This is a great place to shop from! And customer support was punctual in response time and incredibly helpful. I had purchased skates and they went on clearance within a week of my purchase, I had reached out about it and ProSkaters honored the clearance price. Awesome place awesome website, love the people and especially the customer service. Living in Mississauga there aren't many skate-shops that cell incline skates but this store is worth the trip. The skating community isn't a big one but is a tightly knit one it is on comprised of the most genuine people. The customer service makes dealing with your problems not problem at all, doesn't feel like you're speaking with a drone either. Never had a time more enjoyable than this. Bought new pair of skates, shipping was quick. Buckle arrived broken, but ProSkaters Place customer service quickly responded and offered to replace it. Very happy with the purchase and service!

So how does ordering a pair of Inline skates online merit 5 stars? Let me explain.
Ordered my Flying Eagle drift 2.0 Monday afternoon, got them Wednesday noon. Wow that was fast! To my disappointment and own fault; I ordered a size too big.
This is where the fifth star is merited! (when there is a problem how it is resolved)
I emailed them as per instructions in box; received a VERY quick reply. In less than 6 days the skates where returned, new size received and credit card reimbursed for the wrong size pair!
Customer service was super courteous, quick and friendly. I was impressed!
Definitely recommend ProSkaters Place and I would purchase from there again.

Best Skate shop with amazing customer service and some of the fastest, most affordable expedited shipping. They maintain a great stock of gear, tools, and skates. This is my "go to" shop going forward, and I checked out 4-5 other similar stores' online websites. Nothing beats this place, and I'm so glad I found them.

ProSkaters Place continues to be the best online shopping experiences for skating. You can tell how much they care about the sport and even more about their customers. They have helped me out multiple times with replacement parts for my nordic skates. Recently, despite knowing my warranty was well expired, they still took the effort to reach out and at least see what options we might have with the manufacturer, and I am so thankful to have been able to purchase replacement parts that aren't typically available for retail. Whether it's skating or skiing, you will be in amazing hands.

Ordered a frame that did not work out for my daughters skate (no fault of the company- she's a 4 year old in-line speed skater we knew it would be a long shot for it to work well) reached out for the return process and received near instant response, offers to search back stock and frames not online for any that may work, they even looked at pictures of her current boot with frame to see if they could help find what she needed. I received the frame quickly and received return instructions just as promptly. Would highly recommend all around excellent customer service.

This guys are just great i was having soome problems wit my payments so we solved the problem in a few emails and the very next day dhey sendet me my dream skates. So now im wathing for them to go out for a ride. Thanks alot Pro Skaters Place!

The only in-line skating store in Toronto (with the exception of nitro skates for roller skating). I’m hoping the new location isn’t a downgrade for bladers.

This shop and their customer service are just amazing! I found the aggressive skates that I was looking for worldwide and at an extraordinary price, which is truly incredible taking into account my size is sold out nearly everywhere around the globe. But not only that, they also helped me a lot prior to and during my purchase: I'm a customer located in the United Arab Emirates and they answered all my questions and requests required for the shipment to arrive here, and they did it without hesitation. 100% recommended

Awesome service from this company! I had a crazy idea to put a brake on an inline skate that didn't come with a brake. I need a brake as I skate in traffic. The person that helped me went above and beyond with his knowledge of this product. I will now be able to skate this summer and I can' t wait for the heat. Thanks to all involved! Fast shipping too! Amazing / Outstanding - here is my story. I had bought from Inline Warehouse last year and was disappointed by the product the wheels looked used and would not rotate and were wrong size. I hesitated from getting from ProSpaters Place because of a weird - bad review on Reddit.

This time I wanted to take a chance and reached out to ProSkaters and spoke to Marina she confirmed that the item was in stock (FS6) :) and in my size and ready to be shipped.

Just for Haha's i reached out to InlineWarehouse they said yes all looks good etc but when i went to their stock page it said that item will not be in until Aug 29th also the price was higher than proskaters. So i emailed and asked and IW said yeah sorry wont be available until then so - why be disingenous and suggest that its in stock in my size? If I had not checked I would have to wait.

So - i orderred the skates last Thu - got them today (Wed) - perfect fit.

Proskaters were fantastic - professional and honest and were terrific!

No more Inline Warehouse for me.

Great online discount price and although the store was closed (they were moving) they let me enter to try them on and they fit perfectly!

Since technically, I am a beginner, not having skated for many years I purchased a heel brake. After realizing that I needed a different axle to install it onto this frame, they kindly mailed it to me free of charge.

I was thoroughly happy with the price, the product and the after sale service provided by ProSkaters Place and I will be dealing with them from now on!

I recommend them highly!
