Depeesh is the best physiotherapist I have ever met. I appreciated his professionalism, knowledge, and his sense of humour.
Pro Physio location on Rivergate is clean, friendly, and well organized.

Haven't had a significant experience there expect for a few visits.generally good space and facilities, clean and the staff is hospitable and accommodating.

Great people. Clean open space.
They charge a reassessment exam if you go too long in-between appointments.

Have been working with Depesh for a few weeks - he is a really awesome therapist! Highly recommend!

Dr Deepest Senga is a very skilled and knowledgeable physiotherapist who is ensuring great recovery explains what's going on in your body in detail my treatment have been helpful and I would highly recommend them.

Anusha Sankurubhuktha was my physiotherapist. I recommended her strongly. She was very helpful, kind, patient and passionate with what she was doing. She takes her job to heart. We really need more providers who are as invested as her in patient care!

Theodore calligeris is the best physio therapist I’ve ever seen. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains what’s going on in your body in detail. I wish I found out about him earlier for my health issues. He’s also very direct and genuine which I like. I definitely recommend seeing Theodore

Dan and his team are very professional and they have constantly provided excellent service.

Their treatment and dedication almost makes it worthwhile to have an injury!

I waited for over 20 minutes on the phone just to get a rude person to answer the phone. Sounded like she was in a rush and uninterested.

Here on and off for various injuries. Great service and very friendly. Would recommend to anyone.

Great expertise! Dan was very understanding in the assessment session and very quickly provided details on the injury's consequences and its extent. Immediately got helpful exercises to work on and on the following sessions I really got worked on and itreleased tension/soreness very quickly! Was surprised at how quickly I started healing. There is still work to be done but I look forward to going to Pro Physio twice a week:)

I’ve been seeing Dan for years. He is attentive to detail, skilled, and overall, a “people-person”. As painful as a good physio session is, Dan somehow manages to make it enjoyable. I’ve referred several friends to Dan, and have heard only good comments. Go see him!

Absolutely awful. They take on patients they clearly don’t have time for. Paul had me doing a 4 step shoulder shrug for 6 weeks when the problem was my rhomboid muscle (I didn’t know that at the time and he never tried to find the problem). 6 weeks in extreme pain completely wasted going to ProPhysio.

My family and I have been seeing Dr Nguan since 2003. He has been absolutely fantastic addressing and supporting use through our requirements.

I would also like to note that the nursing staff are equally as amazing.

Friendly atmosphere and staff. Very skilled and knowledgeable physiotherapist (Paul) who is ensuring great recovery post severe acute injury. Results are rapid. Kinesiology staff also kind and helpful. Very grateful to have received this recommendation from a friend!

I would highly recommend Physiotherapist Sobhan Sobhani of Pro Physio and Sport Medicine Centre on Riverside Drive in Ottawa. I developed a serious case of shoulder rotator cuff syndrome and was in excruciating pain. After 6 weeks of sessions with Sobhan, I was almost fully healed and able to work. I am very grateful for his insightful advice on home exercises and his pleasant demeanor during our sessions. I was impressed by his knowledge about my injury and he answered all of my questions during the sessions which was very useful to understand my injury.

I have always been very pleased with the results of my care by Pro Physio! As a person who strives to be active on a regular basis, the centre at Riverside Court has been very helpful in helping me through any injuries.

Following clavicle surgery, I was referred to Paul Coleman by a friend; a family physician who said that Paul "fixed" her shoulder. The combination of expert treatment and associated exercises to do at home has restored my full range of motion. Highly recommended.

I have been going to the Pro Physio clinic since mid September and Paul has helped me recover from a chronic injury. Paul's wealth of experience is apparent in how quickly he can assess and determine the best steps forward to healing. He makes use of his vast skill set and uses techniques such as deep tissue massage, acupuncture and shockwave treatment in ensuring optimum results for his patients. The staff at the clinic work well as a team. For example, I've had to have physio appointments with Steve when Paul was unavailable in order to maintain a regular treatment plan. It was a seamless transition that didn't impede my recovery due to the consistently high level of care and knowledge exhibited by Paul and Steve. The staff at reception are always pleasant, courteous, efficient and make it a point to greet clients while maintaining all covid protocols. I have been very satisfied with the level of care I have received and highly recommend the team at Pro Physio.

I have been a patient for over two years and I must say that the staff and services provided by this clinic are exceptional. Not only are they efficient in their duties, but provide a very comfortable atmosphere that truly helps with, not only the physical, but the mental aspects of recovery as well.
I would also like to comment on one exception staff member, Mrs. Katayon Naghavi, PT. She has proven to be very worthy of her profession as a registered physiotherapist.
I suffer from osteoarthritis. During my therapy, Mrs. Nagvari explained the treatment in a concise, but friendly manner and advised me that recovery would take time. Every week she would give me encouragement to continue. In this way, she gave me the confidence and determination to get better.
Not only is Mrs. Naghavi helpful with patients, who keep coming back to the center, but helpful and appreciated by her fellow staff members through her leadership and personality. It is clear they hold her in high regard.
In closing, it’s because of Mrs. Naghavi ‘s encouragement that I have decided to ask my family doctor to initiate steps to have a hip replacement. I will continue to receive physiotherapy from Mrs. Naghavi up to and post operation. I cannot see receiving physio from any other therapist.

Clean, professional location with knowledgable physiotherapists and lots of assistants so you're always catered to.

As a physiotherapist I know what the best treatment is and I can tell you that this clinic is without doubt the best in town. Great team, professional staff, very knowledgeable and skilled physiotherapists. I was treated both by Paul and Danijel and I highly recommend them.

I have been a patient at this branch of Prophysio for 15 months and have been seeing Kathy. I find her excellent and very knowledgable. She has been an emense help with several issues I have.

Kathy Katayon is an excellent therapist. She is someone who cares about
her patients and is very professional. She has been treating me for quite a

Paul Colbrook is one the best sport physiotherapist in town and the massage therapist is also incredibly efficient and knowledgeable! I've been going there for 5 years now!

I'm sure there are good physiotherapy clinics in Kanata where I live, but I drive clear across town to see Paul Colebrook at Pro Physio. He's the best! A few years ago he helped me heal a torn rotator cuff so I could get back to dragonboating. Now we're working on a stiff hip and a sore neck. I'm confident that we'll get a handle on it.

The centre is very well managed. Treatment beds are clean and scent-free. Appointments run on time. All staff members are friendly and courteous. It's worth the drive for this degree of professionalism.

This is by far the very best physio clinic I have ever been to. Given my line of work I have been injured multiple times and have had physio in many different cities and provinces throughout Canada. I will never go anywhere else. My personal physiotherapist Kathy is truly the best and goes above and beyond with each visit. She is compassionate, extremely knowledgeable and has helped me significantly with pain management. She got me back on my feet when I thought I wouldn't be able to walk again without extreme pain. She has been a blessing to my recovery. The front end staff, finance and receptionists are so incredibly friendly and accommodating which makes a huge difference when dealing with billing and booking appointments. Mirette has been so very helpful and kind to me in this respect. She is truly one of a kind. I have also seen other physiotherapists at this clinic when Kathy has been away and they have all been fantastic. Very high quality hiring standards here, a great atmosphere and extremely knowledgeable and kind staff. You won't be disappointed with your visit.
