I think it's a really dishonest business practise that the membership price isn't listed on the website until you enter all your personal info.

Couldn't understand the security guard, waited for someone to open the parking gate, I am not member. But I am going to visit once a week for bridge. Is there a possibility to get a parking garage card?

Great facility. Clean gym, good variety of machines but there could be some more instead of the treadmills, very nice pool and clean locker rooms. Easily accessible with multiple entrances. The membership is a bit expensive, but the facility is nice and there are lots of classes and programs available to add value.

Not a member. Place is very nice and clean. We are visiting from the US and went to see the Holocaust Museum. It is a very well kept and informative museum with very knowledgeable and hospitable guides

We are still new, but so far it has been great. Large community with many different classes, three pools, a basketball court, indoor running track, free parking, a complete weight room area and great instructors. I definitely recommend it

This gym has a bad first impression.the ad said free trial for 10 days and directed me to register with the email and then, the agent named Julia Waxman tried to sell me the membership! Also, she said: "after signing up, you can cancel after 10 days"! Hahaha, then they can continue charging you if you don't like the service.what a scam!

I am there 5 times a week at 6: 00 am to swim. Great reception staff, friendly security, wonderful pool staff. Bright and clean pool and well equipped gym for dry land training.

Unlike other community centres, It feels like a facility on a military base - nothing warm and inviting about it.

Went to this gym after signing up for the 10 day free trial on the website. Was told the free trial is actually only for those who sign up for (AND PAY FOR) a membership. So not a free trial at all. I questioned this and they admitted it’s false advertising. Poor experience.

This place is amazing either you go to the gym, swiming pool or theatre. Building is very modern with a lot of natural light. Gym equipment is brand new. It is easy to park and it is free

Worst place ive been to, they are so eager to sign u up.but when there are problems they dont answer.phone or emails.do no not go to this place

Membership is expensive for what they offer. The main reason I got a membership was to be able to swim indoors. I ended up cancelling my membership as soon as they got rid of the morning (not early morning, 6 am to 9 am) but their 9 am to 11 am and their afternoon lane swim and replaced it only with classes starting at 4 pm to 7: 30 pm and then reduced lane swim after that. Was told this is going to be the new schedule until December 20th at least and that there is nothing they can do to accommodate members regarding pool swim.

I come here to watch their Jewish Comedy Festival shows. They are great. Can't wait to go see the next one. They also have a great gym and pool.

Excellent brand new facility that offers many amenities. It is kept clean and the staff are friendly. Not that busy during the early and later hours. Security is surprisingly thorough as well. Had a hit and run in the parking lot and Mark and Val helped me sort it all out with the surveillance footage and contacting the other party involved. Definately recommend this place!

Brand new renovated facility with various gym equipment's and activities to do. There are pools, workout rooms, yoga rooms, and a large basketball court. The staff working here are very kind and attentive.

It is a wonderfull place.the people that works there are wonderfull. But I don't like the nosie from the kids that comes with there parents.the kids sould be more sopervied

Went here back in the day when it was BJCC.

At the time, it was a decent facility (00's era). Played against Wiggins here once, was on a rep team.

I had fun.

The change rooms are another story for another day.

The facilities are nice. Really great instructors. Enjoying Pilates classes, aqua aerobics, boot camp, spinning.
Nice pool and aquatic facilities and great instructors! But aquatic employee - Leti (Life Guard) needs to learn how to work professionally in such nice place as Prosserman Jewish Community Centre.
Was rudely greeted on couple of occasions, snapped at me because item (the noodle) was taken from the room, she yelled and than whistled to an adults. When asked questions answered in a snarky voice, "that is not my job, I only check who is in the class'.
She has poor attitude: as a life guard during the class she socializing with other people, jumping and dancing, not paying attention to the group of adults and kids in the pools, lots of them are not swimmers. Definitely should care about people, their safety in the pools and learn how be nicer to make staying in club more enjoyable.
Despite this experience this place is great and i will recommend it.

This is a great place for parties and any kind of function your hosting. Really quite and very affordable.

Everyone is super friendly, there is a definite sense of community. Unlike most gyms where you feel like another number the staff really get to know their customers. The operartion hours are very accommodating and there are a variety of classes to choose from.

Went here a few times for Jewish stuff such as BBYO programs and telethons to help out the Jewish Community. Doesn't have a thing that most community centres have. Good place to have events especially Jewish ones.

Staff could improve the attitude and treat everyone with respect. It certainly takes a lot longer for an older person to respond to questions and they should be more considerate.

Amazing facilities and super kind staff. I really feel at home at the PJCC. I've super enjoyed the pilates classes. Next up, art classes! Thanks for creating such a welcoming superb experience for me.

Ballet classes for toddlers, ceramic classes for teens. A gym that's never crowded. Nice clean facilities.

Waiting on the new build to happen before considering joining here. The existing gym has limited equipment that is not well maintained.
