Very detailed cleaner. They always check each piece carefully and offer great service. I once brought two vintage leather jackets for cleaning and repair. They sent them out to their specialty leather partner and I had beautiful new looking jackets in a couple of weeks at a reasonable price for the work done. They even re-dyed one to match all the panels. I'd trust them with all my cleaning needs.

Highly recommend this place for alterations and dry cleaning. Masood is extremely patient and pays great attention to detail in his work. He is honest with his approach to business, as he won't push unnecessary services and advised me to save money by dry cleaning my old white dress shirt, which turned out looking like new.

I searched a few places in Mississauga to take my Canada Goose for dry cleaning and came across Professional Dry Cleaners. I went in for an estimate and Masood was very thorough in examining my parka prior to taking it in. He took time to ask of previous dry cleaning history of the parka, pointing out visible areas of concern so we were both on the same page and moreover, providing me with realistic results of dry cleaning ex. My jacket had been worn for 2 winters without dry cleaning, so I shouldn’t expect the colour to renew itself after dry cleaning. When I received my parka back in 2 weeks, it was in perfect condition. I was very happy the results. It was evident that it was handled professionally and with great care. Overall, it was a great experience. I will be back for my future dry cleaning! This business has amazing service. I had 2 pairs of work pants that were too big for me plus a bit wide at the bottom and Mr. Masood fixed them so perfectly. Had my Canada Goose dry cleaned. Owner explained the entire process and what I could expect. I also had some pants tailored and he was able retain the original cut so proportions made sense.

Masood, has a very soft spoken temperament, we have been going to Masood for alterations of Suits, trousers for the last 10 years and he is a very professional tailor.
Once he gets the measurements, he ensures that the fitting will be upto your liking and look good.
He will not recommend doing something which will not benefit the client cost wise as well as clothes wise.
He also sells suits sized to your fittings and measurement. He also runs a dry cleaning business on the premises.

Highly recommended! I dropped off a tough-to-clean, very stained bright yellow winter/ski jacket and they did an excellent job on it + even had it ready much faster than I expected. The end result was good as new. Quality job & super nice service.

I'm not sure what they did but they did not dry-clean my clothes. They must have tried to use heat or steam on the detailing of my faux-leather and this designer dress is unwearable. I wish they did nothing and returned this expensive item back so I could have done it myself. They did not have the basic courtesy to mention that something happened, or tell me there was an accident, which would have been fine. Another item was a fairly new camisole that I now see has the seam coming apart, whereas before I gave it to them I was sure it was in good condition. Just charged me it and hoped I wouldn't notice. Unfortunate to have had this experiences. I usually never give bad reviews but I'm hoping to help other people to avoid this place! I have no idea why there are so many 5-star reviews so maybe they were having a bad day, but 2 out of the 2 items I gave them are now either unwearable or need to be mended ; speaks for itself.

I never leave reviews online, but I was so amazed by this dry cleaning place. This is my first time getting something dry cleaned and was so worried that my items would be ruined. I went and looked for the best reliable dry cleaning place and saw excellent reviews for this place.
The owner is very professional and friendly. I brought in 3 coats: Mackage, Canada Goose and TNA full of fur to check for the prices of each. He pointed out all areas of improvement, stains and dirt for dry cleaning, as well as places he could repair. He was honest about the wear and tear and fading of my black TNA.
He adjusts prices accordingly and gave me a great deal for these three winter jackets. Fair prices for the work being done here. He followed up with all the questions I had and assured me that my stuff will be taken care of greatly.
I ended up bringing in two more spring jackets and when I picked everything up after a week, all of my jackets look brand new with no stains, lint, dirt etc.

I found this place by searching for places to get my Canada Goose jacket dry cleaned. I called to inquire about the prices for both the jacket and the fur and the owner was very amicable even thought I called multiple times. Went in to hand in my jacket and he remembered me from when I called earlier that week.

He checked over the jacket thoroughly to point out a few dirty spots he could clean, and was honest about what he could and could not do. Since my jacket is black, he explained that the white fading on the edges of the jacket could not be fixed because it was just fabric wear and not something that could be cleaned. He also examined the fur and pointed out a few areas where the fur was a little bit janky to let me know how the fur looked before he took it (I already knew the fur was a little weird in one spot because I didn't get to choose my own jacket carefully, haha).

I got my jacket back on the exact time he told me in advance, and I got a phone call telling me that I could pick it up that day. Pick up was simple, the owner recognized who I was, and the jacket and fur look super clean.

Overall great service and a wonderful job on the jacket. Prices were also fairly competitive (I called multiple dry cleaners around my area). Would definitely go again if I need my Canada Goose cleaned in the future!

I had my Mackage winter coat and Burberry trench coat cleaned here and they came out looking BRAND NEW! They took care of long-term stains that I had on my trench coat and fixed some rips on the sleeves of my winter coat. I was extremely impressed with their services and the quality of their dry cleaning. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

This man is amazing! I took in an expensive bright pink golf shirt with a major black stain on the back. I thought it would be impossible to remove. He removed the entire stain and some spots on the front!

As a legal professional, I require high quality work with short turn around times. Professional Dry Cleaners delivered on both these promises. The owner is a knowledgable and professional tailor. His skills are readily apparent. This is also the only dry cleaner that I am aware of that schedules cleanings from Monday to Friday, while all others work one or two days a week. This ensures a fast turn around time which you cant find anywhere else during COVID. I would highly recommend their services.
