I have the best Family Doctor in this Clinic. All the Doctors, Staffs and including the Pharmacists are very friendly and accommodating. Walk-ins are also welcome. Special thanks to my Family Doctor, Dr. Patrick Yoo who is very approachable, kind and very considerate. Likewise to ate Gina who works at the Front Desk and at the same time took my blood sample for my blood test. Thank you Progress Centre Medical Clinic.

Our family is so appreciative of the care we have received here at Progress Centre Medical. The front desk medical staff and secretaries are always so accommodating to us. They are excellent at what they do and are kind, exceptionally efficient, and knowledgeable. It is an extra measure of relief and comfort to us that we are in good hands and welcomed to a safe environment with our doctors, Dr. Jerry Leung and Dr. Hashini. They have journeyed with us through some rough seasons and we are grateful for their wonderful attention to us and our health through the years. The pharmacy staff are also of the same calibre. They are so helpful and have always dealt with us emphatically even when briefing us about our medications. Everyone here works so hard and the love and commitment to excellence is evident.

Doc didn’t check my problem. Took my word on what it it’s and was kind of rude when responding.

I visited the walk in clinic to be informed by the receptionist they are fully capability. Clinic had 4 patience, she says their are clients waiting. I thought it comes first, first served.

Went for a walk in. Doctor evaluated me pretty good and the staffs were really great. Happy that I came here.

Got in early, got out early. Fast and efficient. Finding a good family doctor is no easy task. Welcome to socialized medicine. This clinic is on my short list.

Been visiting this walk-in for nearly 3 years now. It’s closer than my family doctor and doesn’t require an appointment, the wait can be long sometimes if you don’t have a appointment as there are many people who come to this location but they are open weekends which is very convenient. I have never had a negative experience here. I have a regular injection every 2 weeks that I have to have done and they haven’t ever given me a hard time about it. I think I’ve interacted with every doctor/receptionist/staff in the building and they are all great. Also have the option to pay $ if you don’t have an Ontario health card to see a doctor. I’ve since moved away and I travel 30 minutes to come to this location because I’m confident in their practice and know I am always in good hands. Oddly enough after 3 years I haven’t become familiar with any of their names, but the Filipino lady that works the front desk and the lab is the best!

Waited over 2.5hrs just for the Dr to tell me my blood test is clear. Which took less than a minute. Don't know why they can't do this over the phone

Excellent place, full of very friendly professionals who care about you.they even arranged a special tool for my medical situation at no extra charge.

I am a registered patient at this clinic. The receptionist booked appointment for pap test. There was no mention of no show fee. I had to travel out of Toronto due to emergency and I forgot to cancel the appointment. The receptionist called back and said next time when I visit I will have to pay for the no show fees 25 cad. I was not informed about the no show fees in advance while booking the appointment. I am not happy with this incidence and I think the clinic staff has to have better communication with their patients. I am really happy with the doctor no complaints against her.

Dr. Leung is to the point, clear and concise. Recommend seeing him. Only thing is that as a walk-in, there is usually a big line up so I'd recommend coming early.

The reception/front desk team are efficient and friendly as long as you have your documentation ready. Bring your health card, and be prepared to state the reason (write) why you are visiting. Pharmacy is attached so you can grab what you need right after without having to drive to another spot.

An incredibly friendly, attentive, and supportive team of professionals who go above and beyond the expected due diligence to ensure their patients are taken care of. Both Dr. Chan and Dr. Patrick have been such a pleasure to deal with and genuinely care for the patients at this establishment, and it shows. Highly recommend!

Very quick response. I got a call back after three days of my test and updated about my health. My in person visit was also smooth and comfortable with less wait times. Thank you all.

I went in for a sore throat on a Sunday at around 1 PM. I waited in the reception line for about 5 minutes. It was my first time there, so it took another 10 minutes to speak with the receptionist (who was very pleasant) and fill out a form. Within 5 minutes of handing back the form, I was called by Dr. Leung. He was very knowledgeable and comforting. He gave me a prescription for meds, which I took to the pharmacy counter. I waited about 5 minutes to hand over the prescription and then another 25 minutes to pick up the meds, have the pharmacist explain how to take them and pay. All in all, I was in and out in under and hour and I was very pleased, given that the clinic looked a little busy. Will definitely return here whenever I am sick.

Went for an appointment, the reception is not just unwelcoming but quite rude. She has no time to provide the availability, and three times she said appointments only for those with a valid/ not expired ohip card. It sounded very prejudice and not welcoming at all.

Clean Environment, Energetic Knowledgeable Physicians and Pharmacists. The Pharmacist followed up with me via text about my condition. Great customer service.

My dad had a truly frustrating experience at this walk-in clinic. Not only did they make my dad wait for over 2 hours, but the receptionist also seemed to have a talent for deception. It's disappointing to see such lack of respect for patients' time and honesty. Do not waste your time, I do not recommend it at all.
