Doctor is good and professional person. But staff not frandly. I wait appointment mor then 20 minutes and no body paid attention for me. Some people wait doctor in waiting room, I stay on a hall. Am I different? Why?

Fantastic service! The receptionist is amazing, and this is already a game changer since in the majority of clinics the reception service tends to be horrible. Not the case here. Every time I call, someone picks up the phone just after a couple of seconds. I can make appointment in a walk-in basis for the same day even! I went there once to bring grandpa and the doctor was also so great! Kind, professional, knowledgeable. We didn't feel rushed at all. Awesome service.

This clinic is run by incompetent staff. I called to get a blood test done. They confirmed they have a diagnostic section to do the blood test on-site. We reached the facility and got a requisition.

In addition, the physician took extra samples for tests that were not needed. This clinic may order unnecessary tests.

Beware and stay away!

They are not a WALKING CLINIC! Don’t waist your time to going there. They don’t accept walk in patients.

Slowest walk in clinic in richmond hill. Had an appointment at 3pm and didn’t get a call until 4: 55. Ridiculous.

Regardless friendly secretaries service, I was refused to be excepted and just was given another walk-in clinic address, even after explaining that I am in pain and without a car. Unfortunately the secretaries even did not try to talk to a doctor to squeeze me in. May be patients well being and readiness to help should be put beyond some rules and strict schedule.

Very dismissive Doctor. Will examine you for barely 5 minutes and then tell you he "doesn't know" what's wrong with you & send you away with no help whatsoever

Very disrespectful and hard to reach in terms of appointment. When the appointment does occur, Dr. Illumperuma seems unmotivated to help, giving the bare minimum advice. I received an infection from one of the medications he suggested and when this was reported to the office, he stated "there is no way to help as I am unable to see you in person. " Understanding Covid-19 has forced us all to follow rules, disappointing that he isn't pushing for more questions and providing further suggestions

The staff are rude and uninterested. The waiting area is a petridish for infection. Waited 3 hours and never saw a doctor. Not even sure if there was one in the office. Never going back. Better to go to Mackenzie Health. At least they care and there are doctors there.

Great Drs, But that Pharmacist is the kindest professional I have ever had the pleasure to meet and talk with about my medications

Wait time on a Monday was less than 10min. The doctor was great. Took the time to teach me about my condition and treatment as opposed to just writing a prescription and sending me on my way. Really felt taken care of. Would recommend and return to this clinic again.

The clinic opens at 8: 30 but you have to wait beacaus the comes at 9: 00 and sometimes the doctors late and the resepsanish just see right through us some time

Let's see. Is it good when a medical office opens at 9am but no doctors arrive until after 930am? Also, receptionist seems to hate her job, was quite rude, and was getting upset that patients didn't realize they have to use the side door because the front door is locked for some unknown reason. Really great experience here for everyone. NOT.

If I could give 0/5 I would. Don't come here if you care about your health. These are incompetent doctors and incompetent staff. No people skills just doing motions of work. Won't accept patients even when they could accept, claiming "too much paper work to register you, so no point when you can come as walk-in. " Deplorable. When I needed a doctor to vouch for me for medical forms he claimed I am not his patient even though I have been seeing him for 10 years every month! Also, he doesn't do any important paper work on time, because I can tell he plays with peoples patience for fun. He also laughs inappropriately during sensitive topics which shows a major flaw in his character. Don't waste your time with these brothers, they got a no name education from a questionable med school in the states. Plenty of doctors who are properly educated and accepting patients, so i'd recommend to do a bit of research. I will not be coming back here!

The two doctors there are really great. I've always had good experiences w/ them. Very knowledgeable and have good personalities. I like how they don't rush.

Excellent service. The doctors are professional and caring. The experience is way different to compare with others walk-in clinics.

Dr L Illamperuma was the doctor I saw. He was personable, smiling and most importantly, helpful. He took time and showed interest even though the waiting room was filling up. Would recommend.

Place is easy to find, there's parking at the back of the building. The nurse at the reception asked me what issue/sickness i had, which wasn't information i felt comfortable disclosing in front of a room full of waiting patients. Wait times were a bitlong but the doctor was direct and useful. His recommendation worked.

Excellent walk in Clinic. Doctors and Pharmacists are friendly and helpful. There is free parking on the side of the clinic. The counter people are very good at getting patients in question quickly. I drive a long distance to come to this walk in because the are one of the better ones in the city

This place is always great. Best walk in you can ask for. Considerate of people's time and doctors and quick and efficient

Even open on weekends.
