. He took the time to bond with my son and get to know a little bit of our story. We had follow-up appointments every week and new exercises to do every week. He made me feel so comfortable as a first time mom and i was a mess emotionally and physically because of my lil one's flathead and covid. He bonds with the baby and the parent and makes sure you are feeling comfortable. He let's you know every move he makes and what it will do. He honestly saved my boys head, and did it in less than 2 months. Because of him my son is now advance with sitting up as well with all the tricks and exercises he did and made me do with anthony. I felt so blessed of Anthony having the opportunity to be in such good hands, especially through these hard times with pandemic. The place is kept very clean and the staff all take covid seriously with a scanning at the entrance and a new mask handed to you when you walk in. The rooms and physio equipment gets sanitized after every use. I truly wouldn't go anywhere else if i ever needed physio done for Anthony, myself or even my future kids. This place seriously deserves a 10* all the way!

I am in excellent care with Ramon, Cynthia, Jonathan, Diego and all the rest of the physio therapy team. I have also been offered convenient and swift full service care, including an onsite doctor, chiropractor and massage therapy.

I also cannot forget the amazing hard working and friendly front office staff members, Jennifer and Alex et al!

Such a wonderful clinic! I was recommended to come for a prenatal massage by a friend who works at one of their other locations. She highly recommended the massage therapist Doug.

The administrator was quick to find me an appointment at my preferred time and when I arrived I was greeted at the door by Doug and brought into a very clean, relaxing room. He was very professional, thorough and made me feel entirely comfortable. I left the appointment feeling much better! The administrator was kind and courteous, escorting me out after the appointment. The pricing was very fair for the service and experience provided. Also, because he is a recognized massage therapist with my insurance I was reimbursed my claim in less than 24 hours. Highly recommend this place!

My experience from start to finish was very positive! Both Ramon (PT) and his staff were wonderful to deal with. They are very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They go to great lengths to ensure clean and safe surroundings during these covid times. Patients have access to extensive equipment & services to address all your needs.

Very good covid protocols, I felt very safe. Process for booking was efficient, I was able to see a massage therapist very quickly!
I’ve been going to different massage therapists in the city and my pain has always returned quickly. Doug (massage therapist) was very good at fixing the problem and detailed what exercises I should be doing to prevent pain in the future. My pain has always been my neck which has given me chronic headaches. I have been pain and headache free for 2 weeks already! Thanks so much to the team!

My husband has been going to this physiotherapy clinic since July 2019. They are all kind people, they offer many services. In these hard times of being isolated at home my husband has been doing virtual sessions of physiotherapy from our own house and it has been working great with Raymon, it’s very effective. Raymon helps him feel himself again slowly but surely. He feels like he’s improving. Raymon is encouraging and understands his situation and helps as much as he can. Thanks Raymon for your patience and your kindness and all the nice people at this clinic we appreciate all you do. I suggest that you don’t let go try it out call the clinic and try it virtually!

I was so glad to see that this Pro Physio centre has a 4.9 average rating. I have to give it a 5. I just can’t think of anything that could be done any better. Michael was the therapist who looked after me. Although he is extremely busy whenever I go, he takes the required time with each patient. He is very competent, listens most attentively to patients, is polite beyond expectations with both patients and support personnel. I found his assessments and treatment plans very insightful. I believe that he has healing hands.

Your website says that you have treated “some of the biggest names in sport” and you encourage us regular folks to book an appointment and “receive the ALL-STAR TREATMENT you deserve! ” Well, there’s no doubt about it, one does receive the all-star treatment.

The assistants Nanaya and Inga always greet us with such genuine smiles and hellos as we enter the treatment area. This continues right through our treatments.

Everyone works so hard. Whatever the support personnel see needs doing, is done. No one waits for someone else to do it; they truly work as a team. The beds are cleaned after every patient, and they do the whole bed, from corner to corner. They change the pillow cases every time too. This level of cleanliness has impressed me.

When I graduated (this is what they call it when your treatments are over), Michael reassured me that if I had any questions, I could call and leave a message and he would call me back!

I have been receiving physio treatments for several months now - and I can only say that ALL my sessions at Pro Physio Orleans have been conducted with professionalism, respect and courtesy - in short, I am constantly receiving excellent treatments, My two wonderful physio therapists (Michael and Raymon) have offered a variety of treatment plans and tools and my injuries have greatly benefited from their care and expertise - thank you.

I also had the pleasure and benefit of Dr. Lalonde's care and expertise on two occasions - grand merci.

I have and continue to experience great services from staffs and specialists at Pro Physio & Sprt Médecine Centre Ray Friel, I had the worst concussion you could imagine where I couldn’ sleep at night and having headaches consistently, I went to other places for help but I didn’ feel any better and the day that I walk to that place, I have been taking care and I feel much better because they are doing all to get my health better so I can continue doing the things I always like doing. I am not that young anymore (69) but when my doctor approved and recommended some physio for a weak right leg I did not hesitate to go to a physio shop. I chose the Ray Friel Centre and never regretted it. I also did discover that the physiotherapist is next to your doctor for providing your wellbeing. The physiotherapist (Raymon) after a thorough assessment discovered what was wrong with me (more than just a weak leg) and had a complete program assigned to me and his team to follow. Everybody is very professional and friendly and all they want is your wellbeing. Ah yes! I am French speaking and I did speak French for more than 90% of the time. And yes! They also do have the acupuncture treatment if you need it, as in my case. And yes! I highly recommend this place.

Excellent services and an incredible team! Professional, knowledgeable, warm, caring and fun. Cynthia has worked with my daughter for more than a year and has been amazing with her. Built a great connection with her and found fun (kid-friendly) and motivating ways to work with her, guiding her through her rehabilitation, adapting to her needs and answering my many questions. In fact, the entire staff has been there for her, supporting, encouraging and cheering her on for the past 3 years throughout her surgeries and respective rehab. Their positive attitude has helped pull her out of the lows and put that smile on her face during difficult times. Thank you for making such a difference and becoming an important part of her life.

I am very happy with the service provided at Pro Physio and Sport Medicine Centre at the Ray Friel centre. My physiotherapist (named Raymond) and his team of assistants and exercise consultants have done a fantastic job addressing a variety of both chronic and acute injuries I have sustained over the years. In each case, Raymond correctly diagnosed the injury and then put a plan in place that always returned me to full health. In fact, I have always been able to resume whatever activity it was that landed me there in the first place. The staff at the front desk is also extremely courteous and helpful. It is never difficult scheduling or rescheduling appointments. Anyone who is injured and anxious to resume an active lifestyle should definitely pay Raymond a visit at the Pro Physio centre. Thanks to all of you for your assistance!

I have been seeing Michael at Ray Friel for the last few months for an achilles injury. I have been extremely impressed not only with the great care I’ve received from Michael and Raymon, but also from the administrative staff, the Physio assistants, and Jonathan & Cynthia in rehab. I would definitely recommend this clinic to everyone.
