I am getting trouble getting shifts initially but after the guided by Jashandeep I am able to get shifts on my preference and she is so helpful and responsive towards the work that she kept answering my all doubt and solving it perfectly. Jashandeep supported me to survive during my student life and was pretty helpful. I also referred my friend and they also enroll to start working with me.

I really not appreciate the way they treat. I would never recommend anyone to be part of prodigy specially in Brantford as they're really rude when I said don't give me shift from next week on wards as they're were cancelling my shift back to back they didn't even came back to me and asked what happen rather than that they just said okay we will cancel all the assigned shift will not provide any shift from next week onwards this was really rude Randstad is much better than prodigy guys don't Register over here this would be my feedback for them

I like this company. I wish they didn't charge $40- $50 (half day pay) just to work at Belvika for one day.

I would say they are supportive in terms of providing assistance for work. Also, they reply back to your concerns and queries promptly. Paula, Rachel, Levio and Shannon are very good in building up the relations with their workforce. Only thing I am concerned about is that when I worked in P&G shifts were frequently cancelled and we are not allowed to sit inside if the shift is finished in midway when tasks are accomplished. I think this policy need to be changed and at least staff must allowed to sit inside especially when there is harsh climate outside and they are waiting for their ride!

I had an excellent experience while working with Prodigy Personnel. Their account manager at Belvika, Ms. Rachel Cleary was super helpful and always made sure that I receive my daily shifts. She and her team were always approachable and addressed the concerns of the employees promptly.

I've been working with prodigy for so long and never had any issues with them, they give long term work and good pay depends on the job assignment with flexible hours. The best agency I know.

I dont know why ppl r giving these good reviews, i hv a bad experience with prodigy. They posted as register today and get work tmrw, but its been a month my husband got registered with them and he hvnt get a single shift even in factory.we keep calling them almost three times a week but they have just one excise we dont have anything right now.why do you promise with people if u dont have any work.

Prodigy is one of the best staffing agency in Canada. Amazing place to work with a ton of opportunities to grow with in the company. I went to Prodigy looking for work fast.
They quickly got me a job placement that was daily shifts and good pay. When that job no longer needed Temps and I got laid off Prodigy immediately got me another job placement.
Now I’m hired on by the company themselves.

The staff at Prodigy are great, the ones you work with try and remember your name and will be active towards any issues you bring up.

I am working with prodigy since last 8 months. I am student and I have specific time for work because I need to manage my study as well as work. It is hard to get work when you are available but with prodigy I am working as a part time employee regularly from last 8 months and for this I want to tell big thanks to Kim Huynh. I've worked with a few other temp agencies over the years and this is by far the worst place I've ever worked. I was once sent to a job and when I arrived there I spent 20 mins in a security office to be told that Prodigy had never confirmed the shift with them and I wasn't needed.

Then after working somewhere else through them they decided to NOT PAY ME for almost a full month. I called about it several times and didn't hear back and when I finally stood up for myself about it she (Kim) was rude to me (as if just not paying someone for a shift they worked on the 6th until after the 26th is acceptable.) A voicemail was left that I would be paid on the 26th and I still wasn't paid on the 26th.

When I called back I was obviously frustrated and Kim hung up on me. Kim would always tell me that she had no work for me, and then when I would say "okay, I'll find work at another temp agency" she would put me on hold for multiple seconds and then miraculously have a job for me! I called back again and Julie answered the phone to me being VERY angry (I had just been hung up on) and was so calm with me. She immediately said I'll look into it right now, and explained that it takes time for the bank to process sometimes. (Which I still don't understand since I should have been paid on the 12th, but at least she told me something and was nice.) Talking to Kim is like talking to a high school girl. She doesn't explain things.she basically was just saying "too bad" and wasn't willing to look into anything or answer any questions for me. Julie is the only one who seems to really know how to do her job, and isn't petty and spiteful.

Long story short: If you're out of work and you need some quick cash, do not trust prodigy to give you real jobs, pay you without a hassle, or even tell you the truth about what work they have. Try Randstad or Kelly or probably anywhere else and save yourself the headache.

Prodigy is really very amazing before coming to prodigy i was not having any job i was trying to find job for more then 2 months but I didn’t get it but it totally changed when I registered in prodigy. They started booking me and many of my friends for shifts and now we earn well and even the factories which prodigy sends are really amazing. I would really recommend to everyone specially international students to register in prodigy its really a perfect place to get part time and full time job and even the staff is very cooperative and polite

Its hard to find a job that you enjoy everyday, and dont drag your feet going to.
Kim has been nothing but extremely helpful and listened to what and where I prefered to be placed.
