On past four visits, I found doctors to be attentive, inquisitive, knowledgeable and helpful. Front counter staff suggested I could go run errands, having provided a reliable wait time expectation.

On Friday December 22,2023 I attended this clinic for my mom, who is advanced Alzheimer’s. The intake nurses as well as the Doctor, were phenomenal. So patient and understanding and honestly, made an unfortunate situation turn into an incredibly pleasant experience. Thank you for that!

I will not be going back to this lousy clinic. Go for a check up and I get rejected for something in the past. The nurses used to be friendly. But they're arrogance on my last show up, was almost an embarrassment on their part. And most kept ignoring me when I needed a check up at most. So I don't have anything to apologize to them for. Except the embarrassment they put on themselves. Complete idiots and narcissist and conceited.

I cut my finger when I was cutting passion fruit, Doctor Nishan took care of me, he was nice and professional, he wrapped my finger gently, and glued my skin together, the nurse was kind too, the only thing I feel they need to change is they should divide people into two groups, one group for urgent patients, the other one for non-urgent patients, as it is a urgent clinic, it's not just a walk in.

The only reason why it's not less than 3 stars is because I had a very pleasant experience last week and because the receptionists are angels. Figured I would add my experience with Dr. Sharma. I was already nervous when I heard the receptionist say that he was in.

Last week I was in because of a workplace injury, the female doctor that was there was sweet and handled everything perfectly. 4 days after my injury and before I was off for the weekend I reaggravated my shoulder while working, I was going to go back to the clinic for an extension on my modified anyways per the direction of the first doctor who said it's possible it won't clear up in a week. All of last week I was incapable of using my arm and held it to my chest because of the pain I was in. She said that I had very good strength in my arm and that it was great that I COULD move it.

Today, I went in as my modified agreement ends at work and they need an extension or a return to work. I told him that my arm is okay when I'm at home but then when I go to work and it's just hanging there it starts to cause a lot of pain. He tested my arm strength and my ability to move it, on one of the movements I made a face and he asked if it was pain and I said "Just tense, I think. " Then on another movement I made a face and started to try to explain that the pain was shooting up more into my neck area, which he cut me off and immediately moved on to something else. He then started questioning why I needed an extension on my modified if I can move my arm fine, to which I referred to what I had mentioned before and said "I just had the entire weekend to rest my shoulder, of course it's not going to hurt immediately right now, I haven't been using it at all. " He was completely overlooking the fact that I was still in pain and was just doing as the last doctor suggested if I was still hurting. And I had told him that I reaggravated my injury 4 days after, when I was already still in pain. My job requires me to push/pull hundreds of pounds, and obviously you can't do that with an injured shoulder. And surprise Dr. Sharma, after my visit and you requiring me to move my arm, I'm now in pain just as I suspected. I couldn't even get to the point where I needed to mention that moving my head/neck throughout the day repeatedly aggravates it which isn't something I realized until after my injury and previous visit.

Acting like my modified duties are coming out of his paycheck with how argumentative he is about my shoulder still hurting. Whole point of being a doctor is to listen to your patients and then assess from there, clearly he didn't learn that part since he just wants to tell you how you should be feeling.

I wish I could give them no stars.

Waiting clinic more than walk-in clinic. Waited 2 hours to get a refill for my prescription, they let people that came in to rooms that came in after me into seeing the doctor before me. Finally when I got a room I was still waiting to see the doctor. At least I had a fly bugging me to keep me busy. After getting a room I still waited 15 mins for him to finally come in. My visit literally took 2 mins of the doctors time. And the funny part is that the doctor didn’t pull up my files he asked me what type of prescription I was on. So I could of changed my prescription without meaning to since I couldn’t recall the name of the prescription

Prompt and friendly. No hassle no long waits. Took care of my wife immediately and helped her with her sebaceous cyst by draining it. Friendly professional doctor.

Dr. Raptis would rather pump you full of antibiotics than deal with the actual issue at hand. Reoccurring tonsillitis isn't ALWAYS strep, and it's disgusting that you'd rather dance around the root of the issue than just solve it and put through a referral for removal. Imagine wanting your patients to be sick over and over again so you can make money off of prescriptions.

Also, don't talk to your adult patients like children. "It's only been ONE" and holding your finger up like we don't know how to count was the most embarrassing thing I've ever seen a doctor do.

Do better.

Im not sure how this clinic is allowed to even still operate. A middle eastern or Indian doctor "doctor J" diagnosed an eye condition while i still had my sunglasses on. Of course those in charge of health in our city will let this slide.

Have been to see Dr. Sharma twice and both times he has treated me like a real patient and listened to my concerns. Not only that, he remembered me the 2nd time I went to visit him. He and the receptionist guy are always pleasant to deal with. Yes there can be a wait, but this is a walk in so it's be expected. The fact that Dr. Sharma will actually send you for tests, lab work, etc, rather than just writing a scrip says a lot about how they treat their patients. St. Catharine's has basically no available doctors and this is the most thorough walk in I have been to. It needs to be understood that these people are overworked and that patience and politeness goes a long way. They are people too.

Absolutely amazing place, hard-working doctor's and great staff. I wouldn't go anywhere else:)

Hours of operation are absolutely terrible. Doctors are great. I had to put a low-star review due to the very inconvenient hours of operation. You can't see a good doctor if they're rarely open

Looking for treatment on a sunday. No where on the website did it say that a pre registration was required for treatment. After arriving at the clinic we were turned away because we did not register. So much for care.

Very disappointed! On Friday June 9,2023, I visited this clinic, registered at 1: 15pm and saw Dr. Ashok Sharma at 3: 45pm. Waited almost 3hrs to be seen for only 3 minutes. When he walked inside the room he seemed to be in a hurry not caring about my medical concerns. He quickly wrote a prescription, and rushed out the door not allowing me to explain my medical concerns. I mentioned about my mental health and he said " You can Only come here for 1 thing and if you're not happy, then go elsewhere" So if you visit Dr. Ashok Sharma and you have abdominal pain and severe allergies at the same time, you can only ask him about 1 medical issue. How rude, and inconsiderate of a Dr he is! If you're not happy with your job as a Dr.then you should not practice!

Website says closes at 4pm Friday, but by 3pm they put a signed at the window that they are closed and not taking any more patients. Wait was 2 hrs to see a Doctor & not many in the waiting area.
31 May 2023 7:31
The waits may be long but it is worth it. They are some of the most understanding doctors and are willing to have you get any tests needed. They helped me find out I have an old back injury that has been causing my back pain when other doctors wouldn’t believe me claiming I’m “too young. ” I will always recommend this clinic:). Keep up the amazing work!

Amazing service, quick and friendly, the female doctor is INCREDIBLE. Highly recommend for anyone needing immediate assistance. Thank you!

The waiting room was quite busy but my wait wasn't too bad, about an hour. Receptionist and doctor were pleasant. Very impressed.
17 April 2023 23:18
Prompt. Friendly. Professional. Caring. Our experience here exceeds any expectation of any walk-in clinic ever. So many thanks to the staff and doctor.
05 April 2023 0:19
Quoted 30 minute wait at check in, ends up being 2.5 hours. At least be honest with wait times so patients can leave and come back. Washrooms are clean at least.
31 March 2023 21:14
Very kind and educated reception. As fast as it can be as a walk in clinic. Drs are kind and very good at what they do. Will use this location from now on when the need arises.
29 March 2023 1:35
Wait times are not as bad a people make it sound! Go wait at the Hospital and you will see a long wait time! Or other clinics who don’t tell you times.
They do let people leave and you can always ask the time frames,
Staff are very happy to accommodate
Don’t always go by the bad reviews as they tend to be wrong!
