A part had to be ordered and Ali made a point of keeping me updated. Went out of his way to thouroughly clean the AC unit.

Grade-A service. My furnace wasn’t turning on. I called Ali in the morning and he arrived the same day afternoon. He was able to diagnose and replace the broken parts within minutes. It was a pleasant experience.

I found ProLand from their reviews on Homestars and because they were near to my location. Called Ali in the morning and he was here a few hours later. I had tried replacing the capacitor myself but it didn’t fix the problem. Ali quickly was able to identify that the gas had a leak and topped it back up and fixed the valves that were leaking. He was also very helpful with questions about some other issues we had in the house and took the time to answer everything. Great honest service and definitely recommend!

I recently replaced my furnace, and it had a terrible noise. Ali came to my home, replaced the part and I mentioned that my air conditioner did not start after the furnace replacement. He checked the system and found out that the wire that sends the signal to the air conditioner was broken, fixed and my Ac worked. Ali is very professional and knowledgeable with a great personality. Any issues I may have in the future, I will definitely call Proland. Thank you for being honest Ali, the world need more people like you.

Once called the response time was excellent. He was able to diagnose the source of the problem quickly. The furnace built in 1963 is particularly difficult to find parts for however his perseverance paid off and he found the parts. Next time I may not be so lucky to fix this 58 year old beast if it fails, but I know they will be the first people to call.
