My wife got her taxes done here last year and had a fairly poor experience. Price was rather high considering the poor communication between the staff and client. This year they want even more money "due to COVID" for the same, lackluster service. I don't think so! Will be bringing my business elsewhere.

Incompetence on a good day: Very disappointed in the service that I have received from Progress Group. Months of delays, almost zero communication between staff and clients, and terrible advice leading to financial repercussions. Save yourself time, money and sanity and look elsewhere for accounting services.

Very unprofessional. They called me once for a position I applied to and the HR personnel only said my First name and secondly, she called me from an unknown number which is highly unprofessional and after I asked who are you calling for, she said do you have a minute for telephone interview I said yes. She replied, let me call you back in 5 minutes and she never called back.
