Harpreet, Karan, Prabhjot and Nebeel worked for 13 hours almost constantly. Amazing crew, absolutely no issues. Real professionals: client oriented, humble, respectful, strong ethics. Thank you, really happy with this move!

Highly recommend! Saman, Gurmeet, Pawan, Sukhpreet did our move last month and they were amazing! They were nice, courteous, efficient, and were very professional. They made our move very smooth and stress free. Will definitely hire again if ever I move again.

Saman, Gurkirat & Brandon helped us move from one end of the city to the other which is about 1 hour apart. They were very professional and worked really hard in making sure that all our furniture and boxes along with other stuff were transported safely and without any damage. They not only made sure of safe transportation but also assembled back all of the furniture at the new place. By far, it was our best moving experience. Thank you professional movers.

We had an ok experience. First it is important to note this was a long distance move from North Bay to Ottawa.

When I called for a quote the woman was very friendly. Their rates were great so we decided to book.

After booking I felt as though the rates were off so I called back (twice to co firm) inventory and rates. The woman reassured me it was all fine and not to worry.

On move day they were a little late but with a long drive I didn’t think too much about it except the truck they showed up with a truck that was way too small for the inventory we had.

They said that was the only size truck that they could bring on the highway and that it would be another $1800+ tax to get the remaining $20k of inventory that I originally listed that they could not fit.

They were all very professionally and nice to deal with.

We ended up needing to drive 2 hrs to pick up a Uhaul that WE rented and they filled it and drove it to Ottawa after a little hesitation from them.

We paid $40 extra for tv boxes that they did not use originally and they damaged one table and one chair which I did not notice until after they had left upon delivery. They also lost the wall charger to our electric recliner (we believe it was left in North Bay but were unsuccessful in locating it)

Even after renting the uhaul they left about $5k of items in the basement. It was like they just got tired and left without looking anymore.

They use rugs when loading unloading which was nice and wrapped most furniture up nicely.

On delivery they were hours late again but moved quickly. They were very nice and courteous.

Overall they were ok and pleasant to deal with but I wish there was better communication and organization.

Professional Movers Ottawa was really amazing. The name says it all. I have dealt with a few moving companies in Ottawa and they were disappointing, not professional, and over priced. This was the first company that has went above and beyond. They were amazing from the minute of booking to the very end of the move. The office was very responsive and double checked all details. The two movers, Gurwinder and Prabhjot were really really great. Respectful, quick, and detailed. They did an incredible job. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a fair priced and quality moving experience. I will 100% be using this company again in the future!

Gurwinder Sran and Baldeep were fantastic, got everything packaged and moved super quick and securely.

Awesome moving experience - I was promised one and it was delivered. Maninder and his team made my moving seem as smooth as possible. They were really very professional, no noise just pure wrapping and loading/unloading things that were to be moved. Maninder was really polite to interact with and showed no tiredness or any attitude even after arriving in Toronto after having driven the truck from Ottawa. True professional and genuine person. I hired the company for my move from Ottawa to Toronto. Khwahish and Priyanka did a fantastic job on the phone initially and then Maninder did the great job of the actual move. I would highly recommend them anytime and consider them again if I move anywhere else in Canada, if they provide the service - which they will with a smile on their faces. Truly happy with the service and that with a smile. Awesome and keep it up!

I hired Professional Movers for a small move and felt I had a very good experience. They showed up within the time they said they would, gave updates on when exactly they'd arrive, moved my items efficiently and carefully and overall did a fantastic job. When booking my move I received my quote and felt it was a good and reasonable price. In the end the movers did not require as much time as was anticipated and the final amount I paid reflected the less time needed. I suppose they could have charged me the quoted amount so I really appreciated the honesty. The two movers were polite, courteous and professional. I would hire them again.

Best moving company to choose. Nebeel and lovepreet were our movers and they did a Stellar job.

I would use the word awesome to describe Nebeel and Pawan because they are totally friendly, taking care of my belongings, and they are just amazing.
