I really have HATED your recent updates and you care to much about membership before i could do many things and was happy with the game but now almost evrything is membership! I cant even get evoled pets legitly!

They'll try to double bill you.and their support is the worst I've ever dealt with. Email response takes 5-8 BUSINESS DAYS.

And they only have phone support in 2 1 hr blocks a couple days a week.

I mean seriously, you're being charged $100 and these cheap a**es can't pay for staff?

Stay away.horrible, terrible company

This is just a sad wannabe pokemon.
The fact that the game has a lack of features unless if you like wasting your money. There are some questions I need to ask, Why is there so many currencies? Why is leveling up so difficult? Why is this pay to win? Why is the chat so limited?

Normally I would give Prodigy 5 stars but delaying Winterfest this year was a really BIG mistake! My little ones look forward to it every year and this was a huge disappintment. Who ever made this decision made a bad decision and it should go back to how it always has been. Winterfest is exciting because of Christmas and all the festivities that go with it.

Do not do paid membership! I have tried multiple times over 2 years to get them to stop charging me and cancel the membership. There is no customer support to answer calls and no one ever returns emails. Buyer beware!

The game is so much fun. Can you please add membership to the issr First-Mate Kelsey (me). Thanks so much u guys at the place! Your game makes me smile everyday. I also have bought all the epics but they never showed up.i am sad bc i really like the concept if them but i never got to use them bc they never arrived.

Amazing game and great employees as well. My only pet peeve is that they don’t listen to the community as often as I’d like

CAUTION! DO NOT PROVIDE YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP. Terrible customer support! No invoice was sent and they keep billing my credit card for years and won't give my money back even though the account has not been used!

Prodigy is so fun but can you make it so there is no lock in the academy for those who have no stones or just one stone.

Prodigy Math Game was so fun. But PLEASE make the Ice Tower, Storm Tower, Fire Tower, and Water Tower! And the Astral Tower.

My mom does not understand why memberships are not free i agree why does it cost money? Non members cant do or buy pretty much anything all they can do is link a parent acount

My experience on Prodigy is amazing. I love the game, and its a good influence for children. I love how it teaches you, by letting you have fun, while doing math at the same time. I hope Prodigy grows into something bigger than it is at the moment. I really believe education will rely on Prodigy. Meeting new players is always fun. I love finding new friends, and people who are really kind! The crystals are pretty cool, and they are fun to find. I hope Prodigy will see this review, and see that I really believe in them.
