Most pleasant experience from the first phone call to book the appointment to the second I left. Latest technology to check the health of your eyes, no upselling, reasonable prices, genuine care from Dr Clarke. Very knowledgeable. Helpful front desk staff. Can't recommend this place enough.

Been coming here the last few years and find the doctor and the staff very friendly and caring. The doctor has the most updated equipment and was very thorough while explaining my vision changes and eye health. Rachel always has the utmost patience while i pick out my frames. She will even have a few frames picked out for me now that she knows what i prefer. Much appreciated! Thanks to all the staff, and would highly recommend.:)

I'm always cautious with new Dr's. But the Dr.and her team are wonderful.l and made me feel comfortable right away.

The technology they use for eye exams (especially important for diabetics) is up to date and quite impressive. I learned a lot about my eye health. The Dr takes the time to walk you through it all.

Definitely consider them if you're in search of a new eye Dr. I highly recommend.

Dr. Clarke is absolutely amazing and I couldn’t recommend her enough. She is compassionate, caring, very knowledgeable and attentive. She took me on as a patient when I had an eye injury and now has a patient for life. I will be bringing my entire family to see her and so if you need an optometrist, look no further!

I am wearing glasses for 10 years already. On Sept 2022, I went to Progressive Vision Centre to do an update eye exam and made a pair of glasses here. However, I have a bad headache after wearing the new glasses. I emailed Progressive Vision Centre and went back to reduce my glass prescription (from -2.25 to -2.0). However, my headache still persists and has not improved after the change. I required for eye exam retest but they want to charge me more for the retest. I feel so upset and disappointed about the service here.

Dr Clark was very thorough with her examination and provided helpful feedback. Very happy that she’s taken over the practice and my vision needs are going to be looked after. Her staff are very professional and friendly. Great experience all round.
