Professional Wildlife Removal

We have several bird feeders in our yard and enjoy seeing all the birds, squirrels, chipmunks, raccoons, etc.that come to visit. Then, six weeks ago, we heard noises in our attic. We called Patrick and he arrived the next morning. He diagnosed the problem as he was parking in our driveway. Something had chewed a nice hole in our front roof vent. Patrick installed wire grills on our vents, leaving a one way exit on one for any squirrels to leave. As Patrick had warned us might happen, early next morning we hear a louder noise. A racoon could not get out of the squirrel door! Patrick returned that day with a larger box, with a one way door large enough for a raccoon to escape, but not return. We've had no issues since! I phoned in the morning and he was out that afternoon. Patrick explained exactly what he would do and how it works After going around my house and securing every spot that a racoon could get in he focused on the main area.a vent on the side of my house. Who would have thought. When Patrick was done he assured me the raccoon is gone and with the setup he installed could not get back into my attic. He also mentioned he had a five year guarantee and he would return after Chritmas to finish the job. With Patrick's knowledge and expertise I wouldn't hesitate to call him if needed again.
