We had a very good move and without any incident or problems! The company contacted us the day before the move date and confirmed the details of the move and timings. On the day of the move, the moving team contacted us early morning and confirmed the arrival time. Once on site the team leader informed us on how they will proceed. The movers were very professional, helpful and super polite! We would like to thank the 4 movers, Mr. Harpreet (team leader), Mr. Prabhjot, Mr. Beverly and Mr. Sukhpreet for the outstanding work and their professionalism!

Professional Movers Ottawa provided a high-quality, professional service. It was extremely easy and seamless to set up our contract and we received excellent support and service from the agent who helped us arrange our move.

When it came to the move itself, the movers assigned to our job were professional, timely, and very hard-working. They asked us how we wanted our valuables handled, they walked us through how they were going to approach the job, and they were very efficient in their work. We did find that the contents of a few of our boxes were significantly jostled during the move (presumably due to the truck), but it's impossible to avoid and, overall, all our belongings and valued possessions made it safely into our new home.

Finally, the value of this service was excellent. We had sought out quotes from multiple companies across Ottawa, and Professional Movers Ottawa were the most competitive and transparently priced.

This was the 2nd time that we used Professional Movers Ottawa. As before, we were extremely pleased with all aspects of the move. The crew of Abhi, Jagspeer and Ashdeep were very polite, efficient and respectful of our property. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

The care they took was exceptional as well - wrapping everything carefully, laying down mats with care, assembly everything to it’s original state. I highly recommend Harpreet and Nabeel. They arrived on time and completed the move in a timely manner. They were both professional and respectful. They protected the floor and padded or wrapped all our furniture. They took apart a few items and then reassembled them in the new location. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

We moved from Gatineau to Montreal with Professional Movers Ottawa. The service was great, the movers were on time and very professional. Everything was well wrapped and they helped us disassemble and reassemble furniture. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because it took them four hours to drive from Gatineau to Montreal, so it made the move a bit long! I wouldn’t hesitate booking with them again though!

I have used them to move within Ottawa. I am satisfied with their service, but they were too slow.
They took 7: 30 hrs to move a 2 BR worth luggage (A big Couche and a small Couche, Bed and around 35 boxes and few more items) within city.
They charge per hour basis. So, finally their service became expensive.

Avoid avoid avoid! Had these guys move us last year. “Forgot” to include our piano in the quote - as this was the original reason we called them in the first place. Damaged our driveway by driving off the edge with their truck and offers us $50 compensation.

Only Half movers wore masks (height of pandemic) found dirty shoe prints all over house afterwards.

It was a blame game this guy should have done this - this guy did this.my cousins, cousin…

I moved from Ottawa to Montreal 2 weeks ago. I had scheduled 3 guys in Ottawa and two in Montreal. What I got was three guys AND the owner to supervise. Amazing. They worked hard, it was not easy. I used to load ships. The load they did in the truck was a work of art. Have Gatorade and feed them and they will go above and beyond. No complaints from them and no damage! They took apart my desk which I did not know how to do and they put everything back together The charged me exactly what their quote was. Book them! Be confident they will deliver (pun intended)

Professional Movers Ottawa as a whole is amazing. I've been using there service for my agency and they are always so helpful and fast. Side note: when you buy moving boxes with them they have a "Buy Back" feature so they buy back any boxes you haven't used which is amazing. Will definitely work with them again!

Movers were efficient and friendly. However, administrator ended up charging more than anticipated when move was complete. A little disappointing- felt scammed as I did confirm the price with them prior to scheduling move. Will likely not use services again.

My roommate and I had a great experience with Professional Movers Ottawa. Our three-man team- Ali, Randy and Manraj were polite, professional, and incredibly efficient. I just had Professional Movers Ottawa Moved my stuff locally. They were a fair price compared to the several other companies I called and was able to get the packing, hauling, and unpacking done all in 7 hours with 3 guys. The movers were respectful and worked quickly. I am very glad I chose them for my move.

I would not recommend these guys. I called them for a quick small job, to move an elliptical machine. I told them that it was big and gave them the exact model information. I told them it was in the basement and a very tight fit to come up the stairs.
They got back to me, gave me a quote and a time. They said they would have to disassemble the machine, move it and then reassemble it. I said that was acceptable and booked the job.
The time comes for them to arrive.they are late. Then they tell me it will cost more money and they need to wait for another person to come as well. After arguing about it they told me they can no longer move the machine. They wouldn't honour the quote, even though I offered to help them. They just left.terrible experience. Very Unprofessional.
